the main nkanu dialect is diferent from the main nsukka dialect, but there are similarity between border towns in the two zones were nkanu and nsukka are

@chinenyeN and ezeagu ur guess are wrong, nsuka is not just a village, town or l.g.a, u can call nsuka a group or clan if u choose to, it a sub of igbo group with igbo nsuka as there dialect, and it is the most widely spoken dialect in enugu state with 7 l.g.a speakin it. Like nsuka, igbo etiti, igbo eze north, igbo eze south,isi uzo, uzo uwani and udenu.

ar u from awgu? Yes there is, UGBO is in northern part of awgu, south of mbanabor, bounded by owelli to the north, amaoli to the east, west by ogugu and mmaku, and south by obeagu. Member house of reps, representing awgu aninri and oji river is frm the town.

u equaly hav 2 note dat all awgu do not speak the same dialect, awgu north which are the mbanabors speak UGBO/OWELLI dialect in the south while the north speak IHE/AGBOGUGU dialect.

@chinenyeN, we ar IGBO from state of enugu awgu l.g.a, we speak UGBO dialect which is southern mbanabor dialect.

otu or ofu is not peculiar to north, south or west cos u can see ppl in the north say otu and some ofu so as in the south but i dont knw for the west. In my vila we say ofu but in my dialect we say nnaa, u my not pronounce it well but dat is the spellin.  N-naa.  N'naa.

plez lets stop all this about who is who, plez u can be ika, ikwere, etche, nsuka, any tin u like to call ur self, bein ika can not make igbo less a nation. U can be ika igbo, ika bini or ika yoruba it ur choice. KA CHINEKE MEZIE OKWU.
