Noneroone:Great comment! my thought as well |
The truth is that those who burnt the mosque were not the demonstrators. Igbo people are not violent people. They can only turn violent when someone brings violence to them. Obviously, the enemy has done this! People who want to create chaos so that the Igbo man would be killed are the ones who set the mosque on fire. |
Imolites, please, beware. Roachas has never built any strong thing in Imo since he became governor. From roads, houses, bridges, they are all collapsing. I am begging you people, please, test the integrity of that bridge before plying on it. I take GOd beg una |
So so bad luck since May 29th! Where is Mbaka, FG official soothsayer? Won't he talk now? |
So shameful that the change mantra is all a ruse! Nigeria, ntooooo! |
ayindejimmy:Are this brainless? Sahara worked for APC then because of Tinubu. Then, when APC wanted Jonathan ousted, they used SR to permeate their propaganda. Now that it is no longer at ease b/w Tinubu and Buhari, SR is at it again! This difference is that they are now SAYING THE TRUTH. Please, spare us your explanation. |
Most Nigerians have started realising that they made a mistake in this government! Most do not have the moral courage to voice it. |
ifyalways:CHANGE comes with orishirishi! Receive it! |
Davijunson:Get FIRST CLASS first, and you would know that there is a whole world of difference. If you CANNOT get it, then, do NOT discourage others who can. Negative attitude is one of our major problems in this part of the world! Ask those who made First Class and they would tell you, they never regretted it. For your information, every First Class graduate is offered automatic teaching job in his university; this is not possible for a third class graduate. |
This is it! My GPA went down to a cumulative 4.48 (down from 4.56) in my third year when I had a girlfriend and did it for the first time. Thank God I recovered in my final year, but it was serious work, studying and serious prayers. When I talk to boys and girls, they do not understand. |
menix:Simple answer... Bad luck. When a demon takes over, he paces way for all demonic activities. Today, armed robbery has gone to a whole new level... Light we no see... Petrol, e no dey... Even Water has just joined the league of scarce commodities! Exchange rate of Naira to dollar nko? Don't even mention that one! Where are our Chibok girls? How far with Boko terror? How about the promised N5,000 stipend to the unemployed and the aged? What of free lunch for school children across the country? We have entered the 7th month of this administration. Yet all an story story! Asorry, Nigerians! |
PassingShot:Yes, the worst of an old man with decaying brain and no direction, who is embracing all policies and vision laid down by his "clueless" predecessor! |
sonOfLucifer:I guess it is Jesus Christ whom he quoted that you are insulting. The man quoted what Jesus said, and also gave the meaning, and you are abusing him. Let us always try to understand where people are coming from before we abuse. |
franklingud:TNB fit kill am sef, make Osb become presido. Kogi never teach us lesson? |
icemann:Highlights in Benin... Nigerians should remain in Benin. I cannot create any jobs for Nigerians. 500 Nigerians deported from UK... FG claims it is only 48!!! Liars! Anyway, we love lies and we got what we asked for, rulership by propaganda! |
SeverusSnape:...negotiating with terrorists? This is seven months into change, and contrary to the two weeks propaganda sold to Nigerians to end Boko terror if elected, Nigeria is still under siege. Worse, the economy has worsened: no fuel; no electricity; FOR THE FIRST TIME IN NIGERIA, NO WATER!!! All promises have remained not kept: End of Boko; return of the Chibok Girls; N5,000 stipend to the unemployed and the aged; free food in schools! Shame on us, for believing lies! |
Retributionn:I guess Nigeria nnow has the CHIEF TERRORIST of Nigeria, Abubakar Shekau, or the commander of Boko Haram who have been killing thousands of innocent Nigerians even in the era of 'change.' Life is not fair at all. Surely, one day we shall stand before one man and answer questions for our actions or inactions, just like ABUBAKAR AUDU is facing GOD now in judgment for assessment of his deeds (good or bad) on earth. |
One will be a fool to believe that what BOKO HARAM use in fighting today are those den guns pictured here. I told people that this government will only rule by propaganda, but some people think it is a joke. #allpropagandistsCONFIDENCE! Apologies to Baba |
prof1990:Between Wike and Amaechi, who looted the treasury? Amaechi is facing panels here and there for stealing in 8 years; Wike has not been entered as a governor. Amaechi looted Rivers and used it to sponsor "CHANGE", a change that has amounted to nothing but backwardedness--no fuel, no water, no electricity, promises failed (Boko end, Chibok girls, N5,000 stipend, food to students...etc). I am shocked at how warped up people's thinking is! |
