Due to infrequent power supply by PHCN, it is advisable to use power inverters for so many reasons. First it saves U money on constant buying of fuel or diesel, secondly, it does not disturb like generator and you can sleep comfortably without having to think of generator noise.
They come in different sizes. You have the 0.5Kva, 1kva, 1.5kva,2kva up to 5kva and 7.5kva. Depending on the one you can afford. The inverter works by storing power in the batteries and supplying that same power when NEPA lite goes off. You can use b/w 2 to 4 batteries or even up 10 batteries depending on the capacity of your inverter. If you get say 4 to six hours nepa lite everyday, it can fully charge you battery and as such you can use inverter for b/w 8 to 12 hours or even more.

In Job that is we must neva lose hope in God even in d midst of difficulties. I have often wondered why the blame keep coming on men when these things happen. Cuddlemii made a vital point earlier when she said that it takes tow to tango. Now we all understand that men generally are weak. Men are moved by sights, visuals, and women are created in such a way that it takes a very strong will to able to resist them that is why we find out that even men of God still fall for em. However, women are not moved by sight or visuals nor are they easily moved. They need to be emotionally tuned. So in all of this, a great deal lies with the women because if they resist d men and close their laps I do not see how this great men wud fall. Honestly I think the women are men's greatest undoing. Sometimes I also think that the devil takes d form of the woman to wreck havoc on men. because knowing fully well that the man is weak and that we are easily controlled by what we see, we see the woman coming out in all shapes and size mostly unclothed, how then do we resist? Pls note that it takes a great deal for a man to look away from a naked woman and that was why David easily fell for Bersheba. He cud have gone back into his houx on sighting her take her bath but he just cudnt move. However d woman can easily resist the men but been the devil they are they will instead want to tempt the man the more. If not these women making these great men fall know that they are married and do have families but because d devil has taken their apprearance as women they will continue with d affair. If you notice, for every 10 men u see 7 wud never date a married woman never. But for every 10 women I bet its only 3 that can say they will neva sleep with a married man. So in all this I think d women shld try to help us, because running can help but only for a while. The temptation is always around us and its only with God's grace that men are able to resist it.

@poster I must say you must be very unstable to still be in love with ur ex who left you and married somebody else. Your post is very amusing I must confess because I do not see any reason why you wud leave somebody that shows you kindness love and care for a married ex who left you high and dry except of course u don't mind been his second wife which to me will be the most stupid thing anyone wud do. It is quite clear that ur bf was looking for an excuse to drop you and you gave him the perfect opportunity, because having called and texted and even went to his place without getting any response from him is bad of him. He can't deny that he has not been seeing the missed calls and msgs. My advise is let him be. What will be will be. Give him smtime to get back to you, if however he does not get back to U within the next 2 weeks. Then you have to move ahead. I have said 2 wks because no matter how angry he is that is enuf time for him to cool down. But anything after that shld not be accepted by you. He should not think that he can come and go as he wishes.

This is the way I see it. White or black dosent really matter. However, there are 2 different background and culture in play here. A lot of black/naija brodas don't usually want to marry the white ladies because of the cultural difference. A good naija girl wud be submisive and tolerate all ur shortcomings and wud want to stay with u forever, raise up kids and live happily ever. However the white woman might not want to tolerate you or put up with ur shortcomings and might want to get out once she feels the marriage is not as she expected. However pls note that a said a good naija girl. Getting a good naija girl now becomes d issue. because if you fall into the hands of the wrong one u will wish you never ever got married. Also there are some white girls that can reall go the whole ten yards with you. Infact they behave like real african ladies and can take anything from u. The only problem however, is that for those of you who wish to come back home someday this may pose a real problem to em because majority of these white women cannot cope with the harsh realities of living in naija and of course we all know why. However if you do no intending relocating back to naija and you can get a nice white lady with some of these attributes listed above then I wud advise that u stick with them. because for real d possibility of finding a good naija girl is remote. Pls don't get me wrong there are very good naija girls, very good ones but because you are not on ground it might be difficult getting a good one. And pls don't marry by post cause u will end up shooting urself on d foot. In all these, the decision lies with U. You know wat u want and what u looking for, take ur time to look, let no one pressurize u, its ur life and they are not going to live it for u. Look hard u will find wat u need. Cheers.

