English Premier League..

We know of five top clubs (I DID NOT INCLUDE ARSENAL BIKO)

But here in Nigeria..

The 'inconsistency' I'm referring to is in terms of Funding and proper Management

This goes a long way to affect the overall performance of the club in the long run

I'm a Rangers FC fan

The club was solidly supported by the State Government last season and they performed brilliantly

But this season, the reverse was the case
