Is anybody else getting charged 500naira by nipost for each item sent to them by speedaf? They claim it’s cos of speedaf, is there any way to stop speedaf from handing over NG….E items to nipost but to rather do a home delivery and we pay them?

I don't think it is cause of Speedaf ooo, this is making it look somehow to Speedaf, Make Nipost say na them with full chest without dragging other people

I ordered an item on AE on 19th March on free shipping, i was surprised when Speedaf called me to come pick up yesterday! E shock me, thought it would be post office as usual

No they don't. Once the order gets to them, they try to ensure delivery. But if your order has not arrived Nigeria yet, there's nothing they can do to fast track movement.

I don't think they do, maybe some of their outlet might just offer that, but so far i can't say they do, but Saturdays yea.

Track with the tracking number given to you on Speedaf tracking website, the number you put there is that of Speedaf. On their website, you will get an update on your package status.

How do I identify speedaf related items?

Their waybill abi na tracking number starts with an NG and ends with a R,E or O. it will look like NG(Numbers in-between)R,E or O. The R mostly delivered by Speedaf and E and O can sometimes be Nipost or Speedaf themselves, how them dey determine which package goes to Nipost is what i don't know ooo.

You are lucky, sometimes some shippers send the parcels faster and Speedaf delivers on time, that i know.

E be like speedaf get problem in China oo. Cos non of thier parcel is entering Nigeria for a while now .mine has stuck in one place now since days .

This might be that your seller has either not cleared your package from country of origin custom clearance in Naija be the issue.

I don't think this is Speedaf fault ooo, cause from what i know the seller abi the shipper will be the one to clear and send to them.

Please is this item with Nipost or Speedaf, I usually have the phone number of the delivery guy attached on the track information but this one is different.

This is Speedaf, they will deliver just be patient and if it is taking too long, call their customer service.

You can only track Speedaf related item on their website speedaf.com, i don't know of other tracking numbers oo

My item with NG-E arrived los.alaba 25th of January and i have been tracking it on speedaff and waiting to get updates or call from post office but up to now i didn't get any call or text. I thought it was handed over to nipost but i didn't see any thing like that on the tracking. I was going through my email and i saw a message from speedaff asking to come pick up my item before 30day or it will be sent back to origin. It is past 30days already will my item still be at their office?

Track on their website or call Speedaf that's the only way to know if it is still in their office or whether dem don return am. I advise you do this quick.

I don't think so, they would have told people on their pages nationwide.

I bought a Samsung phone screen on aliexpress two days before their new year holiday, and though the screen is presently undergoing custom clearance, I do not need the screen again because i had gotten a replacement screen. Can i ignore the Speedaf message and hope they will return it? What are the chances of selling the screen here, or what will you recommend? Samsung J4 plus screen.

I order a package from Aliexpress since 21st of January. Order was estimated to be delivered around march according to the timeline from the app. I tracked my package on 21st of Feb. and was showing that its been reveived by delivery company
This morning it show delivery failed.
Here is screenshot if the package itinerary.
What can I do re receive this package as I needed it.

Note I've always shipped through AE global shipping or caino global economy and receive my packages either from post office or speedaf logistics. I didn't receive any message concerning my package arrival either by mail, SMS or phone call.
This order was shipped via singapost

You can also call Speedaf, to find out also, maybe your package was to be delivered by them. Just try both Speedaf and post office.

It might be Speedaf or not, but you can request specifically for Speedaf, if na wetin you want.

Well you can tell your shipper that your package should be handed to Speedaf if it arrives Nigeria, it might work out.

You fit reach out to your shipper make them tell you company wey suppose deliver your package, if na Speedaf, contact them, them go help you solve the issue.

The second one, the middle one, Cainiao Super Economy Global. But it will likely be NG....E tracking number meaning that it will be handled by speedaf at first then given to Nipost at last. It will probably not arrive early.

I don't think so ooo. Speedaf delivers 'E' shipments too. Not all 'E' shipments go to Nipost.

There have 3 different alphabets as suffixes-O, E, R (This means that these alphabets end your tracking number. So it could be NG...O or NG...E or NG...R. O & E are economy shipments and you are expected to pick up from their office or pay about N400 for them to deliver to you. But if it is R, they will surely deliver. I hope this is helpful.

Speedaf delivery guy is trying to be smart with me...a tracking number that ends with R and he still asked for #200 naira for delivery fee. This is my 4th time receiving items through them and I've finally made enough enquiries to know what those letters stand for. I also don't know why it keeps ending up with the same delivery guy who has always been a nuisance since my first delivery.

You need to report him immediately. Their helpline is 08000707070. They don't tolerate such acts of misconducts from their riders.

call the number on their website and lay a complaint.. whoever responds will request for ur tracking number and dispatch riders name (if ur tracking ends with an R ) They'd apologize and request for ur acc details after few hrs of investigation to verify if really you were charged..once they are done , they'd redund the amount the dispatch rider took from u..
PS: something similar happened with me, I got refunded the next day( I clearly told the dispatcher I would call their office and ask why I was being charged for my parcel that ended with "R" and the rider clearly asked me to go ahead ..which I did after he left ..and they apologized and refunded my money next day.
This happened last month ..dunno about now.. haven't picked up anything recently..

Something similar also happened to a buddy in Warri I ordered some stuffs for , which the dispatcher charged him 200 for else he wouldn't release the parcel..after the experience my buddy called me and explained his encounter with the dispatcher ..I called the dispatcher and told.him I'd report him for the charges ..and his reply was I shouldn't be offended that my buddy gave him the 200 out of generosity to buy drink..

Well, Speedaf riders don’t just request for those sums of money. The waybill numbers determine this. ‘R’ is free and ‘O’ or ‘E’ are not. Nipost collects handling charges from customers though.
