Pls do all american universities participating in the MCF requires those tests like SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, etc. I wanna apply to those american universities but have no money for the tests. What can I do?

I need to see this ECG of yours. What is the reported heart rate? It is true that you are young and therefore more likely to be due to benign cause for your heart symptoms, it still merits some attention.

Anyway, regarding your nasal congestion: do you have allergies? if antihistamine/decongestants not working, then nasal steroid inhaler might be your next option. Feeling feverish can be subjective, take your temperature to accurately tell. If you are febrile, then you may need antibiotics. Do you hurt anywhere around your face or headache?

I have been having this nasal congestion for quite a long time now. Sometimes it becomes so severe that I have to blow vigorously to clear a nostril.
What can I do seeing I have used nasal spray and decongestants and also anti/histamine drugs.

Consider getting a doctor look at your nose, need to make sure it is not obstructed by either mass or foreign object-though unlikely.

If it's just nasal congestion due to allergies, try allergy medicines such as anti-histamine and decongestants.

What is your age range? Assume you are young and healthy otherwise, it is most likely constipation. Drink lots of water, eat leafy veggies and fruit, consume less red meat. Eat more fiber enriched food substances.

Also I have been having this nasal congestion for a long time now. One nostril will just get blocked especially towards the evening and I have to blow vigorously before it is cleared a little. I dont think it is catarrh and the nostril will be sparingly moist, I have tried ovitrine drops still not clearing. What can I do?
