Not sure the list makes sense. Xabi Alonso earning more money than Ten Hag?

I Didn't use that metric for hiring our new coach, I responded to what this guy used to discredit him

To the bolded ee, this what I used to discredit both (Naglesman and amorim) mostly, Lol I'm tired of that 3cbs that's why I said this below 👇

Conte remains the best option if we're to sign manager based on 3cbs, you and I know his C.V wella rather than those Experimental baby coaches.
I always liked Conte. Once again, for 3ATB. But Conte can be toxic, and Conte is ultra defensive. We need a progressive manager.

The owners have a very solid blueprint to progress the club. Spend big on young talented players, hire a young manager with new ideas and good playing style. One that can harness the talents in the investment, and develop even younger talent from the academy. They just made a mistake thinking Potter was the man, when it was clear for all to see.

I strongly believe they intend to continue with that blueprint. Unfortunately, the like of Conte and Jose don't fit that bill.

This is what am saying, if you're coaching superstars like Messi mbappe and Neymar in a team, you already have 50% of losing the dressing room.

Pochettino and conte still remain the better option than those baby coaches we're linked to.
As far as I am concerned, managers losing the dressing room happens almost as frequently as managers getting hired.

While it should be a concerning metric, I don't think it should a metric with which to NOT hire a manager.

Apart from Sir Alex, Wenger and maybe Pep, you will struggle to name a manager who has managed for a decent number of years, and this has not happened to within the last 3 decades. So I don't understand why this keeps coming up.

This is why I am not troubled by Nagelsmann. Plus in my own unpopular zone, I am always biased towards a seriously tactical manager who is willing to play a back 3. Nagelsmann also brings the high-octane, insane pressing, style and domination football to his back 3 set-up.

So for me, it's Nagelsmann, then Amorim. And then the back four managers Pochettino and Enrique in that order .

I don't understand. Are you saying there are specifics within his contract that prevent him from taking a new job, even though they are paying him? He's been relieved from his position.

Which kain contract be dat?

You know we have a serious task ahead when even the fans cannot arrive at an overwhelming consensus on who should be next manager.

Everybody seems to have a reason why one person is the worst choice for the job.

So far, we seem to be evenly split between the following:

Pochettino
Zidane
Enrique
Nagelsman

Maybe. He definitely won't be rushed back. I'm hoping he would be able to start ahead of the second leg against Real.
He is already match fit. He was on the bench for the last game. He might be game rusty, but he is fit to play at least 45 mins. I believe I read somewhere that medical cleared him to play one full half already and that was 3 weeks ago.

Every Chelsea fan wants more from havertz. How can you be an attacker playing atleast 80 minutes week in week out and be okay with poverty stricken numbers?? If you can't give us decent numbers, please get out of the club.
You are replying to the only member of HavertzFC. The guy has no football opinions outside of disturbing love for Havertz.

Bayern with their high standards. While Chelsea is stuck with an amateur as a coach.
Tell me about it.

What's funny is that some people here continue to talk about why we can't have him back, claiming this nonsense and that nonsense.

You would expect that Bayern, with a seriously massive profile than ours, are concerned about whatever happened at Chelsea, and would have investigated. You bet they turned everything inside out and found the answers they needed.

The fact that they did, and then decided to dump Nagelsmann (who is very decent by the way) for Tuchel all the more confirms that we just botched this.

TT was rubbish at targeting transfers but was excellent at tactical adaptation. We should have locked him out of the money room, written off the season like we are doing now, brought in the directors, taken control of the transfers, and then asked him to do what he did best.

Instead, we went and paid £21m cash for a rookie, carry 5-year contract give am.....because the data analytics guy said so. I could have told them that for free.

And now we also know why he has not been fired. Because to do so would mean to have paid £81m (£21m + £60m) in less than 6 months for this mistake.

Nothing in Tuchel's coaching history suggest the bolded.

Only had to adapt to Chelsea personnel with 3atb. Not with Mainz, Dortmund or PSG.

Mostly variations of 4 atb
It was more than an adaptation at Chelsea. He had one full summer transfer window to create differing possibilities and literally an open cheque book, yet chose to fortify his 3-ATB.

