PoliticsRe: Northern Governors Meet Over Pro-Biafra Protest - Vanguard by Ndeewonu: 10:59pm On Dec 03, 2015
Noneroone:
Judging from history of conflict in the north, i never knew their governors could hold a secret meeting just to avert the killing of pple in their region as they just did.

May be they developed patriotism overnight to protect their son's government and Nigeria, knowing that any of such killings now will only advance the cause of Biafrans.

Does it also mean that killing frenzy we've been experiencing previously are merely left to occur for a reason?
Great comment! my thought as well
PoliticsRe: Obiano Visits Mosque Which Was Attacked During The Protest In Onitsha (Photos) by Ndeewonu: 10:56pm On Dec 03, 2015
The truth is that those who burnt the mosque were not the demonstrators. Igbo people are not violent people. They can only turn violent when someone brings violence to them.

Obviously, the enemy has done this! People who want to create chaos so that the Igbo man would be killed are the ones who set the mosque on fire.

It baffles me.
To think that some months ago Sahara Reporters was label as an APC media by Buhari haters.
There's nothing I didn’t say to show they're neutral.

Now, the same people are happy. I hope this shows you SR is just practising pure investigative journalism.

Though I won't support them on this one
Are this brainless? Sahara worked for APC then because of Tinubu. Then, when APC wanted Jonathan ousted, they used SR to permeate their propaganda. Now that it is no longer at ease b/w Tinubu and Buhari, SR is at it again! This difference is that they are now SAYING THE TRUTH.

Please, spare us your explanation.

Davijunson:
OP when will you Understand that First class Degree doesn't guarantee you a First class life? i'm not saying Getting first class isn't good ooo.. But in Nigeria today, it's as good as Nothing. Ppl roam the streets today looking for work everywhere. the economy is bad... even ppl with first class that are lucky enough to get work are loosing the Work daily. I think it's time every Nigerian youth acquire a Skill.. work with your hand... and be Smart with your Work. this first class You are talking about not everyone has the brain for it... some ppl no matter how hard they try can only make do with 2'1... Some have First class brain but couldn't make it due to other reasons...
Exams are not necessarily the true test of intelligence. Life itself is the real exam and only the ones who becomes successful are termed Smart and Brave regardless of the degree. How would you feel having a First class but working for someone with a third class or Second class lower and calling him Boss.?? Students should try as much as possible to get Good grades but shouldn't depend on it cos good grades ain't good life.. (at least not in Nigeria).. get a Skill, enhance your Skill and be Smart @what you do. In no time, you won't have to depend on a Useless Government

P.S
A friend once said, educating the Man without educating the Mind is no education @all... I Drop ma pen here.
Get FIRST CLASS first, and you would know that there is a whole world of difference. If you CANNOT get it, then, do NOT discourage others who can. Negative attitude is one of our major problems in this part of the world! Ask those who made First Class and they would tell you, they never regretted it. For your information, every First Class graduate is offered automatic teaching job in his university; this is not possible for a third class graduate.

Between Wike and Amaechi, who looted the treasury? Amaechi is facing panels here and there for stealing in 8 years; Wike has not been entered as a governor. Amaechi looted Rivers and used it to sponsor "CHANGE", a change that has amounted to nothing but backwardedness--no fuel, no water, no electricity, promises failed (Boko end, Chibok girls, N5,000 stipend, food to students...etc).

I am shocked at how warped up people's thinking is!
FamilyRe: My Dad Wishes Me Death, Please Help by Ndeewonu:
You failed to mention a few salient issues to help advice you appropriately:

1. What is your age? Are you an adolescent? That is a phase.

2. What are you doing now (a student, which level…etc.)?

3. Is your family is monogamous or polygamous (I doubt it’s polygamous)?

4. How many siblings do you have, and what is your position (first, middle)? I read where you made mention of younger ones! So, are you the first child?

5. Similar to (2) above, which school are you in now (secondary, university or none)? Did you graduate or drop out? Ok. From what I read later, I guess you are in the university, or have graduated.

6. What is your ambition in life?

7. What is your parent’s educational/academic qualification? (my parents were both very educated, and the more educated, the tougher it is to cope with their criticisms). I understand you.

I am not a counsellor or a pastor, but I know all the above would help understand what the problem is.

NOW... my advice:

1. I can feel the sincerity of your heart in writing this, and wish I can talk to you.

2. Rest assured that most advice you would get here may not be suitable. Some may even ask you to run away from the house, or disown your parents.

3. You need to calm down and listen to your parents; no (sane) father will give his children stone as bread, or snake as fish (The Bible). There must be some things you are not doing right that is making your parents uncomfortable!

4. HOW OLD ARE YOU? I feel you are still below 18 or below 20! I started fending for myself at the age of 15, when our family suddenly turned polygamous which brought with it so much drama and hate.

5. You have to grow up a responsible man and win the confidence of your parents. This is one thing that is lacking.

6. Finally, I recommend one book, LIFT LIFTERS by ZIG ZIGLAR. This book is a must read for both you and your parents. About five years ago, I bought it for less than N400; it won't be more than N600 today (pretty affordable). Thereafter, you need to read THE WINNING ATTITUDE by JOHN MAXWELL. There is an attitude issue. I am happy you can read and write fairly well.

7. Please, endeavor to do what I said in (7) above, and you would come back thanking. Send me your phone number to ndeewonu@yahoo.com. You are a great guy. Please, do.

