Politics › Re: Buhari And Saraki Are Not On Speaking Terms - The Cable by ndcide(m): 3:07pm On Jun 29, 2015
This is one of those sponsored articles from within apc.

Buhari & saraki, who needs the other most?

In fact Saraki is even doing the right thing in the interest of Nigeria.

Check out the rest ranting, all they have to say is, the party... The party... The party.. Nothing more.

Saraki should know that the heads an arm of government and should not blink.

The way ekpoma is today is an indictment on governor osheomole. After lgbinedion, no project on the school. Even the town looks too village like. Was there last year. It was appalling.

My brother, you need to re-evaluate your "brand of politics".

There's no such thing as a "reformist" in politics. Either you're putting on a white hat or black hat.

In fact, you "advice" only if you'd benefit in the end.
Exactly!

The game as it is structured now, buhari would not have blinked if bokoharam attacked daura if that would guarantee more than 100% votes.

You're being delusional here to say he led the thought process...That's why someone said you're politically naive...Your assertion would have held sway if ordinary Nigerians had any say in the election safe for Senators and other high ranking politicians even then, the population of Nairalanders is negligible to say the least...
It's cool to give kudos for an achievement/feat worthwhile but i'm sorry this one doesn't count...
You obviously don't know the people who visit this forum. Maybe not PDP but APC is resident here. Take it to bank.

Where will the files be stored. In the email? If so where can one find it. Does it apply to the phone contacts.

Aregbesola drropped the ball with his fiscal indiscipline but why the excessive attention on him when he is not the only gov owing huh?

Where was the PDP when suswan was owing teachers for over ayear thereby keeping the primary school kids home for that year?

PDP should stop rejoicing over the state workers misfortune, Aregbe will survive the threats & moves (will pay this month), the workers may not be happy presently but he is the best Gov the state has ever had..

The seat will not go to Omisore even if he is impeached,so what's the Joy abouthuh
If you are from osun state and for partisan reasons have this opinion, then I don't think osun workers should be paid a kobo. You can't even tell yourself the truth. Will you say this is osun state had a pdp administration?

Politics › Re: Shekau Has Finished His Business by ndcide(m): 8:09am On Jun 27, 2015
APC, government owe shakau a lot of gratitude. Anyone trying to kill such fact is being idioticc. How many people really talk about bokoharam in the media now. Do we have bokoharam related banner headlines on newspapers?

There's nothing to fight in bokoharam. Whatever you see now is just a tactical way of rounding up the drama.

Some are foolishly telling us about the killed military men. The same people never agreed the military was doing anything before now.

They should end the drama, so that we can do a serious postmortem on bokoharam. At the end of the day it all zeros to politics of the center.or what did APC say bokoharam is really fighting for?

barcanista:
Ofcourse by position Saraki is one of the leaders of APC but he isn't part of the National Working Committee led by the Chairman that makes position on behalf of the party. Well I am not interested on who emerge because it is pure APC affair, all I am saying is the the members elect who they want and not the presiding officer dictating. That is the norm
Very correct. But is Tinubu a member of the National working committee of the party. You think he doesn't make position on behalf of the party, within the party?... Left for the APC chairman, he would have let sleeping dogs lie. But his is being influenced in this show of force... I strongly feel the apc chairman does not have a problem with the leadership of the legislature. Even buhari is indifferent..... The energy is coming from somewhere. APC can do without all these and they know it.

Well, I personally don't give a damn. They should deliver on their promises... They don't need my support to do that and I'm not giving it anyway.

Well,
Politics › Re: APC/NASS Crises: Observation On The Major Players by ndcide(m): 9:59am On Jun 26, 2015
barcanista,

I believe you know that this whole thing is all about power and influence on the presidency. It goes with those with party structure and NAS leadership structure.

Now aside the party, whoever commands the NAS structure will have a strong influence on the presidency. This is what the so called party leadership is fighting for.

