My only concern is about the generations of girls coming up behind this one. Signs are already clear they'll turn out even worse ! No doubt, our sons will equally reciprocate with such harshness, 'stingy' would be considered a complement by the time they're done with them. |
I don't do any online banking whatsoever, but this doesn't stop them from sending me emails to reset my password. Moral of the story, don't do internet banking. Its just to risky. |
Hmmm ! Reminds of my days when I thot BBM was the best means of meeting really nice peeps, especially chics. NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH ! Its like these girls are just waiting for you to come and renew their bb subscription. They're always too broke to find N1500 at the end of the month. Even after renewing it for them, they now see you like a blank cheque to make demands on for cash, gifts, plane tickets, trips etc at will. And not all of these girls are as destitute as they want you to believe. You see there dps, they're sitting in big houses, big cars and you ask where is this ? Only for them to reply its my Dad's car, my Dads house .. Then you go thinking oh rili ? Why can't this tramp ask her dad for the cash and stuff she needs ? You're eventually forced to question them for real, they get mad, you fall out with them and you got no option than to delete their contact. Good riddance ! Another chic, after helping her subscription agreed to hook up on a weekend. She said we would only meet on condition we meet at this particular Bar and buy her this and that particular drinks. I agreed but a day to the meeting she said she was bringing her friend as a tag along. I promptly deleted her. My BBM has less than 20 contacts these days. Most of them are business partners. Then there's a new system used by girls who are already acquaintances with you but going out with/ engaged to some other guy. GIRL:"I'm broke , I was just wondering if you could help out" YOU: What about your fiancee /bf , have you told him your situation ? GIRL: "Erm NO, I haven't told him, I don't want to bother him right now." YOU: Why, did you guys have a fight or what ? GIRL: No, its just that he has a lot on his plate right now, I don't wanna be a burden - that's all. YOU: Okay suppose, I give you a little help, can I tell him about it when I see him next ? GIRL: What ?? WHY NO !! For what ?YOU: So you want me to help you but he shouldn't know about it ? GIRL: its between me and you, its nothing to do with him. Now if you were the guy here what would be going thru ur mind ? Secondly, if you were the bf of this girl and overheard this chat what would you think ? |
mychaella: To those of you talking about money and inheritance, that's not what the Op feels. It's the message of rejection behind it that is resounding here. He may even be wealthier than his dad, but the fact that the man felt the necessity to pass that message in such a subtle way is what the Op feels strongly about. It was a thinly veiled insult.Dear, its called African mentality, can you blame them ? |
Ok OP I will try to be brief; 1. Are you 20 years old or older than that ? Cos you sound rather emotional. 2. Do you go to church, maybe you've heard pastors saying "firstborns need a lot of prayers.. blah..blah. There is some truth to this you know. However, your present trials (real or imagined) shouldn't discourage you. 3. There's been some good advise from a lot of posters here, you should take it. Ignore the other comments from others just trying to take a 'cheap shot' at you. They are probably not firstborn and also competing with older siblings. 4. Did you say your mother and dad are no longer together, am I wrong ? Do you know the story of how and why your dad married your mum ? What if your dad despises you for being the reason he HAD to marry your mum. Think about it. Also remember that even if that's true it NOT YOUR FAULT. Sometimes parents can be selfish and thoughtless and want to make their kids pay for what was definitely their OWN MAKING. 5. From now own I want you to do yourself a favour. Consider your brother and father as DISTRACTIONS as from today. Distractions from you living a happy and fulfilled life. FOCUS on yourself over the next few years, build and develop yourself. Work on getting the things and people you want in your life. 6. As another poster said, get your brother to leave your flat. You can do this TACTFULLY and PEACEFULLY. That way you will have time to concentrate on your life and you will also see less of your dad when he comes on visits. Goodluck. PS 1.Next time don't bring your personal stuff to NL. Most ppl don't have a clue of what you're talking about, others don't know how to help you and the rest only want to insult you. 2. Don't go rushing into some woman's arms because of some family beef ooo. It is easier for one man to solve his own problem than for him to solve another's along with it. |
Sorry I'm gonna have to disagree with you (even if you do work with the wizard of oz lol!) The word POTENTIAL simply means it WILL cause harm in some (vulnerable) people and may not in others. Not what you've proposed below. As long as you haven't worked with these regulatory agencies before, I don't think it wise for you to make these assertions. Sorry dude, you may know a little about chemicals but you can't gamble with human life. My 2 pence. davidylan: Please note your use of the word "potential". Its a very common phrase used by regulatory bodies (EPA, FDA) to say basically this - we have no evidence that this substance is dangerous but since we cannot rule out "default mechanisms of disease" (default assumptions that no longer stand up to the scrutiny of broader weight of evidence), we are just going to slap the term "potential" on it and call it a day. |
@ davidylan I just goooooogled some stuff about Bisphenol A. Turns out that the poster T-spayne is right about them being 'potentially' dangerous. So I guess its not really the 'pure nonsense' you assume it is. The US FDA can't be wrong, and although they're are removing these plastic products from circulation in USA, Nigeria remains one of the dumping grounds for these toxins. For your perusal, (by no means exhaustive) www.medicinenet.com/plastic/article.htm www.lhwmp.org/home/chemtoxpesticides/bisphenola.aspx davidylan: lol bro this is pure nonsense. |
The day you're deported from a place like nigeria, you know you've hit Rock bottom. |
