vanbonattel: The insincerity in Nigerians is what has made the country so bad today. An example of this insincerity is your post. Until we start telling ourselves the truth before we make any progress. Politicians are not the problem, we are the major problem. So, politicians made a woman attend a TikTok live to spew rubbish against Edo and Yorubas, right? The same politicians forced some Igbos to openly speak against the Yorubas most especially the ones in Lagos. It is the same politicians who made the Yorubas defend their lands too. The same politicians forced the Oba of Lagos to speak the other day against the Igbos. Who bewitched us in this country and made us not to think with our brains anymore? We are our problem and until we realise this, politicians like Aisha who is also not sincere will keep making citizens peg tribalism at the doorstep of opposition politicians. Until we realise that we are our problem before Nigeria will make progress and part of this is putting a stop to recycled politicians to keep ruling this country. They should ALL rest. 2 Likes |

Hello guys, I need your advice on this matter. I am presently in Canada studying and I want my family to join me here. I have an individual (not a relative) who wants to sponsor my family to Canada and his statement of account meets or is more than sufficient for the proof of funds requirements. He has also confirmed that the letter he gives together with statement of account can be notarized by me. Also, I have little savings which I can add to support the application for my family. Kindly advise me on the best way to go about the proof of funds thing based on the above narration. |

Education / Re: Lagos State To Convert LASUCOM To Medical University by Nauttyprof(m): 5:05pm On Aug 27 |
Dijita: You have still not explained anything. Why can't all these be done in the existing system. Having a University does not make any changes instead it is just a good way of siphoning funds too. If the existing system is expanded, upgraded and operated under the college of medicine, all what you mentioned can be achieved. Having a University status does not necessarily mean a larger number. Instead, having the right facilities address the number issue. Why do you think NUC gives a cap on admission. It is simply because of the available facilities and not having University Status. |
Education / Re: Lagos State To Convert LASUCOM To Medical University by Nauttyprof(m): 11:02am On Aug 27 |
mustyNEMESIS: This has no tribalism or bigotry in it. There is no sense in making the college of medicine a stand alone university. The objectives you mentioned can be achieved also within the normal university system. All that is needed is to upgrade the existing facilities and introduce other health care areas not considered in the previous or existing arrangement. We just love doing things for name and not really making the needed impact. Some states have it, why can't Lagos have it? Before you come for me, I am a Yoruba and a proper one (if you know what I mean). We just need to be objective on this. |

Politics / Re: Nigerians In UK Kick Off #endbadgovernance Protest In London, Demand Change by Nauttyprof(m): 11:47pm On Jul 31 |
The slavery mindset still works. We want to be free from foreign interventions, yet, we are not free mentally from them. We blame them for everything that went wrong, yet, we are still captured mentally. What is the benefit of the foreign protest to the situation in Nigeria? For the media noise or what? When has protest about the situation in Canada, UK, US or these foreign countries we run to, been carried out in Nigeria to address some issues in these countries? Mental Slavery has not been fought completely. |

Politics / Re: It Is Risky For Faceless People To Lead Protests – Dele Momodu Warns Protesters by Nauttyprof(m): 6:14pm On Jul 25 |
Thewrath: Yorubas never claimed this. Your tribal bigotry instead is at work. Yorubas simply said go to your regions to protest. You still haven't answered me why the Igbos became offended when yorubas declared no protest? It was upon the reaction by Igbos that made the narrative so obvious that Igbos have an agenda to fulfil. Follow the trend of when Yorubas came out to declare no protest in the land and stop this tribal bigotry. It's obvious that you are pained too. |
Politics / Re: It Is Risky For Faceless People To Lead Protests – Dele Momodu Warns Protesters by Nauttyprof(m): 6:03pm On Jul 25 |
Thewrath: Where was the protest labelled Igbo thing? Or the Igbos made it obvious that it was their thing? Yorubas stated clearly that they won't protest and that anyone who wants to protest should go to their region to protest. How come all of a sudden the Igbos who claimed they were not interested in the protest became offended and started all sorts? Please, answer this. Does this not suggest the more that the protest is tribal based? Failed antics? When the Igbos are attacking Yoruba for declaring not to protest? The reverse is the case. Igbos were interested to play on the psychology of others just to achieve their aim. If someone tells me that I shouldn't protest in an area despite saying that I won't protest. Should I be offended and start attacking such? Instead, I should emphasize that I am not protesting. It's that simple. Igbos are more tribal than any other tribe in Nigeria. Every discussion is on tribal basis and throwing of insults instead of addressing issues |
Politics / Re: It Is Risky For Faceless People To Lead Protests – Dele Momodu Warns Protesters by Nauttyprof(m): 5:29pm On Jul 25 |
Thewrath: Yorubas aren't. They are only concerned about their region damaged in the name of protest while nothing is done in other region. If you are sincere with yourself, why are the Igbos so pained whenever yorubas say they will protect their states and won't protest most especially in Lagos? Why are the Igbos who mentioned not to protest, all of a sudden attacking the position of Yorubas? Does this not bring in tribal sentiment to the protest? Does this not suggest that there are evil intentions hiding under the protest to destroy properties in Lagos and as such, take us back to more suffering because of a protest that lacks direction. 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Aliko Dangote Offers To Sell Oil Refinery To FG-Owned NNPC by Nauttyprof(m): 11:54am On Jul 22 |
We have a problem in this country and it is the fact that once anybody makes a statement we are swayed by the statement and not the person. If Dangote is not a monopolist, what has he achieved in the other sectors he invested in? Also, let's ask if it is in the interest of the country that his cement price keeps increasing. What has he done about the ridiculous price increase in all his products. Dangote does not work in the interest of the country. Instead, he monopolizes the market and then, make Nigerians pay more. 1 Like 1 Share |
Business / Re: Dangote Calls Off Plan To Invest In Steel, Discouraged By The Government & Cabal by Nauttyprof(m): 2:57pm On Jul 21 |
Dangote should go and sit down. With the companies he has, what has he done in Nigeria? His products are so expensive. Cement produced here is higher in price and keeps increasing than some countries he supplies. Let him first address the price issues of his products. Yeye person wants to be everywhere and monopolise the business and suffocate Nigerians completely. 1 Like 1 Share |