My dear what credit do you want us to give to you? That you have been in a relationship that is as abusive as this for seven years or what (Or you dont think this is abusive?). How can remain with this guy? I wud not tell you to leave this guy because its obvious you still want to continue the relationship. But think of this, a guy that forked his sister might also sleep with your daugthers when you eventually get married and have kids. It is not a matter of trust, its not just in our culture plsss. There are certian things which will be accepted in america where you are and will not be accepted over here. If you must dance why not dance at home, and if you insist that u must dance in a club why not beg ur hubby to go with u rather than going alone. My sista this is naija n a large % of naija men wud never condone a woman going to club alone, in america it might not mean anything with those oyibo and if u are married to a naija man and he allows u to go, he just might be going thru sm mental torture which he is not letting out because of fear of alimony (no pun intended pls) that is why the western world is quite different from ours. How can u say a married woman will go to club and leave d hubby and kids at home all in d name of open eye, im sure by the time she gets back her things wud be outside waiting for her and let her wait for d court to share property, then she go know say naija different, haaa

I dont think its ideal for a married woman to go clubbing alone. Either with her friend's or not. Not that it is wrong, but it dosent really tell well. If the woman wants to go at all it has to be with the hubby. because even with the hubby around shes still pruned to harrassment. I know of an incident where a friend of mine went clubbing with the wife and somebody held his wife by the waist he did not even know if not that the wife gave the guy a dirty slap on the face, of course the guy wanted to react by slapping the woman back and all that, only for him to realize that he just held another man's wife by the waist. Of course he later apologised and blamed the whole thing on alcohol but come to think of it we dont know wat wud have happened if the hubby had not been there.

If you really want your child to grow up the right way then you may have to sometimes discipline such child. Alduh for a 16 months old i cannot say i wud sanction that, however there are times when you really need to take up the cane for you to pass tthe message across. I must say that it is not everytime that you use the cane. There are times when you just need to speak to them and let them understand when certain things are wrong. however you may need the cane when talking no longer works. Also i think theres a certian age limit which you can actually use the cane. I wont sanction the flogging of a child below 2yrs and above 15yrs. I believe that these are the formative years. A child below 2 might not understand why he is being disciplined. Also a chil;d above 15 yrs bas [past the age of trying to use the cane to talk to him you need to do more of talking and counselling then

@poster, I want you to understand that this is a phase in every child bearing woman's life.At this point in time a lot of women find it difficult to cope with taking care of the baby, work, and also taking care of the hubby at home. I have gone through this before and know how it is. However my advise to you is this, first you need to understand that this is just a phase, it might even get worse if you dont handle it properly as I know that you guys wud still want to have other kids also. However, you need to showmore understanding and love in order to get her come around. By showing understanding and love I mean you need to, sometimes, help her either with the baby or chores at home. You dont expect her to do all these and when shes dead tired want her to open up for you, no thats not the way it works. However when you help her most times the burden wud be less on her. Also you need toshow her love and pamper her alot. Talk to her and make her understand that though you understand that she might not alwaysd be in the mood because of the demand ofn the baby and all that , she needs to understand ur needs. Pls do not pressurise her instead talking to her and showing some love wud go a long way in helping.

As for the other woman, pls i wud advise you forget about her. If shes also married like you said, then wat wud you be doing with her? Theres no reason whatsoever for you to start having an affair with a married woman. It will cause you more harm than good. stick with ur wife and try to sort things out. Its only a matter of time she will definately come around and ur love life wud come back to normal. Good luck
