EponObi: It funny that the majority here think it only Lagos agberos that do open defecation.
Although, I disagree with LASG. This should be their responsibility. I read recently they installed 1000+ public toilets; that's commendable. But if they think there's need for more, they should partner with the private sector to implement it. It's wrong to tell banks, eateries to open toilets to the public.
One, it's risky for banks. So people without business with them will just enter their premises to use their toilets.
Same for eateries. Thats bad for business. You wan turn places where people go to eat and buy food as a venue where people go to defecate? If I'm a customer, I will bounce. This happens in developed country you can enter any restaurant or private organizations just to use their restroom and you will be allowed to do so. Do you think they maintained a clean environment by the government doing everything? |
Health › Re: Open Defecation: Open Your Toilets To The Public - Lagos Govt To Banks, Eateries by Nauttyprof(m): 3:12pm On Apr 18 |
MatrixReloaded: See the useless comment from a governing body. So a business place has turned to where miscreants and touts with no bank account will go and dump their large stence of deficate. Even the one parading as a sponsored tout will slap both the security staffs and request for owomida since their baba gave approval. Next time learn not to expose your foolishness online. In developed countries, you can walk into any business place and request to use their rest room. They will gladly direct you to their rest room. This is one of the reasons they have clean environment but no, our foolishness is to always think the government must do everything including those little things we could help out with. |

Mrexcell: I really don't even know why you people hate obi so much is it now a crime to be honest and prudent as a nigerian politician? What are the concrete proofs to support ur claims that obi is tribal and a liar? How can u call a man who didn't even marry from his own tribe tribal? Someone whose adc as governor was from kano state a tribalist? Maybe you want angels to come down to nigeria to contest presidential election? All I see in u is just someone who has deep hatred for the igbo people probably due to years of believing in useless media propaganda. Obi's records as governor is there for everyone to go verify his performance was above average he did his very best with the little resources that was at his disposal at the time no records till date of him stealing any public funds. Only a foolish hater will label him a failure as governor, how can any reasonable person even call obi a failure as governor when during his tenure he achieved quite a lot including taking anambra from the bottom position in waec and jamb exams to number one? Your insincerity won't make you see the truth. This is my short response to your comment. When you do a deep research you will realize that all that you claimed as achievement are nothing but rubbish. |
Politics › Re: Cartoon Boytv Recreates A Video Of Peter Obi Buying Groundnuts by Nauttyprof(m): 8:46pm On Feb 19 |
Mrexcell: Still going around in circles without any clear direction or any recommended clean politician to solve nigeria's problems. I don't even think you really know what tribalism is if you know you won't be accusing me or obi of being tribalistic in reasoning. This is even the very first time since after the biafran war we igbos are collectively supporting one of our own to become nigeria's president because we have tested obi and know his antecedents and know he won't disappoint the larger igbo nation so calling an Igbo person that has previously massively supported and voted for both western and northern politicians in the past to become nigeria's president is really very delusional. My response is as clear as possible. Rather, it is you who have restricted your reasoning to the confines of certain politicians. Didn't you note the word 'recycled politicians'? It is this class of politicians who mean no good for the country including Obi. Anybody who feels Obi just every other would make a change should have a rethink. Why do we love repeating the same mistake but expect completely different results? Obi is not competent as if he was Anambra should be a sought after state today but that's not the case. Anambra should have been a model to mirror in Nigeria but sadly, it can never be and that's because Obi knows that he can't use his works in Anambra to brag about how he can transform Nigeria. Instead, all he does is to spread falsehood. Obi is the worst tribalist ever with every of his moves especially when he should speak of the wrong in his own region. He will turn blind eye to this but when it comes to other regions, he is the first to speak. Asides this, supporting his own at the expense of what the law says. He is just a pathetic liar. Back to the matter, are there no other politicians who come out for the presidential position? We don't see them even when they have manifestos that would help the country. Instead, we would say they won't win and this is what these politicians keep using to rule us. We believe the change lies in their hands whereas it lies with us. |
Politics › Re: Cartoon Boytv Recreates A Video Of Peter Obi Buying Groundnuts by Nauttyprof(m): 2:50pm On Feb 19 |
Mrexcell: Then who is the most competent and most holiest politician u want nigerians to vote for show us if u aren't just a vague commenter without even any direction? Only a day dreamer can believe a loner from nowhere can become nigeria's president today without first diplomatically navigating through nigerian political stake holders and all those corrupt nigerian politicians that's very influential. You won't even survive it if u think u can forcefully do it all alone without carrying everyone along with you both the good and the evil politicians this is exactly what obi is wisely currently doing so it will be very foolish for anyone to label him as being a part of the problem because of this. Nigeria is not america or the UK it's a very politically fragile and complicated country that can easily go into ethnic or religious war at any time if not properly understood and carefully managed this is what obi is avoiding as a wise politician. Can you see how you exposed your shallow reasoning and exposed why you are part of the problem in Nigeria. We keep repeating the same mistake and yet, expect something different as results. You are a tribalist, just admit this than hiding under a reasoning that makes no sense at all. You and your likes are part of the reason the politicians thrive in their dubious ways because you like others believe the change isn't with us but with them. Anyway, good luck to your recycled reasoning. Please, don't come back here wailing. On a second thought, you might not wail but would support bad governance since your tribe is there. You and your likes are the problem of Nigeria. Until we realise that the solution to Nigeria's problem is none of these recycled politician, it is until then we will make progress as a Nation. |

Mrexcell: It's ur kind that's actually the problem of nigeria when u can't choose and identify a competent politician to vote for people like u will still end up voting for tinibu because to u obi is no better. Your reasoning is the major problem facing Nigeria. Competence is defined by your tribe and not by performance. A man who calls others criminals only to make U-turn to join them is one himself. Anyway, if competence meant being a Governor of a state and yet, the state still remains backward till date then there is a problem with your definition. If competence means a man cursed by his people for the hardship in his state while he was the governor but because of tribal sentiment is now celebrated, then there is a big problem with your definition.
