Fashion / Re: How To Know Fake & Original Wrist Watch by nblinks(m): 10:03am On Oct 14, 2018
There are various fake wrist watches hawk on the streets in Nigeria. Although, most of them look real but there are always distinct differences when you look deep. Apart from those differences, you can never compare the quality of each one of them.

Just like BlissP mentioned above, same thing happened between myself and a friend of mine. I bought an Emporio Armani wrist watch for men from one of the online wrist watches website in Nigeria and he bought same wrist watch (fake one) on the street. Guess what, the price difference was around 40k.

While my wristwatch has two years warranty on it, his own does not.

Within three months of him buying the wrist watch, the unfortunate happened; that is to say, the wrist watch had a fault which he could not repair. He now had to go online to buy same wrist watch from the website I bought mine from.

My advice to us all is, we should try to buy our watches from original wrist watch sellers in Nigeria. When you buy from them, you have warranty on the watch and even some of them will give you a replacement if you have any problem with the watch.

Webmasters / Re: Nigeria Adsense For Sale. by nblinks(m): 4:56pm On Aug 11, 2017
Nice question from Holuwajobar...... but running into blogging is very good and at the same time, trying to sell one of his blog site is also a fantastic idea.

Let me take each one after the other. This is for the benefit of people looking to start blogging and also for people looking to make money selling their blog.

1. Running into blogging because of money: Well, I see this as a good idea. Why? Because blogging makes money. This is the time that maney people has to start thinking of making money through the opportunity google and the likes has presented to us.

As a blogger, anyone can start making money through the google adsense program just like what you can see on peacemaker128 post. It is easy to join, and in fact, it is the lowest hanging fruit to make money.

Although, making money as a blogger may take some time, but dedication and persistence, you can make a good living as a blogger. There are lots of different articles available online that will teach you how to make money online.

You can read this to start with - How to start a blog in Nigeria. It is a free information for all looking to start blogging.

2. Selling of the blog site: This may be a good exit strategy for him. I have seen lots of people that start up a blogging site just for the main purpose of selling it of after some time. It is another way of making money online.

Thanks guys.

You can also check out the SEO companies in Nigeria if that will help.

There are other stuffs that you can done by yourself but the technical ones, you may need to contact SEO expects.

Business / Re: How To Get A Globally Accepted Naira (N) Denominated Debit Visa Card by nblinks(m): 11:50pm On Oct 04, 2015
Hi,
The UBA Prepaid Card is good but what I found wrong in it are the N100 associated with depositing cash and withdrawing cash from the card. The question that I will always ask myself is - why will I pay to deposit my money in my card and also pay another N100 to withdraw money from my card?
In that sense, I will use a SkoyPay VISA Prepaid Card that has limited fee in depositing cash in the card as well as withdrawing from the card.
The card works exactly like any ATM card and the good thing about it is that it is accepted globally because it is a VISA card.

Business / Re: Your Dormant Bank Account Could Put You In Trouble by nblinks(m): 12:08am On Sep 09, 2015
I see many bank customers in Nigeria complaining about all these charges from the their banks. Banks are out there to make money from different sources as mentioned in the threads. It is now left for individual customers to choose a good bank that will not have hidden charges. But due to the fact that all these banks have hidden charges on both current and savings account, the the question now is - where do I keep my money

Even with the CBN directive on the phased cancellation of Cost of Transaction (CoT) by banks, trust Nigeria banks that they will come up with some kind of other charges. I read recently in two Nigerian online newspaper about these charges, the papers are:
1. dailyindependentnig.com/2015/07/banking-nigerians-groan-cot-hidden-charges/; and
2. businessnews.com.ng/2015/06/09/customers-seek-end-to-excessive-bank-charges/.

These are resent news condemning the charges but will the bank stop charging? I also have been a victim of these charges and I have seen that there is nothing the CBN can really do because these banks too will claim to have the right to charge customers in other for them to be in business.

All well said by us all that have contributed to the thread. The only solution to the problem of bank charges that I have seen is to use a Non-bank Prepaid Card. With the prepaid card from skoypay, the company nor the bank will card the customer NO hidden fees and NO COT.

In fact, the only solution to all these charges is for customers to be using a Prepaid Card.

A Prepaid card have all the benefits (and even more) of a debit card and and the good thing about it is that it is not link to your current or savings account.

With a prepaid card, you have the following benefits:

1. Security
2. No hidden charge
3. Rewards on your spending
4. Use a your salary account from your employer
5. Receive money or make payment
6. Use at ATM, POS and online
7. Have a second card for family
8. No annual fee. And many more.
