I wanna to talk to our ladies all over the world, and so l urge you to Read this or watch this video to the very end. You see, when your husband loses his job, you feel scared and overwhelmed right away. As a woman, you try to help your husband through this rough time, you now shoulder the weight of paying bills and taking care of everything. You will now have to play the role of a counselor and a cheerleader to your traumatized husband. My focus today is to tell you how to deal with an unemployed husband, by the way, the kind of man I’m referring to here is that hardworking and responsible man who due to circumstances beyond his control lost his livelihood. If you are stuck in a situation where you have to deal with an unemployed husband, there are a number of things that you can do to help to keep the relationship strong. The 1st thing to do is to be a source of support to him. Be a source of support to him. But let me warn, while you’re trying to offer "help" make sure you check that you're not using a condescending tone. The loss of his job has likely caused a sizeable dent in his self-esteem, so he may be a little bit defensive. It is also important to bear in mind that your offer of assistance should not come across as an attempt to be controlling or mothering, all of a sudden, you’re now his mother or a boss, that approach will definitely not work. Instead, you adopt a warm and encouraging approach. Use words that resonate with your husband, I will give you some examples of such lines? Okay… tell him things like you are stronger than you think, your love has strengthened me in weak moments and I am here to do the same for you. You can also say… I will always want to wake up beside you, or please Don't ever think I don't love you…I do love you. So many good things you can say to him to change the narrative. Number 2. IF YOU HAVE THE NEED TO TALK TOUGH, MAKE IT A "WE" CONVERSATION You have to be aware of the low self-esteem, and responsibility your unemployed husband is already feeling at this point, you have to make sure you refer to the current situation as 'ours' and not his.' You don't want to place blame on him, lift him up instead, assure him that you are a team. The best you can do for him is to lift him up at this time, and don't tear him down The 3th thing you want to do when your hubby loses his job is to: Look towards the future. Look towards the future. What do I mean? Try not to wallow in what has happened. What you can do in lieu of that is to talk to him about his next steps, and try to spin his job loss into a positive occurrence. It could be that, he didn’t really like his job, maybe this can be a nice time for a change. If he’s been wanting to try out a new career, perhaps he can head back to school or just try something different, make him try a new path. You see, whatever your husband can do to stay positive is the way to go. Number 4. Urge Him to To Offer himself for a volunteering Job. This is a great idea for anyone who is unemployed. I say this because I have a friend who eventually got a well paying job by doing a volunteering job. Besides that, if you’re cooped up inside all day, away from human interaction, it’s a no brainer you might start to get depressed, and lazier than you ever imagined. One of the best ways to combat this is through charity work. When you put yourself out there to help other people, you have nothing to lose but everything to gain. You see, putting smiles on other people’s faces also puts a smile on your face. It’s a great feeling when you are able to help someone, and know that you might just change someone’s life. So if your spouse has been lying on the couch, the time is now to give them a big reality check. Remind them of all the people in the world who don’t even have access to clean water, or who don’t even know what laying on a couch feels like or what a TV is. Re-introduce your spouse to these people, and I guarantee, you’ll have the positive and active person you fell in love with back in no time! Now the last thing but not the least I have here, which is Number 5. Do not neglect your sexual relationship. You see, much of a person’s self-worth is tied to their career, having a positive sense of self and well-being is essential to a healthy sexual relationship. The negative feelings surrounding a job loss can manifest into your spouse not feeling worthy of your physical affections, so you have to make sure you remind him that your physical relationship is still intact and as strong as ever. Be available to him like never before, I can you that that alone can boost his morale, that can remind him of his worth irrespective of his current situation. I will urge you to read my book titled “Say Yes To a Beautiful Marriage “, this book is available on Amazon platform. There’s even a free copy you can read. So always remind your husband of his strengths and his accomplishments. The truth is that, when you lose a job, you lose more than your paycheck. Whether you’re downsized or fired, the financial stress and embarrassment of being unemployed, plus the anger, the worry, and lowered self-esteem that can go with it, can strain even the most solid marriage. So watch it and handle such situations with utmost understanding and maturity. This is where I will draw the curtain. But before I go, I want you ladies to help us the men to do better, tell us your views about a relationship with an unemployed man. What’s your views of being in a relationship with an unemployed man. Drop your thoughts on the comment section, your comments will go a long way in helping relationships. Please Watch Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLXjgpF1Pns Many thanks for watching . please be part of our growing channel by subscribing, by hitting the like button and share this video. How to Work with Your Spouse successfully. There’s