PassingShot: To you, jungle justice must be cool then! If i follow your line of argument,it means, What the Nigerian Army is doing in Sambisa forest, and northeast,is "jungle justice". Our problem in Africa is the problem of "misapplication" of words. Let me say this; Their is NO such word as JUNGLE JUSTICE,for an ARMED GROUP/MISCRANTS.UNGLE JUSTICE is only used to address a civilian case of unlawful murder. It is not used when describing "ARM-STRUGGLE" |

OrlandoOwoh: How come the Police that gave APC the go-ahead on their campaign in Okrika were overpowered? They played a script, and it back-fired as they lost one of their men. On security vote, I believe you don't know is just to complement the security outfits like the police, NSCDC, etc. It does not say that they are controlled by the states. Go read items 38 and 45 of the exclusive legislative list of the 1999 Constitution. They make security outfits the exclusive preserves of the FG. @bolded; Now you av' vindicated me as regards my early comment.i said earlier that,it was neither Gej nor PDP,that stopped APC from campaigning in Okrika, unlike what the guy i quoted said, that Gej campaigned in north, while APC was denied of such oppurtunity in some parts of the south. You also contradicted yourself by earlier making it look as if Govs has no input in security formations within their jurisdiction, but now,you said they(Govs) "complement" them. Now the question is,to what extent do they "complement" them?. Av'nt you seen state Govs exploiting Commissioners of police within their jurisdictions,to their own gain?. |

[s] OrlandoOwoh: What do you know about Nigeria? The President may decide to move all the military formations for his protection if he so wishes. No Governor can do this. Items 38 and 45 of the exclusive legislative list place security and control of the military and police in the hands of the FG. Don't deceive yourself that any Governor is the de regue security officer of his state. [/s] And your point is that,if Amaechi got wind of any security challenge in Rivers state,he should go and sleep because he isn't in control of security formations?.what effort has he made to neutralize the security issues?.If according to you,he has got zero input in the management of security in his state, what's the over 5billion security budget for?. My point is,no government will withhold security apparatus from any state government,if it is for genuine cause, and the government of Gej hasn't done that either. |

[s] Oklander: No rally in somewhere in the South by the opposition after the ruling party held theirs peacefully, if their was such declaration somewhere in the North, you would see the level of peoples hypocrisy here on Nairaland. smh... [/s] Are you aware that PDP is an opposition party in Rivers state?. Is it Gej/PDP that stopped APC from campaigning anywhere in Rivers State?. Are you also aware that Amaechi by default is,or the d'facto Chief security officer of Rivers state,by reason of him being the number one citizen of the state?. Despite the 'scruity' situation in the north,Gej campaigned virtually in all the states of north.why can't Amaechi campaign in parts of Rivers state?. You should swallow your t.eeth and t.ongue for being s.illy. |

PassingShot: Spin it as you like, a police officer cannot make reckless statement as such in a functioning society and still has his job.
APC reply to his unguarded statement was apt.
Let's assume for a second that a thug kills a police officer, is going on killing spree of 20 thugs the sensible thing to do?
Let me stop wasting my time with you. @colored;I wasn't expecting anything less than that from u. @bold one; I av' told you to specify what you mean by Mbu's recklessness.you av'nt done that, instead you are still talking trash. @bold two; yes lets assume one boko haram miscrant,or armed youths, killed an officer, and their is still tendency they will kill more, our police officers should be dancing alanta with them.do you even know how much it cost Nigeria to train just one officer?.Obasanjo leveled a whole community of Odi and Zaki Biam, because some miscrants killed our forces.Mbu never said he will level communities like Obj,but he will level the miscrants. WHO CARES ABOUT WHAT YOUR USELESS APC SAID?. NIGERIANS KNOWS THAT,APC IS AFRAID OF WHAT MBU SAID,BECAUSE THEY WANTED TO USE THUGS AND COERCE VOTERS ESPECIALLY NON INDIGENES,TO VOTE FOR THEM IN SW,BUT MBU WILL SPILL THEIR BEANS. |

PassingShot: Your education is a waste given the fact that you don't care sbout the recklessness of Mbu's ways and what he is capable of causing to our democracy. A police officer saying he will kill twenty civilians for a police officer killed. Have you thought abt the fact that you or someone close to you could become a victim of that lawless act? Recklessness: For the good of all, specify what you actually tagged recklessness as regards Mbu's ways. ...what he is capable of causing to our democracy In democratic setting all around the world, police is vital part of Democracry(make inquiries). A police officer saying he will kill twenty civilians for a police officer killed.. 1. Lets look it from human angle; are they not humans?.If they are,why must you kill them at first instance?. 2.Mbu never said he will kill "civilians" for any offices killed.he said,he will kill "them",(the miscrants) that killed the officer. 3.when you turn a miscrant, and got armed, and kill a police officer, you are no longer a "civilian",but an armed criminal/terrorist/miscrant,etc.and hence, you and your group must face the full wrath of the law, death inclusive. Have you thought abt the fact that you or someone close to you could become a victim of that lawless act? No.reason is that, neither i nor anyone i know, will turn electoral miscrant. BTW,miscrants killed by police, are not and never victim of lawlessness, for them themselves, are lawlessness personified. As for your insult,i av' proven you otherwise, and hence, you are the one whose education is a total waste |

PapiWata: It is entirely possible that Buhari the Boko Haram death cult leader might die and thus fail to make his appointment in Nigeria, where another landslide election defeat patiently awaits him at the presidential polls.
If confirmation emerges the effect that Buhari the ailing terror gang leader is on the way to meet the 72 virgins, it is important that he should hear about his most recent election loss BEFORE he loses consciousness and croaks, in order to garner sympathy for him in Paradise, which in turn may qualify him for further allocations of fresh virgins, over and above the nominal allocation of 72.
