Politics / Re: Patience Jonathan Leaves Port Harcourt. by naiijaboii: 10:10am On Jun 24, 2013
Tha is the norm in our brand of politics and democracy. Its a common mode of operation among naijas ruling elite! It happens at all levels!

The question people should ask is "which budget caters for these settlements"? How are public servants able to indiscriminately splash our collective assets on their leeches?? Does it mean that budget owners are able to control state funds like its their personal piggy bank??
Politics / Re: PDP Will Pardon Amaechi, Wamakko If They Apologise by naiijaboii: 8:01am On Jun 10, 2013
This is crazy!! Who should be apologizing to who?? PDP and Goodswill Akpabio in particular should publicly apologize to Amechi and Nigerians for his slander and misconduct (unbecoming of a public office holder)

If nothing else, he is a shining example of why our YOUTH should stay away from DRUGS!

He is surely a poster child for an Anti Drug Campaign

@Bluetooth! There is absolutely nothing peaceful about islam! Islam is by its very nature VIOLENT and SKEWED!

Peaceful practice of islam is found only in people who already acquired a high sense of morality, humanity and civility!

Unfortunately aside from yoruba muslims, in Nigeria, this is rare!

Islam for Muslims / Re: Differences Between Boko Haram And Islam by naiijaboii: 11:56am On May 31, 2013
The Quran contains at least 109 verses that call Muslims to war with nonbelievers for the sake of Islamic rule. Some are quite graphic, with commands to chop off heads and fingers and kill infidels wherever they may be hiding. Muslims who do not join the fight are called 'hypocrites' and warned that Allah will send them to Hell if they do not join the slaughter.

Unlike nearly all of the Old Testament verses of violence, the verses of violence in the Quran are mostly open-ended, meaning that they are not restrained by the historical context of the surrounding text. They are part of the eternal, unchanging word of Allah, and just as relevant or subjective as anything else in the Quran.

The context of violent passages is more ambiguous than might be expected of a perfect book from a loving God, however this can work both ways. Most of today's Muslims exercise a personal choice to interpret their holy book's call to arms according to their own moral preconceptions about justifiable violence. Apologists cater to their preferences with tenuous arguments that gloss over historical fact and generally do not stand up to scrutiny. Still, it is important to note that the problem is not bad people, but bad ideology.

Unfortunately, there are very few verses of tolerance and peace to abrogate or even balance out the many that call for nonbelievers to be fought and subdued until they either accept humiliation, convert to Islam, or are killed. Muhammad's own martial legacy - and that of his companions - along with the remarkable stress on violence found in the Quran have produced a trail of blood and tears across world history.

~Bluetooth:

You are not making much sense buddy.

Do we have to crucify the whole Niger deltans for the evils of MEND ?

Do we have to crucify Nigeria for the sin of Abdul mutalab ?

Do we have to crucify Norway for the sin of the serial killer ?

Do we have to crucify Americans for their soldiers who are killing innocent people in pakistan and Afghanistan ?

Do we have to blame ibos for the crime of massob or just as we should blame the yorubas for the sin of OPC ?

I can also go on with my analysis but you know what in the end,you can't control of a billion people to just stick to an ideology and expect perfection much as you can't expect every Nigerian to be patriotic.there will always be dissident few in any majority but it doesn't necessarily mean the others support the actions of the dissidents.

@bluetooth
did MEND kill in the name of ND
did mutallab scream "Nigeria is Great" or "Allah Akbah" before attempting to detonate the bomb hidden in his balls?
did the serial killer kill in the name of norway or on behalf of them?

Be honest in your assessment dude! There is something inherently barbaric about Islam!! Im yet to hear of a buddist terrorist or a christian jihadist!! Even pagans are more peaceful that you lot!!

People keep killing innocent people everyday in the name of Allah! - FACT
There have been no major mass protest of the killing of christians my BH or any other militarized islamic movement! - FACT

So one can be forgiven for considering islam a religion that breeds, endorses and promotes terrorism...simply because the facts are evident.

How many buildings have been bombed in the name of Jesus? How many mosques bombed? How many muslims called infidels and forced to convert? How many innocent muslims have lost their lives in Nigeria because a bible was burnt in Iran? The answer may very well be ZERO! Is it a coincidence?? Or does it simply point to the fact that there is something inherently flawed about the methodology behind Islam and its propagation?

