zhike deliberately gave a backhanded compliment in order to start a fight and now he is running away from it. I quoted the insult in his post, but he could not address it because he knew exactly what he was doing.
Anyway, I have made my point, no need to continue with this.

Yampotatocarrot: With the amount of wastes generated at Ile-epo market alone, I believe Lagos can achieve it if they really want to, I never add Oko-filling mountain of waste to it
I remember my roommate when I was in first year at UNN, his project was on generating cooking gas from sugarcane waste ... They successfully carried it out... I wonder why Lagos had not thought of such for a while
Take Ile-epo for example, the electricity generated from the waste can be supplied to the immediate vicinity at a cost, generating revenue for government, income for the private company that'll be in charge, jobs for people and less land and air pollution in the area
I love the fact the LASG is looking into it... Let's not over rely on only one source for electricity (just this morning, I was watching YouTube videos on some local governments in Ogun State whose lights are being supplied by something called a solar minigrid)
You hit the nail on the head. What's important to me is that we shouldn't rely only on one source of energy.
