Maresca: One of the regrets i have after the game is, i didn't play with Josh (Acheampong).

When we blamed Maresca for the loss, Nateevs and co were defending him shamelessly. Now, he just confirmed he messed up with the selections.

This right here is the reason I support him wholeheartedly. I called him a tactically adaptive and pioneering manager; this is one of those times he's being adaptive. He says in hindsight, I goofed.....hands up. I'd rather be tried and says that, than someone who can't see shii!t

He's had one full season as a professional level manager in the PL ONLY. Just one. He's going to make mistakes.

Against ManU with a player down, he rushed into defensive subs. He learnt from that experience. Against Arsenal, same situation, he adapted.

Last season, he was shy playing the top teams. This season (also since PSG at the CWC), he's going toe-to-toe. It's only his second season.

In terms of structure, when we attack, Cucu is inverting and we fall into a 3ATB. There's no RB, and so height is necessary. No better than the three we have there. You will not have Gusto in a back 3. It's simple tactics.

Because we are having a bad game doesn't mean it's because Maresca has done something wrong. You cannot play your first 11 into the ground. If you do, you will end up out of the top four.

I am yet to see what Tosin did wrong now. You all just attribute everything bad to Tosin playing. Enzo lost the ball in a crucial area that led to the second goal, not Tosin.

What has Maresca done wrong here? Rest a player for Tosin?

Look at the height and physical build of those Leeds players. If James, Fofana and Caicedo are not playing, you need as many tall players in there, so we don't lose the 50/50s.

Fofana, just like James before him must be managed. You are not going play him every game or you lose him for half a season minimum. So until we have someone better, you have no choice than to play Tosin in some games, or you will be forced to playTosin in all games.
