nawa oh! The idea behind all this is just to guard against pple who will go and forge a decleration of age. So if your decleration of age is less than five yrs old from this date, u can't use it. My brother, I think u can use your 2003 decleration.one love

Start ur application and get both reference num and serial num, the n u can print a pay for me slip at the end of ur application summary, dat pay for me slip is what u will take to the bank.. And after that u go back with a validation number, the validation number will be on a printout the bank will give u. The validation number will help u to get your application ID. Hope dis helps?
