Business › Re: Tomatoes The New Gold In Town: Nairalanders Becomes Tomato Importers by Nelton(m): 6:53am On May 10, 2016 |
I am honestly surprised that you are doubting his integrity. He didn't ask for anything from anybody and even those that offered to deal with him he told them to do the business on their own so I wonder where the doubt is coming from. I have silently followed this OP for sometime now from his China importation business to Yam business and now this and I have no doubt in my mind of his genuineness. Let is be careful even when we criticize. The man is offering information without expecting anything from us so please don't discourage him. If you are skeptical you simply move on. As to your questions on import duties, he did say he paid for some receipt at the border and he was getting familair with the custom men and military men at the border. So that should answer your questions. As for the fund tytansfers I am sure there's always a way let's wait for his explanation but please don't make it seem as of the poster is lying to discourage him. If you do not need this information, a lot of people need it. Thanks. x240: Which throws up more questions.
10 million naira transfers, to whom?He just told us he disguised his Nigerianess to get better bargains, so I assume his sellers are Cameroonians. That's an international transfer. We both know how that works and even the fastest takes 3 business working days and has lots of restrictions. Transfer just 1 million as an individual alone and your name would be flagged by EFCC. It is part of the anti money laundering act.
Also we have to understand most of these sellers are illiterate and unbanked and if you have ever been to any large agricultural market. It is a purely cash to goods business. Also, you can buy in bulk but there's a limit to the bulk buying. Just one person can never have 7000 baskets. You may have to pick 400 here, 300 there, 1000 from another. Which throws the hypothesis of transferring in bulk to one single person out of the window. So how did he pay them? Carried 56 or 70 million around? Who was he transferring to then?
Also the tale about him sending J5s without escorts just opened his yansh. Yeah some Hausa biz men maybe trustworthy but you would be damned to send your goods without a motor boy whom you know from your side to follow them. The share scale of logistics involved would be amazing to pull off. It would be a nightmare .
Also you have to understand you pay duties on products to and fro Nigeria. Cameroon is not jus adamawa that you stroll over and they just allow you take produce out like that.
There are so many loopholes in his story that anyone that scratches the surface would know this is impossible and more like fairytale.
I guess he would have his audience who believe all these stories though, since most of his followers are just out of school or naive undergraduates who have no idea whatsoever. |

Romance › Jigida Waist Beads by Nelton(op): 10:59pm On Nov 27, 2015 |
I read online about a girl from Kwara state, whose grandmother placed beads on her waist and told her that the waist beads can only be broken if and only when she marries someone from her village and as such, no one could have sexual penetration with her until she gets married, and it must be to someone from her village. According to the story, she had several relationships with various guys and all had ended abruptly, most especially after having sexual intimacy with them as they all end up ejaculating before they could enter her. She had had several encounters with different men and the story was always the same, so much so that it became a known thing in town, with most guys avoiding her while some others trying to get close to find out if its really true.
