It's about 3 weeks since I found out and it's been getting easier to deal with by the day. Today though has been a particularly difficult day emotionally. Not entirely sure why as I thought I was coping better. I'd began journaling daily, focused more on my fitness and a good diet, and continuing to be there for my kids. I'm also now more accepting of the whole situation and moving towards thinking about what's the next best step. My partner on the other hand still doesn't give a reconciliatory vibe which is what is setting me off I think. I guess also that it's a roller coaster and there will just be bad days. So Sorry for what your husband ( not Esther) is making you go through.

I sincerely do not encourage couples to live apart. It makes room for cheating, growing apart and all what not. You cannot be married and still be running your daily affairs like a single person.
If for some plausible reasons you find yourselves apart, quick arrangements should be made to reunite the family ASAP.

I think you should start by canceling that living arrangement that makes your husband a visitor to his own home. You’re practically raising your children alone and he spending more time with his side chick than his family.

I do not believe money is the problem because he’s definitely funding Esther ( chicks don’t date married men for free). So, let him use that money for Esther to move your family to his base and all of you should manage together. Even if the apartment is small.

Give it time, you’ll get stronger and heal better. Whether you’re going to leave or not depends on you, no one can tell you how to manage this better than yourself. For some of us, it’s a deal breaker but for some others, there’s always room for a second chance. Choose what gives you peace.

We had fewer sex during lockdown than we had before the lock down. Same tired excuse.

then during lookdown once she wakes up, she bathes for our son and prepare a time table for his food and gives to our maid. After she prepares food for me other times she wont. she would just lock herself in another room and maybe only come out to drink water and take somethin from the fridge. This really annoyed me then to the point, I said going forward no locking of rooms doors. Every door must be left open. She would only come out around 8-9pm when she would make dinner.
