dav1002: The Uber dash is for only today abi🙄 And I guess with he has used just 4k fuel to achieve the dashboard you posted
Person wey no know the difference between dashboard showing 600k monthly and having savings of 600k monthly inside account.
When you don motivate men as you claim, you go rest. You must be a loser bro. The point of me showing dashboard before 12pm was my point to biodun that if he starts early before noon he can have 40-50k and before 4pm 85k plus. It had nothing to do with savings. Bro the dashboard shows how much u have made. Turn over. Whatever you do with ur cash Iz ur business. If I make 80k Everytime I drive and maybe fuel I ls 25k. It means I have 55k to work with. If you save 30-40k from this and manage 15k every day. If u r a bachelor u can even still save from the 15k. What really is d colour of ur problem. If something didn't work out for you and others are saying it worked for them y r u bitter like a little boy. Why don't you thank God for them and pray that ur situation changes. Bitterness and anger won't help you next year as this year is wasted for u already. Ensure you disengage for bitterness and anger. It won't help you |

Him makes over a million naira monthly, but won't pay his partner his fair dues. Spi-ts.
I have never said said what is not obtainable.
Drivers buy cars from this hustle year in and out. Don't mind him. If u have bills to pay and u have a good car bro u will pay ur bills and have savings sef. U won't beg or be a liability. As long as u r not lazy haba let's be honest now. The hustle pays ooo once d car is urs and even if not urs with determination u can achieve it |

If u want to do it online please choose physical verification don't go for virtual.
If u choose virtual after final successful page ,that pending stage , I think some one had to verify you from police portal which is hard because I believe police are busy capturing and verifying people that did physical verification,
So please do physical verification no one is charging u extra Pls I don't understand bro. So if u go u don't have to do it online again? |

Shimmaa: Yeah, with determination and focus, someone can make it huge on bolt.
It will be easy for a single guy to go on daily savings of 35k and still have money for other expenses. So saving 35k daily for 26days is around 900k, this is for hard working people and for soft working people, they can still save 20k daily which is around 600k for 30 days. I totally agree bro. Totally |

Biodun1929: 80k in a day? Whoa! Let's say fuel used is like 25k...that's like 55k made in a day. If you work 20 days out of 30 days in a month, that's 1.1 million. A million.naira a month from driving is freaking impressive. Exactly. It must be worth it. So leaving early for me is a secret. Before noon even u will know how far. Imagine u have 35-40k before 12pm . Uber drivers are big men bro. No cap |

Biodun1929: So what's the best time to work in lagos? I don't mind staying in traffic sef, I just need to maximise my earnings. Honestly in my opinion wen I was working. I leave my house 5am atleast I try before 6am. So that before noon u r passed 40k and sometimes even 50k mark. So u can cost till evening. Trust me before 5pm u will have almost 75-80k. U might even decide to stop by 3pm. Typically 12 hours will be ideal. God bless you bro. |

Meanwhile, you can check my profile and send your details to my Whatsapp make i wire you 20k for using my referral link. Hope Uber paid you 30k after 25 trips. Exactly the fares are cheaper. For example u'll see ogba to island 5k plus sef. Very poor |

Obedibombedi: Wear/Tear/Maintenance - Driver's nightmare
For a vehicle that churns out 400k- 600k monthly, it won't be bad to set aside 20% monthly for maintenance.
A fellow driver here was paying 80k weekly for a drive to own vehicle and still maintained his vehicle, talk more of a driver-owner.
Moove drivers pay 56-65k weekly (ref needed) .
E-hailing isn't a get rich scheme and will always favor sole-propietors. Several drivers use it as a stepping stone to greater heights. It breaks my heart, when we don't capitalise on this while the opportunity presents. Who knows what policies the government will roll out to distrupt this paying hustle.
An average driver is a low mid-class earner.
I still maintain that a driver that resumed driving by August 1st 2025 , will have saved over 4M by January 31st 2026. My man the issue of maintenance is a non issue. My friend uses a Rav 4 09 he hasn't done anything other than service car and now his using his extra tyre so he has to buy another. This week will make it his 4th week of FULLY engaging e hailing cause he has nothing else for now. And he said the least his made every week is 280k his made way more sef so how much is tyre that he can't buy?. He drives carefully no dey fly bumps even offline sef he said he needs to give me that gist separately. E hailing is a business and sud be treated as such. Provisionings are made in big corporations even on the balance sheets you have space for that how much much in a business that bring you oil. |

