Getting a decent apartment is usually a huge task in Nigeria.
Am stuck between choosing an apartment in an area with stable electricity but you have to fetch from dugged well and buy drinkable water.
The other has a dugged borehole but the electricity in the area is bad.
Please help make a choice. |