You failed to mention a few salient issues to help advice you appropriately: 1. What is your age? Are you an adolescent? That is a phase. 2. What are you doing now (a student, which level…etc.)? 3. Is your family is monogamous or polygamous (I doubt it’s polygamous)? 4. How many siblings do you have, and what is your position (first, middle)? I read where you made mention of younger ones! So, are you the first child? 5. Similar to (2) above, which school are you in now (secondary, university or none)? Did you graduate or drop out? Ok. From what I read later, I guess you are in the university, or have graduated. 6. What is your ambition in life? 7. What is your parent’s educational/academic qualification? (my parents were both very educated, and the more educated, the tougher it is to cope with their criticisms). I understand you. I am not a counsellor or a pastor, but I know all the above would help understand what the problem is. NOW... my advice: 1. I can feel the sincerity of your heart in writing this, and wish I can talk to you. 2. Rest assured that most advice you would get here may not be suitable. Some may even ask you to run away from the house, or disown your parents. 3. You need to calm down and listen to your parents; no (sane) father will give his children stone as bread, or snake as fish (The Bible). There must be some things you are not doing right that is making your parents uncomfortable! 4. HOW OLD ARE YOU? I feel you are still below 18 or below 20! I started fending for myself at the age of 15, when our family suddenly turned polygamous which brought with it so much drama and hate. 5. You have to grow up a responsible man and win the confidence of your parents. This is one thing that is lacking. 6. Finally, I recommend one book, LIFT LIFTERS by ZIG ZIGLAR. This book is a must read for both you and your parents. About five years ago, I bought it for less than N400; it won't be more than N600 today (pretty affordable). Thereafter, you need to read THE WINNING ATTITUDE by JOHN MAXWELL. There is an attitude issue. I am happy you can read and write fairly well. 7. Please, endeavor to do what I said in (7) above, and you would come back thanking. Send me your phone number to ndeewonu@yahoo.com. You are a great guy. Please, do. 8. Nobody else but you is to blame for your wrongdoings; you cannot pass the responsibility to anyone else. 9. I wrote in a haste, and there may be some misrepresentations. Please, talk to me. |
Valeree:When I say it that the problem of the world today is women (obirin, mata/nyarinya, umunwaanyi), people think it is a joke! Right from the time of Adam and Eve, the entrance of women changed the whole world. It is difficult for a Bestman to sleep with his friend's wife, but it is as easy as anything for a Maid of Honour (Chief bridesmaid) to sleep with and even snatch her friend's husband). What a set of people. And they keep blaming men! Summary: WOMEN ARE THEIR WORST ENEMIES! |
PassingShot:You forgot that underage voters is the way to rig elections today! And that's the handiwork of APC cum North. How do you take care of 8 year olds voting in Nigeria? Does that show honesty, integrity and goodwill? Just asking! |
Banter1:It's N1.04 trillion, and not N1.4tr. |
NgeneUkwenu:As we speak... 1. Lagos has become the den of armed robbers, what we saw last under OBJ over 12 years ago 2. There is no electricity 3. Fuel scarcity is biting the citizens hard 4. There is a new entrant: scarcity of water, which has not been witnessed over 10 years. 5. Feeding for students has not started, seven months after change 6. N5,000 stipend to the unemployed and the elderly has not taken off What a deceit of a nation! And you have the mouth to talk? |
This is gruesome! What is the world today turning into? Where was her hubby when this happened? What did she do to deserve this? |
Ukemeh247:Old age is a rite of passage. It comes in its due time so that young people like you can carry on. Praying to God to let an eighty-something year old live another twenty years doesn't go down well with any religion! |
davoremix:Like children would look up to a magician to entertain them with magic, we hoped on CHANGE. We didnt remember God then. How wrong we were! Anyway, CHANGE means many things to many people! |
Seven months after... Lagos and several states have become a den of robbers, and these are happening lately. And more... No electricity (NEPA/PHCN); we enjoyed the little while the rainy season lasted, No fuel, And the new entrant...No water!!! No security (despite the hype and the noise, bombs still went off today in Yobe, November 17th, 2015), No Chibok girls, No Naira value (Naira keeps falling and falling at $1/N232 today, November 17th, 2015, No reduction in fuel pump price; fuel is selling at N140/litre (in some areas N200/Litre as at today); I just left the filling at 9.15pm after queuing from 3.30pm, buying fuel at N140/L (almost double the official rate) No lunch to school students, No N5,000 stipend to the unemployed and the aged Truly, CHANGE means different things to different people!!! |
Walkopet:Yes, we understand. You are just like the proverbial old man who claims he does not eat rat meat, but each time children kill one, he uses his teeth to share the rat meat amongst the children. Both parties are wicked and terrible looters. Forget about hypes, they are all selfish and not serving your interest. I know them very well. The difference is that while PDP stole with impunity, buying properties in choicest areas and stamping their names on it (living in it and making noises about it), APC members were very intelligent and silent about their stealing, living in remote areas and outskirts while buying and owning mansions in the most expensive areas across the country; all properties not traceable to them. I know both sides very well. I wish people knew who we are dealing with, and learn to dine with both felons with a loooooong spoon. |
charix:While I wholly agree with you that the present- church has failed Christ in ALL ramifications, I TOTALLY DISAGREE with you that the church should be primarily responsible for feeding prisoners. The church did it in Osun as a palliative when the governor failed to pay workers their salaries for months, a people commended that gesture. Let us call a spade a spade. The late appointment of ministers by Buhari has largely contributed to this neglect. Put the blame where it belongs, don't try to parry it. |
Change means different things to different people! It is unheard of that barely seven months into change, Nigeria's new government cannot feed her prisoners? One m0r0n will soon start blaming another person for someone else's idiocy and lack of vision. |
