A yet to be identified man has lost his life after a stray bullet allegedly fired by SARS officers hit him at Ajisegiri street in the Palmgroove area of Lagos state this morning Monday July 15th.

According to eyewitnesses, the man who sweeps the street, was busy with his job when the SARS officers engaged some Cannibis smokers in a hot chase and fired gunshots at the Cannibis smokers. Sadly, the bullet hit the deceased who died instantly.

The SARS officers fled the scene immediately the incident happened.

Earlier today, at an on-the-spot assessment visit of the Central Abattoir, Amosun Village, Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde promised to summon all stakeholders involved in the establishment of the abattoir to a round table discussion to resolve the issues plaguing the Oyo State Butchers’ Association.

According to News reaching Nairafame, Engr. Seyi Makinde aso urged butchers operating at the abattoir to cooperate with the investor and developer, Ahmadu Kehinde in order to encourage more private sector investors to partner with the state on various projects.