I also believe you know that the speaker and Senate president are also part of the party leadership. You cannot be talking about party leadership and excluding the leaders of the legislature.

If you in anyway think they are not part of the party leadership, then you've aligned with lai Mohammed on the position that buhari is not the leader of the party. Shehu garba will not agree with that.

The people who we look down on are actually what constitutes the strength and influence of APC. Without these people winning elections, APC can't be said to be the ruling party. APC didn't buy tickets for them. Without them APC dies... What I think is that the so called party leadership have not come to terms with the fact that saraki and dogara are now part of the leadership who should be part of party decisions.

You shouldn't also forget that in the party leadership formation, one man had influence in almost all the positions.

I don't need to tell you that not everyone on in the party exco is with the party on this.

Bro, I believe you know all these.
Politics › Re: Ezekwesili, Buhari To Meet Over Chibok Girls by ndcide(m): 10:59pm On Jun 25, 2015
She is only reacting to the questions we asked about her and the BBOG campaign on Nairaland and other social media .

What is she going to tell buhari... Is she going to say " buhari bring back our girls" the way she told Jonathan?

Well I don't care about her for now. She acted wrongly and disappointed me. I felt she should know better. But insisted on the path of ignorance. Shameful.

OAM4J:
If a party loses its honour and discipline then it stands for nothing.

It is better to be in the minority with honour, dignity and discipline than claim a majority that is out of your control.

If I am in charge of APC, I will tell Saraki and all APC lawmakers who are not willing to respect the party to go to hell and let those who are willing to abide by the party stand up and be counted. Then I will count my loss, accept to be in the minority with honour and discipline, and let Saraki, his followers and PDP begging to scramble for top legislative positions among themselves.

As it stands, PMB will have problem with any house that does not respect the party positions, so its better he prepares his mind to work with an assembly that is out of his control; either he finds a way to achieve his goals with existing laws or use the popularity and goodwill he is presently still enjoying to push through any new law he wants.
The problem is that you choose to see no wrong in the operations of APC. I spoke with someone aggrieved APC chieftains after the NWC was constituted. Some defected back to PDP, some didn't. They made it clear that they were not happy the way the whole thing was handled... Even when Lai Mohammed was asked on channels TV, he was unperturbed. He was talking about making sacrifices. But those aggrieved claimed they have made more sacrifices and shouldn't be pushed aside like that.

Everybody except those who are programmed not to see anything. Know they want to repeat the whole thing again. Even lai Mohammed is lobbying for ministerial appointment....

You are looking at it from a very wrong angle. Again Buhari is aware of all these because he was told immediately after the elections.

There's going to be another shock for you when buhari names his ministers. You'll understand buhari wants the Nass leadership this way.

Buhari said so. It was reported so. His supporters know it is near impossible for him to achieve it hence they are trying hard to force it on us that he never said so.

Look at the "west Germany" &" president Michelle " issues. Did his supporters not deny it? They did.

Even his" there is a limit to what I can do at 72 " story.

They have tried every means to twist or kill it. Various editorials have been written on it. That one just didn't die.

We know buhari so much....

Politics › Re: Unpaid Salaries: Serving Osun Judge Calls For Aregbesola’s Impeachment by ndcide(m): 8:44am On Jun 24, 2015
Aregbesola will not be impeached. The people of osun have been hypnotized. They like him and the way things are.

Have you seen any real radical position being made against the governor? Rather what you here most of them say is that osun is not the only state owing salaries.

I've never seen such kind of thing before. In our own area. We tell our Governors the truth and threaten to impeach them. But for osun people, they are all for protecting Aregbesola because they've been made to believe that APC is all they have and others are evil even if the devil runs with apc ticket.

The problem with this is that, even after Aregbesola, the next governor will take osun people for a ride with the believe that nothing will happen. Until osun people tell themselves the truth that no governor is their friend, who should either do well or get fired, expect more of this with ethnic political support.