no question that running a business is a daunting task. But when you have do it as a couple, there’s a special dynamic at play. But even at that, there are about 6 million couplepreneuers here in the U.S. alone who are succeeding working together, people like Bill Gates and his wife Melinda, they are an inspiring example of couplepreneur. They have shown that you can be successful as a team, even when one spouse has different skills or interests from the other. Twenty-six years into their marriage, they co-founded the world’s largest private charitable foundation, I’m talking about the “Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation”. But you know unfortunately, in May 2021, Bill Gates announced their divorce, they believed that they could not grow as a couple in their next phase of life. And that is life for you! How coupleprenuership can work. Do you know who is a couplepreneur? Anyways, CouplePreneurs are people in a committed relationship, they co-mingle their personal and professional lives together, they jointly own a business, and they also operate it together. Couplepreneurship is a growing phenomenon in the world today. Now, 7 rules to run a successful business with your spouse. Rule number 1. Set clear boundaries. You see, the more precise you can express your boundaries, the more likely your boundaries will be respected. You have to determine who is in charge of what, a kind of division of Labour. I must add that separating your responsibilities within your business will save you a considerable amount of stress in your relationship. And most importantly, listen to this now, you should be able to tell the difference between your bedroom and the boardroom. Rule number 2. Leave Arguments at Home. For you to have a cordial working relationship, you have leave fights over the dishes and kids at home and focus on work. In fact, before you think of starting a business venture together or even working as colleagues, you need to develop your conflict resolution abilities as a couple and always address conflict as soon as possible. Rule number 3. Learn to Play Up Each Other’s Strengths. Appreciate each other’s strength. If your spouse is better at making sales calls than you are, let them work their magic. Or probably you’re better at keeping the books, then assure your spouse that you can handle it. The best partnerships are made of two people who recognize each other’s strengths. In addition, make sure you celebrate each other's accomplishments. Rule number 4. Have time away from each other. It’s healthy to want a bit of a break, so try and set the business up so you’re not working in each other’s space (or face) 24/7 – after all you are practically joined at the hip at home and at work. If you do this you’ll feel recharged, refreshed and ready to work together as a team again. Rule number 5, give constructive feedback. What are you supposed to do here. You have to state the purpose of your feedback. Also, you have to state what you will be talking about and why it is important. Then you go ahead and describe what you have observed and your reaction. At this point, you give the individual an opportunity to respond. The next thing is to offer specific suggestions or solutions. And then summarize everything you have discussed. Rule number 6. Always have a robust communication. Because communication is essential in all areas of life. It lies at the foundation of a happy marriage and a successful business relationship. So, you make sure you talk over everything before making a final decision. Do not hesitate to bring up any concerns you may have. This will show that you trust your partner. Rule number 7 is a combination of things you may be doing on regular basis to regig your love. Kiss before you leave the house for the day. Ask “How was your day? Respect for each other’s values. And then finally, no business talk in the bedroom. I will conclude here, but let me say that the rules I mentioned in this video are not a guarantee that working together as boyfriend and girlfriend or even as spouses will be easy but it can be extremely fulfilling, both personally and financially. So, onus is on you to make that decision considering your unique combination of personality traits and communication styles. Now question of the day: Do you think running a business with your spouse is a good idea? Do you think running a business with your spouse is a good idea? Please go to the comment session and drop your answer. Moses Ihenacho. Watch a very descriptive video here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phsFqhFr-wc?list=PLzVaUE8-2VQXH78iEOS05rPS7Za1r-CVx

Sexual harassment in the workplace. 5 ways to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace by Moses Ihenacho I will like to start by distinguishing the different kinds of sexual misconducts. But before then let me say there are 3 forms of sexual harassment, the first one is verbal sexual harassment, and this could be when you’re telling sexual jokes, it could be when you’re commenting on a person’s appearance or even when you’re speaking in a sexual tone. There’s also non-verbal sexual harassment, this one involves exposing your body, blowing kisses, winking, staring, following, stalking, in fact, stalking is a serious crime with serious consequences. The third form of sexual harassment is physical sexual contact. This is any form of unwanted touching, Patting, grabbing, rubbing, pinching, Hugging or kissing. Let me also state that sexual harassment is not sexual assault. Sexual assault is much more specific. Sexual assault occurs when one adult subjects another adult to unwanted or unwelcomed sexual acts. For instance, rape is a sexual assault. Sexual assault is also different from sexual abuse, sexual abuse occurs when an adult subjects a vulnerable person to an unwanted sexual act. I’m talking people who cannot give their informed consent to engage in the act, you know, like children, the elderly, and people who are mentally incapacitated. That being said, let’s jump to 5 ways to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. 