There hasn't been any improvements on what was obtainable during d 2015 elections... Infact d electoral process has actually regressed now with incidences of broad day light vote buying... Until a more transparent means of vote counting and recording is introduced then we are still stuck in ancient times.. The electoral process itself hasn't improved but d electorates are getting wiser.... D only way it can improve is for d electoral body itself to get wiser and start thinking of modern tools and systems
