@ Nateevs,

I was hoping to see Seydou Keita penetrate the Inter tactical formation, but unfortunately not even Xavi could manage it.  grin wink

OK. . The emotions have run down. Let's analyse.
This is the position we like to find ourselves before we react.
Me thinks Carllotti will drop Drogba for Anelka against Stoke.

Secondly, Liverpool I think, will allow us roll over.
I know it's crazy but scousers will rot in hell than see Utd win 19 titles.
I think we will win at Anfield and I think that if we beat Stoke, we will win the league.

Many Utd know nada. Except Chac, many of them thoought Blackburn was a walk over.

@nateevs,
I've given you what you want.If you like, curse till you die.Table or not, your team has been at the end of some dodgy decisions that affected the outcoms of several games.
If you can't understand what I'm saying,na you sabi.
It's a known fact that you throw fits when you lose.Only stating the obvious.
You bring up the argument of Vidic.Mayn,do yourself a favour and read the rule books.
Agbonlahor was heading away from goal.Vidic was punished with a yellow card. What about Terry's pulling of Defoe prior to the penalty incident? How did I forget that? You have no case because your team righfully lost.
Like someone said, you ain't worth the argument.I think I've said that to you before.
The highlighted above is the most silly statement of all times. I am perhaps the only one calming people down here. Do you know what you assert at all?
If you don't know what to say, you had better zip it up.

I asked about PL and you started talking about FA Cup because you have run out of instances to back up your crazy disposition. You mention JT pulling Defoe, making it about five instances in the same game and yet you say you are talking about. . "some dodgy decisions that affected the outcoms of several games". . .
We lost the game don't you geddit? How has the ref not booking Terry for pulling Defoe affected the game? . . They won. . Abi I should it in yoruba?

---------------------------------------------
Secondly look at this video and tell me Gabby was running away from goal. . . Review Here

Now pause the video at 42sec and see aw Gabby looks up at the goal. . Watch his whole demeanour towards goal between 40 secs and 43 secs and you dare tell me he was running away from goal. Even if your TV is showing the goal-post on the side of the pitch you must at least know where the goal post is.
What is you on about?

-------------------------------------------
I will tell you again. Except where a ref denies the other team a blatant penalty and ignores a red card, please don't tell me about petty offences that "could have affected the outcome of the game" because I will go and watch every United game this season because of you even if it takes 2 weeks and I will point out every yellow card the Ref ignored.

I can even go back 2 seasons, 3 seasons. Imagine this rubbish coming from you. . Where the hell do you think the phrase "Fergie time" came from? . . Do you think we all no get eyes?  Did you forget so soon the extra extra extra time against City at OT that gave you 2 pts in the dying seconds? Please don't try that nonsense with us here.
What the Bleep do you think we others have been saying for the past seasons. . ? Now you see it the other way and you shi.ting in your pants. Get a grip man.

-------------------------------------------
One more thing . . If thou knoweth not how to read, I shalt help thou. This,

You have no case because your team righfully lost.
is very very silly.

I have told you before that I never said we didn't deserve to lose neither is this argument about losing or not. The debate is about dodgy decisions and Chelsea. . What has "your team lost rightfully" got to do with it. You lack the ability to focus on a point of reference. You've gone from decisions affecting the PL TABLE to FA Cup, to decisions in the same game we lost 3 points, to Chelsea losing rightfully. .Get some focus man.

And until you do so, please don't come back.

Guy,you're supposed to be smarter than this.
Need I refer you to the FA Cup Semi final (Terry lunge+penalty incident),the offside against United, the reverse fixture vs Spurs and United earlier in the season, Malouda's elbow on Rocha, amongst others?
Stop playing ostrich.Your neck's not long enough.Even vs Spurs yesterday, you shoulda been punished further by the ref.
When you lose, don't throw a fit, like you always do.Even your fellow chavs are not with you on this one.
Yet more bullshi.t from you. . I asked about ref's decisions affecting the table and you are telling me about the FA Cup. What has the FA Cup got to do with the "TABLE"?. . .

If you want to take it beyond the PL . . why don't we talk about Ref's decision not red card Vidic in the Carling Cup final against Villa. If that happened, you won't have won.

Now you go ahead and mention even elbows. . Are you telling me a ref has never overlooked a foul by a Utd player this season? What sort of human is this?

And this. . .
When you lose, don't throw a fit, like you always do.Even your fellow chavs are not with you on this one.
. . is a very dumb statement to make in light of the argument. This is not a debate about being a sore loser. It's a debate about your assertion that Chelsea has had more help from Ref's bad decisions than other clubs. Do I have to explain your own argument to you again?

Plus my fellow fans are not contributing on this one because they I am good enough for you and photocopies of you if possible.

