If no,don't you think you are being plain silly,by trying to hoodwink full grown men and women, who knows their left from right into dumping their conviction with your evil blackmail?. You said it yourself, some of them has affinity and kinda paternity link with the S.East. And they,in the spirit of democracy, are upholding their right of association, choice and freedom of expression, but you being mentally and mind-wise afflicted with "Africa/Nigerian disease" of stiff-necked undemocraticsm,is agitated over their democratic dispositions. Northern governors have condemned the recent attacks in Agatu and Enugu
– The governors however said it was wrong to label the criminals as Fulani
– They said the issue has been ‘ethnicised’ and this was dangerous for Nigeria’s unity
Governors of the 19 northern states have condemned the recent attack in Enugu but warned that labelling every perpetrator as Fulani was wrong.
The Nation reports that the governors said this shortly after their Northern States Governors Forum in Kaduna on Friday, April 29.

The governor said they were saddened by the recent attack in Agatu and Enugu but said tagging a particular ethnicity was wrong just as Igbos would not be tagged alongside kidnapping even though the practice is prevalent in the south east.
Alhaji Kashim Shettima who is the governor of Borno and the chairman of the forum said it was an insult to label Fulani as criminals.
He said: “We want to unequivocally condemn the recent killings in Enugu and other parts of the country. But we equally condemn the politicisation or permit me, the ‘ethinicisation’ of the whole crisis. It goes beyond Fulani. If anything happens, they say Fulani herdsmen; to me it is an insult.
“Kidnapping in this country originated in the South-east, were they called Igbo kidnappers? We have a great national challenge and we want to call on all and sundry to come and let us solve our common challenges as a people. Because the blood of paternity that binds us together supersedes whatever differences that might divide us.”
On the issue of Boko Haram, the governor said the menace has been wiped out although pockets of violence still occoured.
“In respect of the insurgency in the North-east, I can confidently confirm that the insurgency has been irredeemably halted and the insurgents themselves completely subdued.
“What remains now are few isolated pockets of suicide bombings which the recalcitrant remnants of the insurgents use as a last resort to attract attention and create unnecessary panic among the general population.”

“In the North West and North Central, the security situation is alarming as the issues of cattle rustling, kidnapping, banditry and the persistent conflict between farmers and cattle rearers are gradually assuming unacceptable proportions.
“It has therefore become a strategic imperative for us to take a hard look at these formidable challenges and work out strategies on the most effective ways of not only reversing the trend but also overcoming them once and for all. Whatever resolutions we can come up with would be communicated to the appropriate authorities for obvious analytical examination and possible implementation,” he added

Well, i have nothing to prove to you.

Adaure4ever, who asked if i went to primary school, please educate yourself and get knowledge.

Excerpts from Wikipedia:

The Niger Delta, as now defined officially by the Nigerian government, extends over about 70,000 km2 (27,000 sq mi) and makes up 7.5% of Nigeria's land mass. Historically and cartographically, it consists of present-day Bayelsa, Delta, and Rivers States. In 2000, however, Obasanjo's regime included Abia, Akwa-Ibom, Cross River State, Edo, Imo and Ondo States in the region. Some 31 million people[2] of more than 40 ethnic groups including the Bini, Efik, Esan, Ibibio, Igbo, Annang, Oron, Ijaw, Itsekiri, Yoruba, Isoko, Urhobo, Ukwuani, Kalabari and Ogoni, are among the inhabitants of the political Niger Delta, speaking about 250 different dialects.

The Niger Delta, and the "South South Zone", which includes Akwa Ibom State, Bayelsa State, Cross River State, Delta State, Edo State and Rivers State are two different entities.

NDPVF should stop using that moniker because the people of Akwa Ibom state where never a part of NDPVF. For fvcks sake, they are geographically not even in Niger Delta.
[/s] I will not dignify a yoloba coward, who is out to cause division amidst SS,and SS/SE!.

With all the rantings on social network about Fulani herdsmen's killings and the siddon look approach people thought the government is applying, I seem not to see it from that end but from two different angles.

1) the west in their several attempts to destabilize Nigeria, delay its growth and possibly break it up; after seeing the efforts the Nigerian army is putting into nipping the insurgency in the bud and seeing that the insurgency no longer has the willpower to destabilize the country cuz I still see the boko haram insurgency as CIA's covert operation against Nigeria. They now resorted to arming some unscrupulous elements and probably some Fulani guys too to go on rampage. the earlier we look at things from here the better and faster it with be for us to attack it from all fronts and end it as early as possible....

2) The second angle is, some gun running businessmen who were making serious money from the insurgency have decided to shift attention to the nonthinking Fulanis and arming them to cause mayhem so as to continue making their "blood" money

..but rather for so many a people to sit and think deeply about this killings, they resorted to calling the President names and all what nots.....we should first ask ourselves that "is gun now something every Jack, dick and harry can get?" "who are those supplying these 'people' with arms?"

I saw a video the other day of people in a boat with arms and I wonder "are these Fulani herdsmen?" "what do they really stand to gain with the killings?"

I related with a few Fulani guys during my service year in kwara and I understood that they CANNOT attack anybody without a cause not minding the fact that they value their Cows even more than their families...and I can assure that these sort of attack is more than the Fulanis....

violence in Nigeria started from the Jos brouhaha to Militancy, Boko haramism to Kidnapping, and now Fulani herdsmen attacks.

