I have a studio apartment in Yaba i will be vacating the property latest end of July.The per annum rent is 800k but my rent will expire by November 30th. I need to know the cost of hiring an architect to supervise a Raft foundation In Lagos.

On the day of foundation, he will need one additional person to assist him. My architects lives in the area - The foundation is for 4 units of beds flat at Awoyaya Lagos. The Duration should be between 3 to 4 weeks. It would be nice to know the cost per day and one month.

you need a structural engineer or a builder not an Architect, a structural engineer is the best when it comes to structural aspect of the building, Architect when it comes to aesthetics, you can consult me a quantity surveyor when it comes to cost, am a quantity surveyor, my number is 09036346989. thanks

yes, i am a qs that is why i am asking for prices instead of market surveying. the hike in prices are really affecting, have not been in Nigeria for a while, just came in and i needed to prepare a bill that night. is it bad to ask questions. qs femi
