no,but these foreign companies have challenges when then land into these kind of countries.I bet you airtel has challenges of power,insecurity plus the inability of the majority of Sierra leoneans(1 of the poorest in the world) to pay for quality services. I expect the govt to understand these challenges and work together with them instead of fines
