I was watching the match with Barca fans . . he was so pissed off at the way the played. . . He said can't we play shots from outside for once. . .? He wondered why they had to take that extra touch, that extra pass and complianed bitterly that they were too predictible. . .

Invariably arsenal are not a better team and they are over-hyped.

And I tell you that you are still saying rubbish . . . You think Barca's game plan was not shit . . . They get the ball, find Messi or Iniesta, they try to make triangles in the opposition 18 . . . and even when they made 380 passes in Nou-Camp and still could not get a goal, they still come back to the Bridge with the same tactics. For 91mins they couldn't get a shot on goal . . . they are not good in the air, they can't score from crosses and they can't defend well.

You call that good tactics. . . Do you really know what you are saying ?

You can't compare ManU with Chelsea. We have different players, different set-up and our players have different abilities. ManU have Ronaldo, Tevez, Park, Giggs Rooney. All these guys can run with the ball and take Barca apart.

We won't sit back and defend if we had a Robben and Joe Cole in attack with Anelka and Drogba . . .
Our players are more mechanical and can't match the skill level that Barca have. . . . Simple.

So we play how we can. Did we sit back and defend against Juve and Liverpool?

More times than not we have seen teams make chances and not take them . . . even very glaring ones. . .
But Drogba could have scored if Abidal hadn't clipped him . .
Anelka could have scored if he got round Pique. . . He would have been one on one . . .

If Eto'o's hand was not in the way, Ballack's shot would have sailed into the net.
If Malouda had not been brought down by Alvez he could have found a good spot in the box to pick out someone.


These are chances as well. So you can't criticize us for not scoring our clear chances. . You don't need clear chances to win a game.

You are saying rubbish. If you understand football, you won't talk like that. Chelsea cannot out-play Barca. If we try to go out and play they will beat us like they beat Madrid.
So it is only sensible that you use what you have to get what you want. . . and that's why we played that way.

You can't be angered at that. They pass the ball faster and better than any team in the world. If we space up they'l pick up holes in our defense. No other team had a rougher and tougher route to the final . . .

Are you kidding me ? Abidal barely touched Drogba ? You are the only one in the world I have heard that from. Abidal clipped Drogba . . . end of !!
He should have been sent off and that should have been a penalty.
Pique should have been sent off for stopping a goal bound move and should have been a penalty . . .

How much of a penalty do you want to see before it become one? . . . . How many matches have you watched in this life where one team was denied a penalty four times ? How many?

Chelsea can't out pass Barca. So Chelsea had to try to out-defend them. . . Tactics.
We got an early goal and that settled our nerves. . . .
Barca will normally come out to play to get a goal . .
So we had to sit back, try to absorb and go for a 2nd goal. . .

We did and the chances came . . . unfortunately we did not take them.
Drogba should have scored his chance . . .
Belletti should have taken his chance . . .
Lampard should have taken the right passes. . . .
The lost chances came back to haunt.

Having that though,
We were denied 4 clear penalties. Four!
Abidal was not unfairly sent off. . . He should have been sent off for his challenge on Drogba . . . They were lucky.
Pique should have been sent off for handling the ball in the box.

Barca did not have a single shot on goal in 91mins . .
They are a big hype . . .