Aren't we suppose to think? Some set of people are so hell bent on destabilizing this county but God won't allow them.

Whatever evil against the oneness of Nigeria will not prevail and so shall it be!

This is solely my write up and should not be plagiarized...

@SMADA....copyright 2016.
[/s]In 1804,Fulanis fought jihad and enslaved Hausa kings, today the outcome is an Islamic North. May i ask you,was it CIA/West that armed and recruited them to overrun and enslave Hausas, who prior the fulani/uthman danfodio unslaught, can't be said to be really muslims?.

One is that freedom of association has nothing to do with Seceding a sovereign state. No one group or state has the right to do that. All Nigerians must have a referendum because this decision affects all Nigerians not just biafrans. Why Nigerians are really skeptical about voting the biafra is not because of oil or whatever. It is simply Nigerians see that the whole Biafra thing will not benefit the common Igbo man who has no political, social or financial interests in all these. It will further oppress them.
Secondly, at least more than half of Igbo people say that there is a problem in our constitution and system of govt that marginalizes some groups, not just igbos [MIDDLE-BELTANS] Have never been president too but the answer is not Biafra. Biafra is seeking ethnically clean groups, that is not possible in modern society. They say they do not want Biafra but are not happy with the current way the system is run.

That means the problem is with the constitution not tribal. Igbos forget that there are many groups maginalized here. Many, thanks to the corruption of our politicians. We must fight and eradicate corruption across all states from igbo to hausa, chriatain to muslim before we can begin to decide if we split. If there is corruption, and we split, i feel sorry for those who will find themselves in biafra. The will be looted dry.

I am really tired of this Biafra posts that absolutely miss the point. Fisrtly OP, u comparing Nigeria and the Igbos to Britain and the EU is unfounded and not even valid. The EU is a group of COUNTRIES formed to facilitate free trade and movement of labour within countries. Each country exist as a soverign state within the EU. This also means that immigrants to any of these European countries have access to all EU countries. Different countries have different immigration rules and are not comfortable with that. Given that Britain lives on a welfare system, it is of utmost importance they control immigration. That is why Britain is leaving the EU. Not because they are enslaved.

Secondly, Britain is a country not a section of a country. The EU is not a country. The EU is exactly the same as the OAU, AU, UN. Any country can leave if they feel the rules are no more convenient. By The way, scotland has been wanting to leave the UK for decades now. But they cannot. A specific part of a country cannot just decide that it wants to leave. You saying that BRITAIN IS LIGHT YEARS AHEAD BCOZ THEY VOTED TO LEAVE THE EU IS COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT IN THIS CONTEST. When Britain lets scotland go, then u can make that argument.

The current constitution is written to reflect all resources, needs, players of all sections of the country. Any part leaving is denying everybody else in the country their fundamental rights of association by birth. The matter of seceding must be planned in a gradual process. there are others in this country too u know. an cutting any part of nigeria away is like saying "the rest of u can die, we do not care".

And also pitching this problem as a religious divide is a new low. The corruption in nigeria has nothing to do with religion and tribe. Even if u go to Biafra I can assure u that nothing will come out of it. Because u guys brought up the concept of Biafra to solve a problem that does not exist. You have failed to identify the problem and this pride and hatred may lead to unfounded events that does not benefit the people but satisfies personal political interests.

Venezuela devalued as at when? When things are already gone awry, Buhari could have devalued much earlier he stubbornly refused.

Jonathan and Okonjo devalued twice in a period of falling oil prices, with Oil price and production below budget benchmark, still there was no noticeable effect in the price of goods in the market, inflation was single digit etc. Buhari refuses to officially devalue and inflation is at double digit, pure water is selling at a price of *** (to be honest i don't know).

The paragraph above tells us that someone isn't doing something right, and someone in the past was managing something right.

Having delayed (like in everything this government does - which to me is based on fear) to devalue, our gains are already reduced, but there are gains all the same as things will begin to move on once again. Whats the point of going out to look for investors, when you haven't swept the house clean, They Like Hitler, will agree to everything but will not even honour those agreements. After all the travels which investor has put any money on ground in Nigeria? I cant remember any, all we hear is we will invest X and Y billion pounds into Nigeria, but nothing on ground.

Thing is all investors, speculators etc including Yours truly, are patiently waiting for the Naira to find a floor, before anything form of investment, can be done.
Don't mind them.

Wide spread poverty and unemployment did start today and won't end today.
Companies leave everyday for various reasons e.g Virgin Atlantic but don't tell me companies are leaving because we refused to devalue. That's crap.
Venezuela has devalued it's currency but that hasn't helped their economy, same with Russia and most Oil dependent economies.

You'd have to convince me with an Oil dependent country which has been helped by devaluation.

PS: Companies are still leaving Venezuela after their devaluation.

Thank goodness you said it yourself that Coys leaves due to various reasons. You can use your google, the massive exit of coys from Nigeria as currently being witnessed,is not unconnected to the unhealthy fiscal and monetary policies of this administration. Earlier today,i read how Iberia Airways has pulled out of the country citing their inability to repartriate their over $500million trapped in Nigeria Banks, courtsey of CBN forex policy. Many other coys both foreign and local are going moribund. Of course, poverty and unemployment has been there, but hey,it's has trippled under Buhari/Adesola cluelessness, coupled with inflation.
