Do you know what it means to just wake up one day and suddenly discover that the person you've spent ten years of your life with and shared your deepest secrets, fears,dreams and plans with is just like a total stranger to you? The shock alone is enough to give anyone a heart attack!! It's just so typical of vain people like you to think that his being in coma only had to do with material things. Everything is not materialism and vanity, this is a human being's entire life you're messing up with. Your assertion that I don't know you is pointless because if you're not of the same mind with the woman in the story, you wouldn't be supporting her action. Your praise of her is indicative of the kind of mentality you yourself will bring into any marriage you enter into tomorrow. Marriage is not a war that you go into with sharpened knives to fight each other with. It's a communion of love and it's beautiful if you will let it be what it was meant to be and not ruin it with selfishness and paranoia

Subsidy actually existed but it was a scam under jona..

If a marketer imported 30,000 for instance, they would register 90,000 liters. So they receive subsidy on 90k liters ..now that is a scam.

From the stmts credited to baru, NNPC is doing the importing at the moment, the marketers have stopped. What this means is that govt is importing and and selling at less than cost price so that marketers can still have the profit margin.

This is better than paying subsidy to marketers on inflated qty of fuel. However NNPC may not be able to meet demand. That's why the scarcity exists.

The solution is to refine locally..ultimately...

subsidy was a scam under jona and we were buying petrol for 87 naira and it was available but now that there is no scam, it is 145-200 a litre and we are not even guaranteed of the availability of the product. I think I prefer the scam that was happening under jona than this rubbish going on now in the name of transparency