1. Adopt a clear sexual harassment policy. You see, clear company policies are very vital to get people informed. These policies set forth what is acceptable and what is not acceptable behavior across all levels of your organization. Now because sexual harassment can include subtle actions as well as overt behaviors, it’s important to outline and educate team members about the range of inappropriate comments and actions. And then you make sure you emphasize on the consequences of such act. 2. The second way you can prevent sexual harassment in the workplace is to Ensure easy access to communication channels. Employees may be facing sexual harassment from their direct supervisor, which would make it difficult for them to report inappropriate behavior if they do not have access to different communication channels. Talk about E-mails, online messaging platforms, employee apps just to name a few. Ideally, you should have more than one option for them to reach out and always make sure employees can directly communicate with your human resources department. 3. Train managers on their responsibility to prevent sexual harassment. You have to understand that preventing sexual harassment in the workplace is not an event, it’s a process. It doesn’t just happen so make sure you have ongoing efforts in place to provide employees with the information they need to ensure their behavior is above-board and skills to intervene or report problems and issues they observe. 4. Number 4 way to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace is to Watch for retaliatory red flags. It’s pretty clear that the way most companies handle preventing sexual harassment issues is not just working. Victims feel they can’t report incidents for fear of retaliation, the HR feels obligated to protect the company, and so the problem persists, yet business executives claim they have zero tolerance for sexual harassment but make big exceptions for “high value” staff. And the story plays over and over again. If your organization is in this rut, it’s time for a culture shift. Have an open dialogue and a true open door policy. 5. Handle complaints and investigations in a fair and respectful manner. Sexual harassment at the job is common but it is rarely reported. I must say that It doesn’t “help” the company when HR makes it difficult for people to come forward to complain, or when you bury complaints, it is also not helpful to ignore retaliation, or you allow bad behavior of “high value” employees because you don’t want to lose them. That is not right. You also want to know about incidents early enough so you can resolve them swiftly. The HR should listen, they should understand the situation from each person’s perspective, even say “I’m sorry you had this experience.” If the HR is efficient, unbiased and handles investigations with quick and fair resolutions then employees will definitely see the HR as a key partner to run to in the event of inappropriate behavior. So build that trust with your employees. Through your words and actions, let them know that they can come to you for help regardless of who they are or how minor the incident is. Take quick action and always take every single complaint seriously. As I draw the curtain, I want to say that preventing sexual harassment requires an ongoing commitment, persistence, and a willingness to pursue change at many different levels, let’s collectively make it work. My parting message to the world is a quote by Gretchen Carlson, an American broadcast journalist, author, and television personality and she says “we need to stand together with all of the victims of sexual harassment and make sure they are not silenced.” — I’m Moses Ihenacho… Watch Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jAOe5tCT1nc

Vince and Zyana: Kids’ Adventure Reality Series now Live! The series follows the everyday lives and adventures of now 6-year-old twins, Vincent and Zyana, featuring family pranks, travels, learning, music and games. Join their journey along the way, including visits to Santa Monica Pier in California, M&M World, Las Vegas, and Dubai’s Dinosaur Park. Episodes of Vince and Zyana are set for release both locally, as well as internationally, this upcoming year. The Challenge with Kids’ Edutainment During Lockdown during the lock down with schools closed and limited social contact for prolonged periods of time, many families were faced with the challenge of having to keep their kids happy, educated and entertained indoors. For many parents, one of the challenges became balancing their kids’ time spent behind a screen, along with maintaining a level of education at the same time. No one could predict how long the lockdown would last, however, many families used this period to spend more quality time together, which was perfect for getting to know each other better. How Vince and Zyana Was Created Currently based in Lagos, Nigeria, Kam Enenmoh discovered a passion for creating content about his (then 4-year-old) twins, Vincent and Zyana, as they went about their everyday lives and adventures. Kam spent much time paying attention to the kind of content his kids were consuming online and decided to start making videos within the social media sphere. A majority of Kam’s professional experience was based on oil and gas trade, but when lockdown hit, business closed completely, and he found himself spending more time at home with his family. Kam never thought he would enter the lucrative world of social media, until witnessing the influence of online edutainment on his kids. With a Finance degree from Michigan State University and