Unfortunately i have more questions than answers......

MsDarkBrain: "What does population size have to do with anything?".........are you kidding me

In addition to having proper sporting facilities that's the reason why china and america get so many medals. It's statistically more probable that you will find 100 medals in a poll of 150Million than in a pool of 3Million!!
Sports / Re: Blessing Okagbare In The 100m Women's Final! by naiijaboii: 7:39am On Aug 05, 2012
MsDarkSkin:

Lol...come on. What does population size have to do with anything? Nigeria sent out what she believed to be her best. Low it. Jamaica wasnt always a winning team. Nigeria would have her time eventually.

Yall gotta stop being so pessimistic.

This statement smacks of stupidity!"Nigeria would have her time eventually" is the sit on your arse, wishful, hopeful, wait for miracle to happen type logic that keeps naija in the trenches of world relevance!

Jamaica is were they are because they made and make a conscious effort to perform at that level....NOT because it is "their time"......you slowpoke!

Kudos to her for getting to the final! Ability takes you only so far in these competitions...the extra edge comes from having quality training, coaches, facilities, preparation, training partners, mentality etc..basically all the things that Nigeria does NOT have.

Considering the country she comes from I would have to say "well done" to her for getting to the finals against all odds!!

Nigeria cant keep planting corn and expect to harvest cocoa yam!

No wahala! But if i am indeed a Nigeria then i simply wish you common sense! The kind that permits you to do something about your sorry situation and not blame your progressive neighbours for taking preemptive actions against a scorned populace!

This person is clearly a RETARDEE

"I went to Ghana when i was in 200 level...from Benin...we blazed hell comot for thier thick girls yansh...that was the first time they saw what a condom looks like...cassava and corn food.....then had to change 2000 naira to 500,000,000,000 cedis...."
Travel / Re: Yellow-Fever Card: Ghana Denies Nigerians Entry by naiijaboii: 12:51pm On Jul 24, 2012
Its amazin that you actually think thats a yab! If you cud see your boots when a ghanaian shines it then it simply means that the ghanaian has a better work ethic. The yab itself is an idication of where we (naija) are as a nation.....

You call ghanaians slaves....if being a slave means having the capacity to reorganise and reengineer your society such that basic necessitys are available top a majority of the population then i would gladly rather be a slave that a nigerian master!

They taught out nothern brothers how to be cobblers.....find out....when a ghana guy polished your show...phuck...u go dey see yourself there....slaves
Travel / Re: Yellow-Fever Card: Ghana Denies Nigerians Entry by naiijaboii: 12:46pm On Jul 24, 2012
baboon, you can believe whatever you want to believe about Ghana, it doesn't change anything for me or any Ghanaian. What can you expect from a boko-haramed nigerian whose brain has been phucked up by inhaling too much generator fumes and who sees development as having mansions flashy cars, organising the biggest parties as the only indicators of 'doing well', even if the overwhelming majority of the people don't have access to potable water, regular power, quality education, good roads. bunch of jokers who the butt of jokes all over the world. you and your country are a complete embarrassment and a tragedy to mankind!

Well said! I couldnt say it better myself!
Travel / Re: Yellow-Fever Card: Ghana Denies Nigerians Entry by naiijaboii: 12:43pm On Jul 24, 2012
Ghana reserves the right to do whatever they believe is in the best interest of their country men! i see nothing wrong with what they did (aside from the extortion).

We are too quick to blame everyone for our problems aside from us! Is it Ghanaians or South Africans that were selling yellow fever cards at the International Airport in broad day light? Are you really surprised to see that nigeria lacks any form of respect from neighbouring countrys?
Whats there to respect sef? is it Oil? Na only naija get oil for Africa?

The last time Ghana had an incidence with Naija they were threatened.....I dont get that! What exactly does Ghana stand to lose from a diplomatic row with Naija?? What does Naija bring to the west african table? What does Naija have to offers Ghana? Naija can go and sleep in a pit latrine for all ghana care. They have a far better and more stable economy and i just think they are tired of catering to the parasitic needs of their "great" neighbour Naija.

The whole yellow fever thing is probably a means of controlling the influx of our parasitic popullation!
