You just confirmed that the CCTV used is of the Okrika variety. Superior CCTV system will allow you to download a footage while maintaining quality.

Using a phone to record the footage indicates that the CCTV system in question is of low quality, to say the least.

You haven't provided any proof that the footage cannot be downloaded or that it is Okrika. All we have is just biased assumptions and wishful thinking.

Moreover, as I've already stated, the reason people use phones to record is not because they can't download the footage.

I have posted many of such videos in the past, especially robbery videos.

They use a camera to record the computer screen so that they can zoom in, pan out, etc.