8. Nobody else but you is to blame for your wrongdoings; you cannot pass the responsibility to anyone else.

9. I wrote in a haste, and there may be some misrepresentations. Please, talk to me.
FamilyRe: 'my Husband Rented A Flat For Our Maid' - Wife by Ndeewonu: 6:09am On Nov 24, 2015
Valeree:
this reminds me of a similar incident that happened with our neighbor in our street long ago, but in this case the maid went ahead to marry the madam first daughters fiancé.
it was discovered that anytime the fiance comes to look for the woman's daughter the maid answers the door and starts to chat/flirt with him until the young man fell in love with her and lost interest in the other lady.
it was like a joke until the young man asked her to move in with him and the rest was history. the family was so heartbroken... some people get mind shaa.
When I say it that the problem of the world today is women (obirin, mata/nyarinya, umunwaanyi), people think it is a joke!

Right from the time of Adam and Eve, the entrance of women changed the whole world.

It is difficult for a Bestman to sleep with his friend's wife, but it is as easy as anything for a Maid of Honour (Chief bridesmaid) to sleep with and even snatch her friend's husband). What a set of people. And they keep blaming men!

Summary: WOMEN ARE THEIR WORST ENEMIES!
PoliticsRe: Abubakar Audu Wins Kogi Governorship Election by Ndeewonu: 6:40pm On Nov 22, 2015
PassingShot:
The good thing about elections in Nigeria now is that it's extremely difficult to inflate figures. In the past, at the height of PDP rigging, there were 99% voters turnout and 95% win rate for PDP in their stronghold.

Introduction of card reader and PVC has obviously eliminated such fraudulent practices as clearly evident in the last general election and this Kogi election. In Kogi, voters turnout cannot be up to 40% and percentage of votes cast not even 100% of accredited voters.

We owe Jega credit for the introduction of mechanisms that will drastically reduce malpractices and retun confidence into the process.

Dear PMB, please deliver the goods in your tenure. If not, PVC and card reader will deliver us from you in 2019. No sentiments! cool
You forgot that underage voters is the way to rig elections today! And that's the handiwork of APC cum North. How do you take care of 8 year olds voting in Nigeria? Does that show honesty, integrity and goodwill?

Just asking!

WORDS OF PROPHECY.
By #UkemeHenryProphetic

In the Vision of the night in the 1st Week of September 2015, the LORD opened my eyes, #UkemeHenry, into the #FUTURE_OF_NIGERIA.

I saw massive wonderful and blosomy structural developments ever experienced in Nigeria Under the Administration of President Muhammad Buhari but the cost of Living was so high and unbearable for the people of Nigeria.

Again I saw President Muhammad Buhari along with Our V.P Pastor Yemi Osinbajo both walking into their Offices very strong and healthy but after a while the President became very sick and had to be supported to even walk into the Office.

Prophetic Prayer Points:
Let's pray to God to intervene into the welfare of the people of Nigeria regarding future High Cost of Living.

Let's pray for Supernatural strength, good health and divine enablement for Our President Muhammad Buhari. That he shall complete his tenure in wisdom and divine health.

God Bless Nigeria.
God Bless You.
Old age is a rite of passage. It comes in its due time so that young people like you can carry on. Praying to God to let an eighty-something year old live another twenty years doesn't go down well with any religion!

Seven months after...

Lagos and several states have become a den of robbers, and these are happening lately.

And more...

No electricity (NEPA/PHCN); we enjoyed the little while the rainy season lasted,
No fuel,
And the new entrant...No water!!!

No security (despite the hype and the noise, bombs still went off today in Yobe, November 17th, 2015),
No Chibok girls,

No Naira value (Naira keeps falling and falling at $1/N232 today, November 17th, 2015,
No reduction in fuel pump price; fuel is selling at N140/litre (in some areas N200/Litre as at today); I just left the filling at 9.15pm after queuing from 3.30pm, buying fuel at N140/L (almost double the official rate)
No lunch to school students,
No N5,000 stipend to the unemployed and the aged

Truly, CHANGE means different things to different people!!!

Both parties are wicked and terrible looters. Forget about hypes, they are all selfish and not serving your interest. ‎I know them very well. The difference is that while PDP stole with impunity, buying properties in choicest areas and stamping their names on it (living in it and making noises about it), APC members were very intelligent and silent about their stealing, living in remote areas and outskirts while buying and owning mansions in the most expensive areas across the country; all properties not traceable to them.

I know both sides very well. I wish people knew who we are dealing with, and learn to dine with both felons with a loooooong spoon.

I am not blaming the chuches or mosques for anything - I am blaming the average Nigerian. What I mean is the proliferation of religious institutions is meant to soften our hearts to the plight of others; in this case people imprisoned with dwindling food supplies.

If you do not know, most of the immigrants coming into European nations were fed by compassionate volunteers who showed mercy on their circumstance. Here, I find it hard to believe members of the public would replicate the same gesture.
While I wholly agree with you that the present- church has failed Christ in ALL ramifications, I TOTALLY DISAGREE with you that the church should be primarily responsible for feeding prisoners. The church did it in Osun as a palliative when the governor failed to pay workers their salaries for months, a people commended that gesture.

Let us call a spade a spade. The late appointment of ministers by Buhari has largely contributed to this neglect. Put the blame where it belongs, don't try to parry it.