@ Post, When I hear such stories, I get upset. Man, there are many young brothers without work looking for similar opportunity and you go and help some girl ?? In future, women like her will be complaining on radio shows that there are NO suitable men to date or marry after her head comes down from the clouds. She feels tight now (with a mere 100k), looking down and snubbing all these yet-to-have-work men, including you. Don't worry she will get her rude awakening later. From your post, I gather you were NOT expecting ANYTHING in return. You were only shocked by her change in attitude toward you. Please try to help more guys in future and desist from assisting *itches. |
OKAY OOO ! THANK U SIR ! |
obadiah777: MAKES NO DIFFERENCE. THEY ALL DESTINED FOR THE FIREOH YOU MUST MEAN THE THERMONUCLEAR WARHEAD FIRE, NOT HELL FIRE SINCE YOU DONT BELIEVE HELL IS A FIERY PLACE. I stand to be corrected. |
Yes it does look different. Now show them interior and engine pics. Happy sales ! |
I also keep saying this to anyone who would listen. Think outside your box, become a problem solver. It starts with an idea not necessarily money. greaterlove: I read in a classic book ' the acres of diamond' that more than 90% of kids born into wealthy homes die poor or broke, this rich men know this fact, and also know that you don't need money to make money, believe it or not. so their message to their kids is to think and use their heads, not that nothing will be left for them but they have to get off their comfort zone. |
chingyjant: My friend quit this your conspiracy theory and mentality. It wont take you anywhere in life.Sorry ooo.. I've gone verry farrrr than u can imagine in this life my friend. Believe what you want. Theories or realities don't determine how far u go in life. It is the correct application of certain tested principles. Because one man made money this way doesn't follow its the only way and means and I can only make mine the same way. Your comment shows how myopic you are regarding the grand scheme of things. I don't deify these billionaires like some of you do. You can only take some of their good examples, apply them and drop the bad ones. Becoming an apologist for people who neither know or care about you is a waste of your energy. Frankly. I guess you still have your journey cut out for you. Good luck to u sha. |
Take note that these so called billionaires belong to a special club of 'illuminated ones' once you're a member your business or organisation 'magically' begins to create equity out of thin air, as long as it benefits the objectives of the club. They know where this money came from, so telling us they're giving it away to charity is insulting the intelligence of those in the know. |
Let them keep dulling themselves and anyone else buying their crap. NONE of these mens children will ever WANT for anything all their life. They're not going to leave them billions because they don't have to. A paltry million dollars in the right assets or shares is enough to keep those kids fed and watered for decades. And who says leaving these kids nothing will make them as famous as their dads ? They will be like the surviving descendants of the Du Ponts, Van der Bilts, and Onasis. They're quiet , obscure but still despicably wealthy. An example is Alhassan Dantata, the richest West African of his time. He not only left his sons all his massive wealth but admonished they marry only within the family. Assuming he left his gold and silver to charity where do you think the family would be now ? Today you see his great-grandsons doing big things. From Aliko Dangote, Sayyu Dantata to even the most quiet and low-profile of the daynasty. They work hard, play harder and spend like |
alala dakosta: made some sense to me.woman should learn not to provoke a man beyond his bearing capacity.when a man is mad at you, common sense is keep quite and say "am sorry" to calm him down. That Moku Mogbe Modaran Moment is when you trying to flex muscle with an angry man.not justifying his action though.he needs just walk away next time, sadly no next time for him. pathetic.Pistorius' story of " I thought she was a burglar" doesn't wash well. The man shot her in a psychotic rage. Why ? Well its obvious she was probably cheating. A serial cheat for that matter. I BLAME pistorius for maintaining the relationship till he killed her. As a man who knows his own hot temper, he should have ran from her before it got to this. |
@moniker If u wanna be a nice guy, look 4 a widow with kids around u and give them d loot. The babe is wat u said she is - a SCAM. Let she and her sexy body ROAST |

No problem. It is well. |
The pictures are horrible and portray your car in a very bad light. I can see evidence of forced entry in the front door. Also no engine or interior pix. ?? Goodluck with the sale. |
NB. NLders ! One monkey tried to sell this very ride for 3M but here it says 1.7M ! Shine ur eyes guys ! Multiple prices for the same vehicle are rampant on various threads here. Go straight to the source and avoid desperado middle men. |
All i know is for many years now a U.S scientist put a 2milliøn USD reward for any other scientist who could isolate the virus under a microscope. That money remains unclaimed, even today. Can you believe that ? |
WW III already started in 2011, when NATO dropped the first bombs on Ghadaffi's Libya. Don't wait for Putin or Barry to push the button. That will be later. |
OLAADEGBU: I agree with you that the economy will make the nations turn a blind eye to the gay bill just as many African countries like Uganda and Nigeria are now soft pedalling on the passing of their harsh bills against the homosexual lifestyle because of the American dollar aid, and guess who is behind all this pressure?16. He will have “no regard for the desire of women”[Dan 11:37] |
OLAADEGBU: Your Govt. is under pressure from the U.S. to pass the homo. bill and you are there saying it doesn't concern you.Bill or no bill, with they way global security and economy is going, everything is going to BLOW very shortly. When the price of gold finally reaches the heavens, second only to the cost of food. Who will care about such a bill or no bill ? |
Sweetnecta: olaadegbu is hitting new low each time i read his thread. when will he reach the bottom or is case is like the bottomless cup at the soda fountain? His orientation is an open secret among the political class in yanks. The Clintons are democrats like him, and even they know ; "if you live in a glass house, don't throw stones." |
