Speedaf rider opened my package and stole an item inside, called the office and they are insisting I should request for refund from Aliexpress. I don't even trust Speedaf like this.

You can not conclude the rider stole the item. Sometimes, some shippers send empty items.

You may not even know. Speedaf does not open the items sent to them, for them to know what it is. Except the shipment was opened upon receiving it, which you should have rejected immediately.

It could be wrongly sorted before departure, could miss it's way at the transit country, could be a tracking delay, could be stolen at point of entry, could miss it's way to a wrong location and delayed before rerouting, could be extracted at transit office or could be that receiver's details isn't clear on the label or extraction at last mile (which is rarely the case).

It's not even a NIPOST thing but individuals. Speedaf lost a batch(es) of package(s) last year, no one cried here. Someone just accused a Speedaf rider of package extraction 2 days ago, all "NIPOST stole my items" crew no yan anything.

I've sent and received over 2000 items via NIPOST and I only had 2 cases of missing/extracted items. Even some items that had no arrival updates were delivered intact.

You know some items may have not been sent at all by the shipper.
If you feel your item is delayed, just call their call centers.

Custom delay is not from Speedaf, that is between where you got it from and Customs. But be chilled, it will be quick.

Mainland to Island that is same state. Their delivery rate is dependent on the weight of the item you are sending. You can chat them via WhatsApp on 08000707070 or download their app that one is even better.

My dear, all na patience. That Airport own is your shipper that works on that one. For the Distribution center own, just call their CS and they will work on it. I had such and did that, the next day it was sent to a site I even went to pickup sef. Did not even bother for them to deliver.

Not sure it is custom, it is speedaf at this point.
Had two different items that departed china and arrive Nigeria at the same time (definitely same plane), complained on Twitter and gave them one of the tracking numbers, 2hrs later it cleared custom and all (the other one yet to clear custom as we speak).

Another separate purchase I made (different flight at a later date) was just updated this morning. And the custom clearance was update as 8th of August, meanwhile them just update am this morning.

One thing is, Speedaf is not the one clearing at customs. That is done by the shipper. I had the same issue with even a different site shein and it took 2 weeks for custom clearance and my shipper told me to be patient, once the it got to speedaf, i got it in less than 5 days because it was inter state. Just be patient.

It may be like that, though speedaf is not the one that ships the items into the country. You may have to wait till it gets to them.

If you call speedaf, they will also tell you to wait. Just be patient, it will eventually get here.

Does anyone ever got his package sent via Speedaf from HongKong warehouses abi na only Mainland China

I can't say how this works but as long as your tracking number starts with an NG and R/RS. It will be Speedaf.

Sellers can not oo, because their international delivery service is on hold according to Speedaf. They may not be able to ship into the country.

I think some of them just don't want to look for. That is why it is better to call the customer care while still at the office. At least you got your shipment.

Yes. But the last time i called for delivery, they told me the service is not available. I told them i will pay on delivery and they said for now not available. I just had my friend help pickup.

I suggest you call their customer care or any of their communication channel so they will be on it. If not them go forget oo.

I think they do sometimes, just to ensure items are delivered on time. I have had such experience, though the courier first shakara me but got my item that day.

They will not attend to you at the distribution center. I will advise you contact their customer care.

Free shipping is an Economy shipment and if sent to Speedaf, you will have to visit their office to pickup and if you want delivery, you will have to pay. But standard shipping sent to them, will be delivered.

The other was sent 3 days later

Both are speedaf and somehow they arrived at the airport at the same time and left at the same time

Oga, just have it in mind that shipment can leave the same seconds but will not arrive the same day to the country or Speedaf. All this is due to custom clearance. If you are lucky they clear custom early same time, just pray they arrive speedaf same time.

I do not think there is an option for that. But i guess doing standard shipping might go to them.

Self-pickup, but you take it upon yourself to carry item, without any notification/call/sms/email to the receiver... then abruptly call at a wrong time when someone is not around and ask for delivery fee that no one agreed to even. Them don dey crase.

No mind them, the thing is annoying, but luckily for me i always tell them to drop it and the person will give them the money, saves me stress of going to their office.

Guy, no be Speedaf dey clear item for customs na Ali Express. I think it's because they are not shipping international items i guess.