Dude,no need to pontificate here.
The way you played against Bolton didn't indicate you would be able to get anything other than a draw. The ref decided not to punish Drogba and TErry.Let's end it there.I'm not going to argue aimlessly about whether Chelsea woulda won.Cus it's purely academic.
You also need to ask yourself the question as to why Chelse didn't defend the cross properly against Blackburn. The ball didn't find its way into the box from a throw,if i can recollect.
Also you talk about it being a Chelsea throw.Needless  to refer you to the SB tie with United and how you got your goal, first off a foul that never was and then by a dubious goal through Drogba fouling Brown.Even today,Mikel fouled Bale earlier on in the box,but no call was made, though Terry could not get away with his usual handball chesting.
One more thing,I don't have all day to go on and on.Don't have anything to prove to you by not "running away".That's a juvenile thing to say.Losses shouldn't be doing that to you.
This is shameful.
You talked about refs decisions that have helped Chelsea. You cited Bolton, I said I give it to you but there's nothing to suggest we won't have gone on to score 4 and you know we could.

Now see you complaining Chelsea did not defend the cross and you telling me the goal Chelsea scored at OT was not a foul to start with. Oya let me ask you your own question. . . Did the ball find it's way inside the net from the free kick? Utd did not defend well hence the goal. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
You guys argue the way it suits you.

We are having a debate about how refs decisions have helped Chelsea. Minus Chelsea V Bolton, there's no other one you can point to.
You are giving me a catalogue of decisions that didn't go Spurs way in a match we lost. How does that enhance Chelsea's position on the table?

Two hand balls against Bolton are the only things you can talk about. Are you trying to tell me there is not one single decision that has helped you throughout the season?

Plus you don't need all day to give examples. You need only a few minutes dude. . The truth is, you don't have them.

Don't look too further away from Tueday against Bolton.
Two stone-wall penalties denied.Or you didn't see that one?
Relax,I could go on and on. . .
Firstly I give that to you.
Secondly, you cannot be serious that if Bolton had one of those penalties awarded we still won't have won.
We were going to win that game.

Go and watch Chelsea against Blackburn. The throw that BB had to score the equalizer was a throw to Chelsea. . . and we dropped two points.
Ok. . One cancels the other.

@Kay-pumping.

Don't buy that rubbish the ESPN commentators were saying.
We were playing away and there is nothing wrong in defending deep.
I counted the number of times Drogba lost possession in the first 45mins . . I stopped counting at 15 times.

I counted the number of time Anelka lost possession in the 2nd half . . 3 times.
There is a clear difference.

If we want to kick the ball high and hope Drogba scores, then Drog is your man.
If you want to pass the ball on the ground and walk your way in, you have to drop Drogba.

Simple. The next time you see him play, count the number of times he concedes possession from a bad touch or bad pass.

Leave him to divert attention to Man United. This season alone,Chelsea have had the greatest help from refereeing decisions.
I know the guy will come back to argue that point.
The reverse fixture if today's game is another example.
As for Drogba,it's amazing how scape-goatism and selective amnesia has beclouded Chelsea fans' reasoning.
33 goals in a season, and he doesn't make the team play well. The other players should be sold.Or the coach doesn't know what he's doing. Why not petition the club to have him sold?
Can you name the greatest of help one after another and let's see if it has in anyway affected the table.

What kind of selective memory do you have? Didn't Drogba single handedly get you 6 points against Arsenal? Flow my foot. It is the height of foolishness to claim someone who started saving your Bacon from the opening day to score against Wolves I think to win 2-1 is at the expense of 'playing well'.

If ONE player scores 33 goals and makes the team play poorly, I'll give you 19 other premiership players who will cut their left nut off to have such a player.
Do you read at all?
Did you see me say Drogba should not be played at all?
If we have to play Arsenal instead of Liverpool, then Drogba starts because we don't have to play beautifully to beat Arsenal.
We have to park the bus and catch you on the break.

Why should we struggle against Wolves if not that we are playing Drogba in the first place?
You can't tell me more than what I know of my team.

If we play a classic JM 4-3-3 with fast wingers, Drogba is your man. If we want to pass the ball like we do now, he is a disaster except we come against shitty defence like pompey or WestHam.
This argument dates back years. He will score a lot of goals but we won't win convincingly. . and when the opposing team has the edge to go further, that's it.

Blaming Drogba is unfair after the amount of goals he has gotten us this season. The whole team is to blame. Especially Paulo and Terry. If only Terry had kept his head. Tottenham got tired. We played poorly but, still had a chance 11v11.
If you watch Chelsea well, you will know Drogba scores goals at the expense of the team playing well.
We also struggle when we play Drogba. We always flow when we don't.
It's simple. If we started with Anelka we could have had a run them tired at the back. Score 1 or 2 and Drog can come in and still score.
We saw it against Villa, ManU, and second half against Villa in the Cup tie. . and several other games when Drog was away at the ACN.

He comes back and we start dropping point. . but he scores.

Win or bust. First consideration.

Unless Spurs do us a favour, (a draw being enough) if we draw against Liverpool, that's it.

Don't change a winning team. Carlo.
It's not coincidence that we play well with Anelka upfront.
It's a fact.

Anelka will drag wide, move forward, come to midfield and moving the opposition CBs out of place.
The result is that advancing midfielders and fullbacks run into the space that's been created by Nic's off-the-ball runs and a chance is created.
Do that over and over again and you give them something to worry about.
That way they sit back and try to defend and the more they do that, the more the concede.

There is a big chance of throwing the title away and we are on the verge of doing just that.
