I don't believe Gorcuff's "consistence" will thrive in the premiership for now. I told you I like him as a player and I believe there are great things to come off of him. .

The protection you are talking about is the reason we still settle for the rigid set-up that Mikel plays. I love Mikel. His technique and one touch abilities takes pressure off the defense. . . His rigidity is however at the expense of attack. . And that's why we are never fluid. . . I want to see a more fluid system is the reason I am looking at a Xabi at DM . . . . I am not looking at a specialist DM but someone that starts an attack, joins it and takes shots from distances. . . . ManU don't use a specialist DM and they'll win the prem 3ce in a row and back to back CLs. . because the system is fluid. . . Rather Fergie uses players that can adapt, join the attack and score goals. . . Carrick . . .

Tell me who your Strikers will be? . . . I bet you haven't seen Fabio Borini play. . Have you? and I don't need to say DiSanto is twice as strong as Anelka. . .

I watch the reserve team week-in week-out. . . and I know exactly what Kakuta is capable of. . . He is a very versatile left-footed player that can adapt on the left of midfield as well as central midfield. . . His vision, pace, passing ability and ability to shoot from distance makes him perfect for a central midfielder . . He is perhaps one the strongest players physically beside Bruma and Tom Taiwo. . .  He's played numerous times in central midfield for the youth and reserves and even played alongside Michael Ballack in central midfield last season. . .


I have told you many times . . . I did not subscribe to Deco's signing ,. . . You disagree, yet you still can't find proof. .  Robinho yes, isn't consistent but 14 goals in the premiership, in his first season  . . not to say in a shitty team like City ?. . So much for your knowledge of players that can't play in the prem. . . If we had a player that gave us 14 goals besides Anelka, Lamps and Drogba . . Would we not be top of the league now. . . . ?

The fact that I like Diego does not mean I don't see other players. I like Gorcuff. . . but I am still not convinced he is consistent enough. I will prefer Dzagoev over Gorcuff any day.

I will release Ballack, Belletti, Miniero, Ferreira, Carvalho, Malouda and Drogba. I will bring in Dzagoev, Ribery, Affelay, Xabi Alonso (Yes Xabi) and Benzema. I will complete the signing of Quaresma, then introduce DiSanto, Kakuta, Manciene, Van Aanholt and Fabio Borini as full squad members from the youth.
This way, I have not spent a lot and I have reduced drastically the wage bill whilst still maintaining the strength of the team. . .

I have also reduced the average age of the team and increased the pace and creativity in the side. I will want us to move away from the rigid, Maka style, Mikel style DM and move into a more fluid system whilst retaining the strength. . Hence the choice of Xabi.

I still don't know how to play Essien. .

FYI Ibime, I don't like Ancellotti. . I have reiterated many times. . . . I just fancy Diego that's all. . . I remember a lot of people saying the same about Arshavin when I was on this forum shouting his name one and two seasons ago.

I heard the story on talk sports today as well. Apparently this the 3rd time I am hearing this gist in 2 weeks and it's beginning to terrify me.
