my apologies if i'v offended u,no nid to be harsh pls,we took him to a specialist hospital @ gwags only to go lookin for him minutes lata,my frnds whose bro av fallen victim says d situation got worse wen they took their bro to a psychiatric hosp,sayin drugs was smuggled to d patient...we only found him ds mornin...am tryin to get into his head,ryt now he's smokin benson...dt's what i saw him doin....pls recommend a deservin hosp that carries out rehab.

DICKtator: A wholistic approach is needed here. You have identified that he is smoking/drinking strong portions. Take him to a clinic for check-up and tests(the doctor should probably run a scan on him). If you can possibly take him along with you like you said, do that. Seperate him from those friends of his and their vices and always try as much as possible to monitor him(not easy I may say because he is 20,that is when the wings are fully developed!!.
You said he was hallicunating when you saw him. Was he high? Did you perceive any drug odour from him. If you did not,he needs medical attention fast!!!. Hallicunating without evidence of drug use,....that one don pass garri matter Ooooo!!!!!
