Some people underestimate suicide. I think one of the most difficult things in this life is to make the decision to end your existence. Those who are suicidal are usually downbeat and frustrated and look unto killing themselves as the only option. As someone that has dealt with many suicidal thoughts, these are my suggestions:

1. Engage in things that make you happy. From video games to watching your favorite sport, pour more to your passions.
2. Get a personal life philosophy. Like me, it's "I'm too strong to give up"
3. Work towards a true strong relationship with someone. Those who are suicidal are usually friendless without anyone to talk to.
4. Be more religious. Faith in God can strenghten your mind and drive off any negativity.

Buhari's a well-principled andd people-oriented leader. i voted for him in the last elections but would never vote him again. As much as I love him, he's now part of the old generation. In this dynamic 21st century, we need a younger and more vibrant leader. Still looking, but for me it's not Fashola, Oshiomole, Ribadu, etc. Hope Nigeria gets someone like Buhari in his prime to take the helms of our affairs.