He has not been impressive. Just slightly above average. To be dragging top position with Dortmund. Kudos to him for beating PSG but that loss to Villareal last year has stained him

He would not be sacked unless he fails to win the league and lose scandalously to City
Naggelsman using 3 at the back is frowned at, A club like Bayern cannot be playing like underdogs, which is making many of our attacking players like Mane Sane and Gnabry look ordinary

Tuchel with his 3 CBs I doubt is an option as well, with his known issues with tp management, Bayern is a club where management will be in your business, They will sit beside the coach at the dugout and decide team selection and tactics together

I doubt Tuchel can last 3 months at Bayern
You still never get the memo. I told you there are more people seeing an evolution with 3-ATB managers than you think.

For further details, see the explanations in my replies to you on the topic.

I have always say this English hate Abrahimovich because he was mostly signing or employing foreigners at chelsea. Now they are trying hard to use potter signing to bring love from English FA and referee. This was why Alex Ferguson was locally successful, he had the support of English FA and Referee on and off the field all through his managerial career, this was why he preferred Using cleverly instead of signing Modric or sneijer. He preferred increasing Rooney’s wage instead of signing Tevez permanently which will make him be almost same salary with Rooney. They prefer to splash 80 million pounds on a poor footballer like Maguire and make him captain. Man U/Ferguson played the politics well then and games were rigged for them by English referees in return.
Nawa for this guy. You need to stop making posts like this in public mate.

The game was there to be won. We have no business conceding a goal. All he had to do was allow the team dominate and score a second. Keep the intensity intact and get that all-needed second goal. Then you can start tinkering with stuff.

Very weak front 3, three of them shouldn’t be starting together too weak
There's no justification for Pulisic starting as at today. This is that thing again with Potter just dashing players minutes. What does Mudryk have to do to get consistent minutes?

He should be embracing Mudryk and letting as Pulisic play second fiddle.

Felix sef should start to play second fiddle to Madueke. We have Nkunku, we should concentrate on players who will be permanent

All these hypothetical scenarios weren't flying around when we couldn't score a single goal in many games but suddenly, we now have Andrea Pirlo after 3 narrow wins.

Stop of these imaginations and see that how a teams is set up tactically makes them score lots of goals, not because a particular player's style.
I have just seen this.

I am genuinely dumbfounded by the juxtaposition in the size of your intelligence and the positions you take many times in debates. I don't expect you to agree with general consensus always, but sometimes, some things are just clear for the smart to see.

Regardless of the general team form, Enzo and Jorginho are not on the same wavelength of footballing ability. And this is coming from someone who pretty much towed the middle ground when it came to Jorginho debates.

Your point is so far off, I feel completely embarrassed on your behalf. Where do I even start debating this?

What is particularly wrong in passing backwards when we are trying to control the game and see the game off?
It's about being able to see a forward pass that exploits the opponent's backline, most especially when it is least expected.

Very soon, you will see the likes of Mudryk, Havertz, Madueke and Fofana getting on their bikes in turns, the moment they see Enzo inside a passing lane, because they know that if they do, he will find them once that ball lands on his feet.

It makes us more likely to create dangerous attacking situations and increases scoring chances. It's capable of putting the opposition on the back foot; when they are afraid and aware that danger is imminent. It could cause them to cede control, and us to take initiative, and ultimately, control of the game.

Lastly, when opposition comes to park the bus, there's nothing you want more than a guy who can see a path to score, even with 11 men camping in front of goal.

Fantastic performance today. Especially happy for Murdyrk for getting that assist. There will not be a 007.

Meanwhile, Cucurella has taken a beat from many of us here. Man's been fantastic over the last 3 games. Good problems for Potter now. Badiashile vs Cucurella.

Good for Potter finding some stability with a 3-4-3.

Good we are getting somewhere.

At least you agree that after goals their something else a striker should do.

Halland pressing is good but not top level yet.
Halland at 22 has managed to nearly perfect the art of goal scoring. Plus he's showcasing this on a regular in the best league in the world. That's a feat that is extremely rare in football.

Most top-tier strikers don't reach this scary level until their mid twenties.

At 22, every other skill can still be learnt and added to the package.
