If on the contrary the baby in the womb is not a living being then people should not be charged with homicide for the death of babies in the womb. Grievous bodily harm maybe but definitely not homicide. The baby in the womb is either a living being or not, the definition of that can't change as it suits you. If that baby in the womb is a living being then it's no longer about a woman having agency over her body because another person's body and life is also involved.
