sconp: Lol.
Every rider in whatever category is entitled to AC while the ride is on. This is well enshrined in the rules of these ehailing apps except the rider states otherwise. By switching on the AC, you're not doing the rider a favour, that service is paid for.
You can make a case for better fares, you can choose to accept or decline trips based on the manner of approach, that's totally within your prerogative. Brother. It is well. business in Nigeria is sha different. It's brutal . Even International companies wey dey obey rules go come Nigeria forget d rules cause the way the system works you must forget rules else u won't survive. It is well |

Jegheter: Bro rules of ehailing app? Which rules bro? These apps don't even obey their own rules. Bolt doesn't treat Nigerian drivers d same way dey treat European drivers.
AC is a must for me but if it's not working sudnt d driver still work? So if car no get AC make em no work with the rubbish prices out dere? If ur AC is working better but if not that d rider business ooo unless it's Uber, or comfort. I mean y would d app company have a category called COMFORT meaning dey know rides are in different categories of comfortability
Abeg make we leave matter for Mathias. |

Vela01: I said since I started driving with Uber, 3 things has changed.
1. I don forget say some dey exist wey them dey call bolt 2. I no dey worry about traffic again. As this poster said, na me go come dey pity ridder, because them too go don start to dey grumble. 3. I dey smile everyday I dey work. I drive less trip now with reasonable income per day.
And I keep saying it, the fact that I have the liberty to go to where I want to, I don too suffer for bolt hand, over 1 year. When I see my rating dey drop, I'll have to pick atleast 4-5 trips wey no make wey no make sense, pick up distance is much, ride to where you literally don't like to go etc.
But on Uber, nothing like that, the only thing they frown at is accepting without completing it.
God bless Uber Uber is the best app mehn. I'm happy someone here agrees with me |

Kumuyiii: Does uber truly compensate when stuck in traffic? Bro Uber OVER compensates for traffic. More than bolt. Uber is King abeg. U might spend just 2 or three hours in traffic and rider can be spammed 30k. Even way above wetin the completed trip for cost sef. Uber has got ur back broski. Atleast dey had mine wen I was driving. But anyone who uses Uber can also testify what I'm saying to you. Iz open knowledge the kinda work Uber dey put in for this e hailing business. Iz not just appreciated cause to drive with them sef require proper documentation and KYC. But once u r locked with them bro u won't wanna leave dat app. Their commission is constant not like bolt(anini of ehailing) |

haykay2005: Are we not using the same app? Probably they are rolling it out in phases I don't even drive again bro. Bolt is grimey. I'm sure dey will implement it across board. They lost their originality. indrive had an effect on them soote them forget their name. |

sconp: Isn't the rider entitled to this by virtue of booking a ride? No his entitled to being driven to his destination. AC is comfort not a necessity to completing the trip however, categories like bolt comfort or indrive comfort requires you to on the AC cause the fares are significantly more expensive. Iz worse wen a rider doesn't even respond to ur greeting and the first things is HOPE UR AC IS WORKING? It always pisses me off. Once u don start convo with me like that then u don fail exam ooo. Guaranteed I won't carry cause even my response d rider go know say I don vex Then off course for the Uber app the AC remains on always cause Uber pays u very well bro weather traffic dey or not. Infact if u encounter traffic on Uber no panic. Just dey smile and watch what ur Lord can do wen u end d trip. Na u go pity rider I hope u understand my position |

Kumuyiii: If na uk or overseas, i for don use lawsuit finish bolt, they're useless good for nothin.... They came to Nigeria, saw uber had rider cancellation fee, the marketed cancel without fee, forcing uber to follow suit to keep up.... Bolt is tout taking advantage of the lax labour law in Nigeria, cus you no fit tell me say them dey do this rubbish in Europe... Las las, let's not blame them, let's blame the politicians you people vote in power, no care whateversoever, wickedness at all levels, disregard and non-chalance... Everybody does what they like, without fear of consequence, na why Nigeria no fit better..... Imagine going to their office to tell them, look, na durag I wear, nobody use my account... They still didn't unblock me... If na yankee, lawsuit go dey fly, them gas prove say person use my account or them compensate me for unlawful termination.... It is what it is Bolt is a gangster organization run by gangsters. Their wickedness is profound. How can u charge that much? I saw what someone posted. Hello made 12300k and bolt took almost 3k . On one trip see how much dey made. Na because Nigeria no get laws and Bolt knows this. It's sickening honestly and I don't know how drivers use them. |

Vela01: This E hailing business, abeg, make we give am to Uber. They Sabi the work die.
Their professionalism is sweet.
The fact that drivers have the liberty to choose where and where not to go is their best feature.
And how they deduct their charges shows they know what they're doing.
Bolt blocked me because a riders cancelled trips I picked while I was still on a ride, like what am I supposed to do? Fly?? Bolt is simply wicked. Ave always said It here that Uber is the best. They never changed standards. U even earn more. I'm amazed drivers don't drive with them instead use dishonest and wicked bolt. Bolt is cruel and mean. Indrive if calculated properly is better than Bolt. Iz well |

It has happened to be before, drove long distance to a location with bad road. Few metres to pickup, the idiot cancelled. I reported to bolt, they said I'm not entitled to cancellation fee. I wan craze. Now, I dont move an inch until I message and you reply.
It's a crazy feeling This the best way bro. Until u establish contact even sometimes sef the manner of message will still not make me move an inch. Just cancel. I hate that question even after I greet u "Hope ur car has ac" no replying my greeting no courtesy how much r u paying dat u r hoping if it don't have nko? I always on my AC but I hate d entitlement. I once asked one that is it excursion she's going for that she's crying that I don't have ac. AC wey na me on am as we drive but traffic much I wan off am u come dey rant say why I dey off am? |

Atoos: It’s currently 6:06 am now and my research has brought me to this thread but there are too many messages to filter out and so I’m asking this question, I’m thinking of starting bolt/uber on the side, mainly weekends as my full time job takes my weekdays, I have an inherited rav4 07 model that I’m thinking of using . Now the thing is I hear e hailing isn’t as profitable part time than full time and I need something on the side that can complement my salary of 200k (which continues to shrink in spending power on the daily, I can’t even afford to drive to work ) As someone that doesn’t need to remit money to any other party since I own the car (technically) how profitable would be running uber bolt on the side (sat and Sunday) I’m thinking in a month I should be able to add 100k net to my monthly income, this would give me some breathing space at least
Is this achievable ? my friend uses Rav 4 09 and he grosses atleast 1.2m per month. It's usually more. His been doing this for 4 months or so and he said God has indeed buttered his bread that after job loss his got something doing that earns him more than his initial corporate job. It was me that advised him to drive when he was complaining about the job loss and what next to do He used to earn 900k plus but not up to 1m.. true story |

I hope it continues o Iz not about continuing. Uber is d best app. Ave often wondered y drivers don't use them. With Uber u make more driving with them than any other app. Their commission u won't even feel it cause u make much more. If I were to ask you to try to try and explain to me exactly WHY you have this conviction can you try to at least not brush off the question? Can you answer it for people like me who are yet to 'see' what you 'see' understand?
It's very important you make us understand so we can also take initiative like you do and stop posting such stuff here. Anytime the question comes up it's like there's an unwritten rule to never give clear explanations on the dashboard stuff.
I believe this is only fair, I mean you want it to stop right? We can help . . . Just let us understand along with you. His right honestly as regards the posting of dashboards bringing attention to the business but the guy that posted is also right in that his excited that God has buttered his bread. Honestly I see the wisdom in not posting dashboards again cause government agents dey here wey dey use am against drivers.
