U invest 3-4m and get minimum 200k monthly. That's roughly 5% ROI monthly. In one year that's 60%. I haven't seen a passive income that will give u 60% yearly with as little as 3m capital investment. When the name on the car papers doesn’t match the name of the person applying for the tinted permit, the Police portal will usually flag it. There are a few professional ways people resolve it:

1️⃣ Sworn Affidavit of Ownership – The current user swears an affidavit at court stating that the vehicle is legally in their possession. This affidavit + valid ID is often enough to back the application.

2️⃣ Letter of Authorization – If the original owner (the name on the papers) is reachable, they can simply write and sign a letter authorizing you to process the permit, with their ID attached.

3️⃣ Proof of Purchase / Change of Ownership – If you bought the vehicle but the papers haven’t been updated yet, you can attach the sales receipt or change of ownership documents. This usually clears doubts.

4️⃣ Company Vehicles – If it’s registered in a company’s name, then a letter on company letterhead + CAC documents will be needed.

👉 In summary: if snapping the original owner’s ID is not possible, the most straightforward alternative is affidavit of ownership + your own ID. That usually works well in practice.
