Congratulations Seun and Happy Birthday to Nairaland. This is the best gift you ever gave NAiraLanD. The design rocks! Only 'but' is the font size. I see it clearly but my mum saw nothing so for the oldies in the house smiley you should fix that. Other than that its really cool.

Every information you require is at your fingertips. If he gets the job for your brother you simply google the company name or use the uae yellow pages online. All companies in the uae are registered andd you will find the contact details of the suppose company. Just call them. s

@ Coldent two months and 3 months visas you will get if you meet the right agents on conditions. They will need assurance that you intend to stay for a certain duration. Most agents have trust issues .
@ sherrify Nigerians get 1,2,3 months visas.
@ 2- the agent will probably get your brother the visa to get to dubai but don't trust him with the job visa issue. If his getting him a job visa he should get it here before he leaves . Work visas can be processed even if you not in the uae . Be sure so your brother does not go get stuck in dubai with no job and no means.

@ Feasy1 if you are looking for bargains on male footwear there is a shop on the upper level of century mall I can't seem to place the name now. They have good male shoes .Its brazilian and vietnam built and they really last.I buy male shoes there and the prices are btw 100dirhams to 300dirhams thats $30-$80.There is also a giordano shop on the lower level and you can try for male jeans and underwear.Giordano products are nice and economical. For other things try Al Ghurair Centre cos thats where you will get the best bargains. If you looking into furniture try IKEA store. You will be suprised at the prices. My best bargain was a TV stand I bought about a year ago.I got it for about $40 and even though I had to cargo it it was still worth it.They have loads of stuff for all parts of the house to the garden. Also a warning don't buy any electronics in Deira.

Romance / Re: How do you handle An Ex Who Doesn't Want To Let Go? by Naijagirly(f): 5:39pm On Oct 03, 2009
@ Ebony He knows everything about me and himself and my family are best of paddies, The only person in my house who does not like him is my father. sad
@ Noetic the guy and my brother are 2 close for comfort and my brother will never turn a gun on him cry

Many people have this kind of problem and if restraining orders works here in Naija then maybe it will end.I just kind of keep praying that he falls for someone else and leaves me alone.Have tried dating other guys but it does not last more than a month cos the guys leave me cos of this guy.He stalks me and embarrases the person am.If wishes were guguru and groundnut the relationship will be over,  undecided

banom:

@ Poster,
Simply give him a bye bye F*UCK , it doesn't cost much being a little nice.

The bye bye F@#K is the problem cos like Oliver Twist he go still dey ask for more.Am in the same kind of mess and have tried all possible ways but this guy is still hanging around me like second skin.My own problem is pity cos when he starts crying I just can help it but deep down inside of me I know I don't love him anymore. We fight alot and I just can't stand him around me .everyone keeps calling him my husband and most people beleive we will end up married.I can't kill him myself so to pave way for my real future but then I have weird ideas of paying someone to do him(seriously) cos he threatens to kill me if I get married to someone else.Have arrested him on several occasions but he keeps coming back.
I will keep watching this page maybe I will finally get a remedy to the problem

I do know the meaning of those words and there are common words used in almsot every conversation in ur wannabe region,
I don't ask you to call me ur love(harbibi) or tell me to hurry up or get going(yalla)

I know more about you than u expect and I will let u wash ur dirty linen here ,

Seems like you go off and on ;trying to make some quick doe so you can come back to the cafe and buy more time with your residence card, Let me guess what you do to make the quick bucks;hummmmmmm go suck up a pot bellied old gay ?cos there's no major league going on in oman and you wastng ur time dreaming

lol, u sick Mister and its obvious, U don't seem 2 realise am a girl and u keep using the word son, You wannabe American eating laben in the desert, why don't u try to be a Nigerian where u really come from, we don't use such slangs here and neither do they use such in the middle east, U should use words like Yalla and harbibi if u really want to live up to your wannabe omani status, Olodo abanije omo ode
Travel / Re: Do I Need A Visa To Visit Bangladesh? by Naijagirly(f): 9:12am On Aug 24, 2009
Why should guys invite girls like me to dubai for one night stands when there are loads of naija girls in dubai who have nothing to do but f@#$ and sleep and hope they make enough money to have a better life.I don't need to explain my mission to the middle east to u,
About Oman I know there are loads of wannabe footballers and basketballers like yourself who have nothing do and hope some club will sign up your tired hungry a$s so you can at least get some rial to buy some bread and laben, lol
You suck and it pains me to know you wasting ur life and time stuck in that desert,

You are so naive, Its also obvious that you lack knowledge of the middle east and you call yourself a student.Take a car to muscat and ask knowledgeable people about life in the middle east and you will get answers.Am sure someone has brain washed you even before you enter oman so you are lost with fear of life without the resident card,
