RomanceRe: I'm 28 Desperate To Settle Down. by Nayah(f): 1:36pm On Apr 12, 2012
lucrecia: All my sisters have gotten married, and i am the only one left behind. Meanwhile the right time for a girl to settle down is 25yrs. My question is at my age can i still settle down? i'm desperate to settle down, but i am not in any serious relationship. what should i do?
First of all, stop pressuring yourself and there's no guideline in love! I don't hope that four friends but who tells you their marriage will be perfect? Marriage is not what people always try to showcase ( perfect couple, smiles and so on) this is a huge responsability and step in your life, and this is a serious matter you need to think about first. You need to be seriously ready (not just to do like your friends) financially and psychologically.

Don't worry I truly believe you'll find someone but don't focus too much on that or else you might do the wrong choice
Foreign AffairsRe: Frankofone African Countries Must Drop France If Africa Is To Move Forward by Nayah(f): 1:28pm On Apr 12, 2012
BahPulo: I believe so too. The francophone countries need not only to drop france, french they also need to drop the cfa. I don't like france and I can't stand their attitude we know better than anyone. But you know that won't happen any time soon because we are lazy people it hurts to say it but it's the truth. We need to sit our a$$$ down and think for ourself. for example how can we create a common currency that work for us not france, or how we can implement policies that facilitate trades btw us not btw france, china or any other outsider. any way I am so tired of thinking what's wrong with Africa in whole i's just plain annoying
Wakh deug suma xaarit! wink

Hi, don't worry you're not rude this is your opinion and I respect, but actually you impress what you can see, and I've never seen anoyone of you to want to impress anybody. We are here to discuss and exchange not to impress ( to my opinion) my question ( and that's available for Killz)was about Nigerian male and habits...I've never been to Nigeria but I know very few of them because they're few in my place, and as I've explained before, I know more other Western African brothers from Mali, Senegal or Côte d'Ivoire...this is just about curiosity

Foreign AffairsRe: Why are Africans ignorant abt Africa by Nayah(f): 12:47pm On Apr 12, 2012
Good Girl: @ Gerald710,
I've lived in Tanzania and I can tell you for sure that it's not just 'Kenyaphobia' that Tanzanians have, but a phobia for any foreign African who passes off as aggressive, intelligent and challenging (translation - 'fluent' English speaker). They also had the same issues with my Zimbabwean and Zambian friends, who happen to be their SADC comrades. The best way to get the approval of Tanzanians is by conducting your activities at their pace and speaking lots and lots of Swahili. That way, they see in you a comrade, not a "superior" non-Tanzanian.
Exactly sister good point
Foreign AffairsRe: Why are Africans ignorant abt Africa by Nayah(f): 12:45pm On Apr 12, 2012
Habari honey wink
Well I partially agree sister, partially because on the one hand we have this sort of "Western fascination" that make us indirectly or not, interesting more in their news and so on, another factors is some of them are living out there or were born go to "their school" and we are tought their version about African History ( when they talk about Africa which is not always the case) it means you know more or less the culture and news!

Well on the other hand I don't know for you but from my grand parents and my parents I've been tought a lot about my culture and my roots. African History has been cut and turned by some "historians" regarding their interest, but for the majority , this is an oral History. I remember when my grand parents used to ask me to sit and talk about our people (Cameroon and Tanzania) especially in Cameroon when they've told me my village and tribe(Bassa'a) was known to be centre of warriors for our Independance, relating how French and German were different but the same at mean time and how French hated our great independance personnalities such as Ruben Um Nyobe who was the Father of our Independance and lived in our village. I mean this si really interesting, pure and quite objective because they've lived this period our History and I truly believe Africans should talk more with their parents or grand parents or any realtive who have experienced some part of our History to transmit it to us, this is our heritage.
Foreign AffairsRe: Azawad Declares Independence. by Nayah(f): 10:06am On Apr 12, 2012
Rgp92: Tell me more about france, please.
Mali has always been known as a "poor" country with "NONE" OR VERY FEW RESSOURCES, while Mali is full of Gold, Uranimum, gas and oil in the North, and that's the point here

Now now you'll understand when I told you why I accuse France, even though I know Africans have their part of responsability on Africa's future. Who was in the forground for Lybia's so called misery?, who was in the foreground to reestablish so called "democracy" in Côte d'Ivoire? Now Mali needs a serious help to erradicate this Northern rebellion and guess what, French people ( authorities) declared they won't interfere. Quite curious for people who have always said they will fight terrorism...the reason is quite simple: France has views in this region and AQMI and rebells ( which are armed by them sorry but it's a fact) help them to accomplish this mission especially if the country is divided, sharing for rulling.

Mustay: It's a mind thing. Some feel they've been here for so long and wouldn't tolerate a newbie bringing a change or bringing back done and dusted topics. The funny thing about internet is invisibility. That a person registers today doesn't mean he's not being following a forum for years. It's just a matter of choice to register at his own time.

Buh seriously tho, some newbie ought to be spanked for being too lazy to use the search bar. :PIt's a mind thing. I agree, I'm here since 2009 but really active since last year, and yes I've noticed some people don't linke change, but my dear let's impose yourself if you have something to say or to notice just go ahead because you'll never been appreciated by everyone
RomanceRe: What Are The Dating Mistakes That Guys & Ladies Make? by Nayah(f): 9:35am On Apr 12, 2012
grin Interesting thread poster!
I think most of times people are in the rush to date someone without taking time to appreciate, observe and analyse. Of course we don't know perfectly the person you date or live with but at least you take your time to see what is his/her intention towards you and naturally you'll really see what the person wants even if you hide your real behaviour one day or another it will resort

Wherearea,Swahili has 5 million to 8 millions Native speakers, and ranked 59th in the world way behind Yoruba 48th,Igbo 55th in the world 6000 languages
Good morning, if you base your analysis on Wilkipiedia's sources you could be mistaken because references are written from "ordinary"people like you and I meanwhile we need to disociate the most spoken from the most used! MANDARIN (a chinese language among others) is more spoken than English while English is the most spreding and used language in the World. So the same for Swahili and Hausa. Sorry but Swahili hands down

PS As for Gabon there's NO hausa as tribe in this country but only immigrants.

These people are completely twisted and crazy if they think this "territory" will become a real country, but France is behind all this mess because of the ressources out there. Remember that France is only the 10th economic power in the World now, so you can understand