MBA from Texas Southern University, he began his journey into an entirely different industry with video creation. Born to Filipino American mom and Nigerian dad, both Vincent and Zyana have rich, unique personalities, adding to the intriguing dynamic of each episode filmed. Whilst spending more time at home, the twins explored different forms of edutainment online, inspiring what has now become the reality series, entitled Vince and Zyana. Most Vince and Zyana episodes are short in length, ranging from 2- to 6-minutes long, as compared to the typical 20-minute-long TV series. This makes them perfect for younger kids who may find it difficult to focus for long periods of time. Action-packed and filled with dynamic energy, the videos feature kid-friendly special effects, a green screen, and sound effects, combining technology with innovative storylines. Episodes also include basic educational knowledge on topics, including colours, the alphabet, animals, and different types of fruits. Watch Vince and Zyana Videos https:///3CjqEOa |

HOW TO MOVE FROM CONSUMPTION TO PRODUCTION IN NIGERIA - By Moses Ihenacho Hello Nigeria! How do you define yourself as a nation? Do you define yourself by your production, or by your consumption? People define themselves by their consumption, and not by their production. Most people believe they “belong” to what they consume, the brands they use, their celebrities, the TV shows that they watch and the subcultures they belong to. But what you need to realize, is that consumption requires zero effort whereas productivity requires the sweat of one’s brow to make it things happen. Productivity is the ultimate engine of growth in the global economy. Raising productivity is therefore a fundamental challenge for countries that desire growth. An English crime writer and poet, Dorothy L. Sayers once wrote that "a society in which consumption has to be artificially stimulated in order to keep production going is a society founded on trash and waste, for such a society is a house built upon sand. That is the current economic state of our dear country. As an entrepreneur, I feel pained seeing the level of development of Nigeria’s contemporaries in the 80s, countries like Brazil, India, South Korea and Mexico. I look at the kind of politics we play today and I feel sorry for Nigeria, and don’t forget that this politics shape the well-being of citizens. Therefore, I will like to ask this pertinent question at this critical time of our history. What does Nigeria spend most of her time doing—producing or consuming? I believe we all know the answer. For decades now, we've continually witnessed consumption based economy and we've continually faced the music except for the political class that have driven the economy into a comatose state. Consumption based economy has ushered us into unemployment rate of 33 percent of our population, out of which we have over 21 million young people who are angry and restless due to joblessness. Consumption based economy has forced us to depend solely on crude oil which makes our economy vulnerable. Consumption based economy has caused our external debt to rise steadily in recent years which has also hampered the country's ability to invest in her economic future. Although there's nothing wrong with borrowing but the usage is where the issue lies. According to United Nation, Nigeria is expected to be the world’s third-most-populous country by 2050, with over 300 million people. And for real, Nigeria is currently experiencing a booming population which requires more jobs, more opportunities and a stable political environment amongst others. I believe we can change the narrative. We can change the political trajectory of our dear country and the time is now. We can not continue to do the same old thing and expect a different result, it's high time we took up our fair share of the global productive burden. It's high time we took back our country. I urge you to chose production over consumption. Productivity is important in any economy because of it's enormous impact on the standard of living. It increases wages. We must temporarily reduce consumption to make investments that will increase productivity and support more consumption in the future. We need to genuinely increase human capital as poverty is fast taking over all the nooks and crannies of the country. We need a wealth creator and not a spendthrift. We need a leader who will invest in people through health care, quality education, job creation and skills that will help develop human capital. That is the key to eradicating extreme poverty and creating more inclusive societies. This is the season to make the needed change. As we approach the election period, I want you to take a deep reflection and be true to your conscience, play down the tribal and political sentiments and ask your inner mind that amongst the presidential candidates, who has the capacity, the credibility, the track record and the will power to take us from consumption to production. You know the candidate, I know the candidate, they know the candidate but trust me power is not given, power is taken, so it is left for us the masses, (the north, south, east and west) to collectively make a loud statement with our voting power to elect the right candidate for the job. And so I'm calling on patriotic Nigerians to support the movement the young people have started, and I can assure you it will yield the desired change we've been yearning for by God's grace, insha Allah! So go get your PVC and take back Naija now!!! God bless federal republic of Nigeria. Thank you https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4lhiuRdc-ew

