The Battery doesn’t last long, just for 8 hours of continuous internet usage and the battery drains up to 5%. The quality of pictures from the phone’s massive 13MP camera, is nothing to write home about when compared with that of my Samsung Galaxy S7580 camera that is just 5MP. The actual capacity of the ROM is 12.27GB with 8.33GB user available as against the widely advertised 16GB. The RAM is actually 1.92GB but I still wonder why the phone takes up to 15 – 20 seconds to respond to touch, especially when trying to launch an app. The screen resolution is a bit fair when just looking at the screen, but it is a far cry from good Samsung Smartphones; you will notice this when typing text message, chatting or browsing the internet – the characters are faint. The browser is only as fast as the data speed of your network provider can go. If you are using the phone to browse on GLO Network, your name is simply, “Sorry”, as you will be totally frustrated, no thanks to the epileptic data speed of GLO, which may be compared with the rate of power supply in Nigeria by PHCN. Honestly, I am still regretting the huge sum of N40,000 I used in purchasing the Tecno R7 Phone from Jumia.

I would or might totally agree with you on everything because i have not used it and is been very long i used Tecno product, my last Tecno was actually N3, that was genesis, But on the issue of Data from GLO, When will you guys learn that data speed and stability is wholly depends on your location?? my guy change location and port to other Device, Try S3 if you can't afford s4 or better still gionee e5 or 6

Example: if you browsed Nairaland in a cafe or someone else's computer and forgot to logout, you could use this to logout from those computers.

deejayharry1: [b]forget reviews and listen to someone who happens to have both device in hand , the iphone 5s has a much better camera when closely look at, but slightly on par with the htc one... Forget jailbreaking, cydia only gives you an attempt to non restrictions, but hell to the yeah it is still restricted... Speaking bout being fast, the only apps fast on ios are the ones actualy integrated into it... I give this to ios... They have a way of integrating nice fast apps... An example of an integrated app is the phone default gallery, when i open the gallery on both the htc one and the iphone 5s together the iphone opens much faster, cos it was integrated well by default.. But i tried same with the app camera 360, and guess what, the htc was faster to open... I also tried a couple of other same downloaded apps on both devices and the htc came faster... Well google says their default apps are gonna be well integrated with the new android L so guess the androids are now gonna make use of their real full cores ... When it comes to the 64 bit actually it displayed itself while i was playing games... The iphone took on the amazing spiderman 2 flawlessly without any noticable lag whatsover... Then tried on the htc, it was also flawless but as a pre dev i noticed some unoticable lags... It wouldnt be visible to the normal naked eye but it was there.. So this is where the iphone's 64 bit comes in....the android future is going 64 , coupled with d android L and art runtime d android would become a beast... I see yall talking about ram and all... Ram handles multitasking and not speed... Someone was even saying an iphone with ram of 512mb was faster than a 2gb ram droid, ouch another sign of no idea.. Android murders the iphone when it comes to multitasking, these are what the rams are mearnt for....


Unless the iphone 6 would come with something greater than 64bit, im sorry to disappoint, but the speed would be the normal same old speed you are acquainted with... Thanks for your time, its really a privilege[/b]

guys u shld feel d 1gig ram on the i5s, its a beast, am running real football 12, real racing 3 and other small social appz and it acts like itz jes gettin started...

vowiski: It's a shame tho.. IPhone's 8 MP camera is still clearer than many android phones with 16 Mp camera on paper..

IPhone will always perform better than any Android phone out there because Apple has been able to make their phones run on 64 bit platform, android is still lagging on 32 bit which will require more processing power and RAM to catch up.
