madam say the truth, you gave us a job and withdraw halfway requesting a refund, your NIN modification entered inprocessing error meaning u have done a modification before, due to your request I refunded 5000, we paid for your job in full, money paid for inprocessing error are usually not successful and usually not retrievable, so we do our best to refund our customers by paying installmentally.

I paid for name modification as well. He didn't ask for supporting docs. I only did capturing. Turns out it was fake cos when I went to the bank to open a current account with my name, they told me I have to use the name on my NIN. Meaning the correction the NIN guy (3rd party) did, didn't reflect.

Your job probably entered inprocessing error.
The government is working to resolve all inprocessing error cases

the guy in charge told me that the fee is N25,000
But, when i enquired on documents to come with, of which I suggested if i can come with sworn affidavit and npc attestation of age.
He then confidently retorted that i should come with my phone number and nin.

Ha, madam you came here to spoil my name after I refunded you 5k, if your modification enters inprocessing error it is always difficult to clear because there has been a modification on your NIN B4 and usually the money we paid for the clearing is usually non refundable.
If you think we are scamming you then go to the office.
Ask around, you'll know many people I have assisted in their NIN modification.

So I own a big cyber cafe where I run internet services, NIN,sim reg, jamb and things like that.
For the past 8 months I have been trying to get licence as NYSC CBO for online registration, but it has always been inactive.

You can ALWAYS count on black people to be especially DUMB. It doesn't matter how wealthy or famous they get.

Imagine establishing an Igbo Language learning school IN Lagos. A language that kids probably ONLY speak at home where they'd already learn it anyway.

It's an EXTREMELY dumb initiative.

Kids don't need to learn a language that is NOT the official language of any country. A language that's spoken by only about 40/50 million people.

Rather, a talent scouting agency or coding school or even trade school would have been a better project.
