They are short of staffs as I've seen it. They halted operations in some of their outlets and I don't know why. Their staff confirmed it but never gave the reason for the closure.

Whenever I attempt to order it never seems like they'll deliver to my doorstep.

I want to completely avoid going to the post office. Usually all I see is Aliexpress standard shipping.

Please who knows where speedaf is located is located at Alaba? I followed the address given in the email they sent but I ended up wasting my money but I couldn't find the place.

I've also tried checking online but I've been getting different addresses.

Please anyone who has actually gone to Speedaf Alaba office or physically seen the place should help me with the address.

I got a call from one of they saying they have my item, and now about 5 of my items have been marked as delivered but they haven't been delivered. What if they are not delivered or have defects, how do I go about it?

I don't know how they got involved in the shipping, I just ordered on AliExpress and was expecting my delivery via Nipost. 2 days ago I got a message from someone in Nigeria, telling he was AliExpress agent and has my item for delivery, but that my area was outside his coverage. He said he was going to give the item to another agent that covers my area (I was wondering if AliExpress now have home delivery agents in Nigeria). Then I started getting alerts that 5 of my items have been successful delivered but I haven't received these items. Yesterday I got an email from Speedaf.

My question is, how can Speedaf collect items on my behalf?
Now that the items have been marked "delivered" what if there's problem with the item and I need to open dispute?
Who takes care of the home delivery?

So, the item I ordered for was to be delivered via caino super economy global. From the information on AliExpress site, it has been in Nigeria for up to a month and hasn't passed through custom clearance yet.

Another item I ordered for someone some weeks ago will be delivered to her since but mine which was ordered since March 31st from thesame store hasn't even undergone the custom clearance thing yet!

But I decided to track this via speedaf and it seems it has been handed over to NIPOST. I'm yet to receive any SMS or call from the NIPOST office hence the whole thing is confusing. What does the tracking on the speedaf site actually mean?

I'm currently facing the same situation, and the item is not FREE SHIPPING.
I got a text to come pickup my item only to get there today and they use pen to write 500 on the parcel, the man insisted I can't Pick up till I pay the 5h and I don't have upto that, I even pleaded to drop the Tfare with me so I can at least pickup and not waste Tfare but they didn't agree.
I will have to go back that far distance again cos of 5h. Is there a way to stop this extortion?

Nipost has reviewed their charges:
any item weighting 5Og n above is charged N500.

I have item with Nipost via Speedaf that's is so light and small but they are demanding N500.