This his bolt alone he does Uber and bit of indrive.bi don't have those ones yet
No pressure just let d car do it's naturally thing.
So if 2.5L triples and 1.8L quadruple. Then it means asides from CNG and electric if u invest 7m on a 1.3L engine you will smile.
That y those Suzuki boys dey pick all those indrive nonsense price. Yes honestly it doesn't makes sense to pick such ridiculous prices but for them it's okay.
It's well

Biodun1929: Yesterday was my first overnight hustle. I didn't even plan it. I wanted to stop around 11pm, but one island trip came in just as I was about to turn off the app and go home. Omo, I worked/drove from 7pm to 5am this morning. 10 hours straight back to back trips.
I thought I would make more than I made sha. How do you guys make 40-50k a day that I see people talking about on here?
I use a 2008 Accord. I used 24k fuel, and made 25k profit (49-24 =25). Your car is consuming fuel. U really need to check it so u can fully enjoy the benefits of this hustle. Yes u doubled but actually atleast you sud triple. Cause your car engine is not more than 2.5L which normally with 25k fuel you sud atleast gross 75k and more on surge. Please check the issue and correct it you will be very glad you did. You really tried completing those trips so imagine you did all these and still have fuel left for tomorrow. You would be glad. |

Biodun1929: Lol...sorry, this usually happens to me on Uber app, it has never happened to me on Indrive. Majority of my indrive riders are always ontime and respect time. Na Uber riders dey always feel like say you be their driver. Do you know yesterday, I got one ride from Mangoro to Isaac John in Ikeja. I was at akowonjo. I called this girl to ask if she wants me to come, cos the pickup time was 20 minutes. She said I should come. I blow reach her estate for mangoro. As I was about to let her know I was 2 minutes away, she cancelled the ride. Chai. I wan cry. This cancellation thing always happens to me on Uber, never on InDrive. Bro pls on Uber be highly selective. The ones u don't want allow them ring out or reject immediately. U will keep getting requests until the one u want shows. Pls no dey drive 20mins to pick up on Uber abeg Iz too much.. |

Eyinola1: 012 Honda accord ,well I use more of indrive app shaa and I don't really like working on the island, once I get trip to island my next trip immediately should be back to mainland. That's a very strong car that has no business with fuel consumption. Pls clear check engine light it might require u getting original indomie. Check O2 sensor. Why don't you like working on d Island if I may ask bro? Island work can be sweet. Esp once u dont cross lekki 1 or ikate. IKOYI-VI-LEKKI1-(CHEVRON/AJAH) and back. To and fro. My man saying bolt is ripping people off with 1 dollar fares, bro u r correct that's y Iz advisable to be selective of rides. My friend started using bolt well and said he prefers d bolt comfort but that bolt is generally not bad.
He uses indrive to set destination home
Here is his today's work with 25k fuel.

SHOOPSYN: Oh ok. Good. Please, where will I get the contact after the trip. Kindly give hint. Needs to contact my last rider. If you had tried to call the rider, the app would provide options for in app call or direct calls tri the number provided by d rider. Some times the number is wrong and cannot be reached except tru inapp calls or Whatsapp. If however, the rider provided a functional mobile no, you would be able to reach the rider even wen the ride has ended since u have their functional no. This is what I meant. But if u never contacted rider during the course of the trip on that functional no, you won't be able to contact them afterwards. |
Business › Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Nelochukwu: 8:16pm On Aug 07, 2025 |
SHOOPSYN: Uber is not serious. Rider can't send phone contact to driver through their app,. Driver can't send account details to riders Driver must start moving immediately you accept order, even when rider not picking calls or reply messages. Why will driver move without a response from rider. Drivers can't contact riders after the trip. But they've improved. Drivers freedom to chose order is the most important. Even Bolt still blocking drivers for acceptance rate. Imagine if Indrive is blocking drivers for the number of trip that pop up. You can send phone contact and account no. Uber will only generate a default message that warms you of the risk of doing such. You said u have to move after accepting order Nope u don't. And infact u sud establish contact with rider before moving an inch. You can contact rider after trip if the rider had a functional phone no registered on d app. Na u dey look Uber app like oyinbo. Do Uber app as u do indrive or bolt only on AC for d rider na wetin I know fit cause fight be dat. |
