We're no longer concerned about the EPL. Our main focus is to defeat Tottenham next Wednesday and qualify for the UCL.

Monthly rent payment system cannot work in Nigeria because most tenants have to save all through they year before they can afford to pay their rent.

Telling them to pay monthly would just have them accumulating months and months of debts.

Well it depends. If it's a solo masquerade, like the ones in Lagos, you can easily overpower them if they flog you (but they won't) cos they move alone most of the time.
