To answer your question, the N3 billion Naira is creating 500 jobs which is a good one and still generate 300 million in dividend which is 10 percent ROI. There cannot be a better investment than this.

Tell me one company in Nigeria with an investment of 3 billion with ROI of 300 million and still creates not less than 500 jobs.

Dangote refinery is not as profitable as this Peter Obi's investment. At this rate, Dangote's refinery with over 20 billion dollar in investment should employ not less than 500 thousand persons directly. You know what, it's not employing half of that number. Bias won't allow you to see it factually.

It's a simple arithmetic, if 13 million dollars investment can employ 500 persons how many persons would a 20 Billion dollars company employ?

There is nothing like simple economics here, if there is, then you do not understand the simple economics.

Now the Peter Obi's investment receives dividend of about 300 million Naira for the government of Anambra state annually while still employing not less than 500 indigenes.

The amount that was invested in the company has appreciated in value as the value of the shares are no longer thesame.

If the government of Anambra state is no longer interested in the business they can sell their entire shares in the company and make profit in folds.

Mind you, it would not take the government more 7 days to have the said shares taken over by interested buyers.

Again, the government invested about 2billion Naira at the time, now receiving dividend of of about 300 million a year, it would take the company less than 10 years to recover it's total invested sum.

Either ways, it is a very good investment to me.

In other words Nigeria breweries, guniness are bad investment. Heineken should have invested the billions of dollars it spent building factories in fixed deposits at 10%. Even nestle should close their factory and invest the money in fixes deposits. You can educate the ignorant. Ignorant people always think their opinions are sensible

Dangote spent over 20 billion United States dollar on his refinery. Dangote refinery doesn't make upto 5% ROI.

I know you must be Agbado with this reasoning that believes Peter Obi was buhari, emefiele, tinubu and Cardozo that crashed naira from its value of less than 150 naira when Obi invested in sabmiller to present value of almost 2,000 naira . Inspite of these destructive policies of Agbado which they blame Peter Obi for sabmiller still generates more revenue than than the brewery in Ogun and Edo combined .
