My advice just get the e dividend form fill it and submit with your bank, they will charge you small change and do the uploading for you shikena, go with passport photographs in case

OBAGADAFFI:
All registrar must upload your e-divided information on the NIBSS platform for your bank conformation.

So go through you bank, tell them (bank) to upload your e-div on the NIBSS platform for you.

Then call the registrar to confirm.

Why processed transfer form? are you transferring any shares from one party to other?.

Send mail or call ur broker to provide you with the transfer form and CSCS statement. Broker will process the transfer form.
Valid means of ID: could be photocopy of data page of your int'l passport, national id card, voter's card or driver's license (license must be valid).
Think we've mentioned some of these things here self.

Looking at Vitafoam, its not doing bad at all.
If it should move from illiquid to liquid, it will be one of the stocks that will be pulling nice stunts in NSE.
Imagine a stock of less than 4naira paying dividend of 25k and bonus issue of 1:5! Chai money is good ooo, one will just keep that one in one side to be poo-ing dividend every year, and possibly price appreciation at its own pace.

I requested for my cscs last week and saw Academy Press there, I was very surprised cos I cant see it in my portfolio, could have been a bonus issue, I sold it off almost immediately.