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NPfhNLz6hxc How did Microsoft become successful. Learn Business Strategies of Today’s Reality Now listen to this, you don’t have to be a genius or a visionary or even a college graduate to be successful in business. You just need a framework and a dream.” In the contrary, Malcolm X says that education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.” I agreed absolutely with him! But I also know that Bill Gates was a college dropout but he and his childhood friend Paul Allen founded the biggest and one of the most valuable software company in the world - the company is called Microsoft. how Microsoft started. their strategies, their challenges; and what you can learn from them. In 1975, a 22-year-old computer programmer Paul Allen got his hands on a Popular Electronics magazine. The cover featured an image of the “World’s First Minicomputer Kit to Rival Commercial Models. The magazine’s cover inspired Allen, gave him an idea. And so with a copy of the magazine in his hand, Allen visited his friend, Bill Gates, . And after discussing the ideas, Allen predicted that this idea would drive down the costs of microcomputers to the point that developing commercial software for these machines would be a viable and profitable business. And so they started in earnest. In 1976, they formally incorporated Microsoft in the state of New Mexico in USA. And today the rest is history. Now, how did Microsoft become so successful? What is the magic? Somebody say partnership, I’m talking to you watching this video, say after me Partnership… (yeah I can hear you.) Talking about partnership: Bill Gates & Paul Allen formed Microsoft, William Procter & James Gamble formed Procter & Gamble otherwise known as P&G, Bill Hewlett & Dave Packard formed Hewlett Packard otherwise known as HP— these are just a few of the long-standing business partnerships that have redefined America’s business landscape. Now let me drive it back home, a lot of African businesses don’t explore partnership and that has to change. It has to change because great companies go into one form of strategic alliance or the other in order to succeed. If you are scared of partnership, then this information is for you. The biggest breakthrough of Microsoft was in 1980, when a partnership was formed with IBM, this partnership gave Microsoft the opportunity to provide a crucial operating system. This meant that for every IBM Computer sold, a royalty was paid to Microsoft. What does partnership offers? You want to know? Partnership offers you New market, new perspectives, more opportunities, moral support and ultimately more money. Partnership might just be the answer if your target audience is too small, at that instance, you may need to consider partnership for a wider business opportunities. And when you change or diversify your business, automatically, your target market changes. So, as a business owner, you need to watch out for the right strategy to build up your business. Microsoft before 1990 was predominantly a supplier to the hardware manufacturers. That was their target market. But as technology advanced and personal computers become so popular, the bulk of Microsoft’s revenue was generated from sales to consumers. It was the first software company to reach $1 Billion in revenues. That’s no joke. As more and more versions of Microsoft Windows were launched, Microsoft captured a higher market share. Now let’s talk about the strategies. Microsoft also uses acquisition strategy to stay on top. This means buying most of other company's shares to gain control of that company. For instance, Microsoft acquired Skype in 2011 for $8.5 Billion; this was the largest acquisition in Microsoft’s history. They acquired Skype to compete with Apple’s Facetime and Google’s Voice. Microsoft success knows no bounds. But in all of this. one would wonder if there are no setbacks in their operations, offcourse there are, Microsoft had an undeserved reputation as a boring company that makes boring products. They suffered it but they journeyed from that reputation to a global corporate software giant. That’s the spirit! Never allow setbacks to crush your spirit. Setbacks become opportunities to those with the right mindset and perception. I tell you one thing, with all the challenges, all the adversaries, only once in fifteen years did Microsoft products fail to win more than 50% of their reviews. Now let me break down the success strategies using Ansoff Matrix: The first strategy Microsoft uses is called Market Penetration strategy. Market Penetration strategy is their Primary Strategy which means selling more products to the markets where the company currently has operations. To continually penetrate the market, Microsoft has 116 stores worldwide, they sell online and through authorised distributors. The second strategy is Product Development (This is their Secondary Strategy) This simply implies that Microsoft continually develops new software products to generate higher revenues. In 2021, Microsoft's research and development expenditure amounted to around 20.7 billion U.S. dollars. Microsoft ranks second among software and computer service companies worldwide in terms of R& spend, behind only Google's parent company Alphabet. That is product development strategy. The third strategy is Market Development. This is a supporting strategy which means that they sell their computer software products outside the United States. They are everywhere. For example, HoloLens was initially made available only in 10 countries such as United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Germany. But once demand for this product increased in the global scale, the company made HoloLens available to an additional 29 markets with comparably lesser purchasing power such as Croatia, Poland and Turkey. The forth strategy is Diversification: An example of Microsoft business diversification is when it acquired Nokia’s devices and services division to re-enter the smartphone hardware market.
