For the past 4months have been taking things too fast in my relationship, please how do I slow things down.

This is my 4th relationship and they all complain of same thing that I complain too much..
I’m in my 4th relationship we started well as usual .. good energy .. I’m the kind of guy that always have time for my gal .if my gal send me a message I always love replying fast . But sometimes if I message my gal and she don’t reply on time like 20min-30mins delay I get mad and just assume she might be cheating or she’s chatting with guy.. I think I am insecure .. I think I’m needy and it’s really f*kin me up .. I always want my gal to treat me Like I treat her.. I want my gal to always keep to her words.. if she say she will call me I want her to call me that exact time any delay I just conclude she doesn’t care about me .. all this is f**king me up .. Here are the other reasons I’m ending it,
I already told her that I want to be financially stable have investment before thinking about marriage so for now I’m not ready, I only told her this bcuz I don’t want to wast me her time, also she’s a girl she’s kinda fat and we all know women age faster secondly she’s the only daughter of her mum that’s a big sh*t bcuz she needs someone who’s ready to get married soon.

(5) it seems she hate my kid sis who she’s supposed to be like a big sis to, once she see my sister putting on my Pam or I dash her something she will become angry saying all sort of words
(6) I don’t trust her I feel like she’s just using me.
This is what have been bearing ever since till last week I finally ended it, now she’s been texting me saying all sort of words just to make it seems like I did wrong.

I'm using a samsung s7 sm-G930f running on android oreo 8.0. U tried kingroot it failed both on mobile and PC, so I try flashing twrp through Odin and it still fail .the thing is I bough this device uk used when I tried Samsung past it told me your device has been rooted , yet rootchecker tell me it'snot rooted I'm confuse , meanwhile when I got into download mode on my samsung s7 I found G930V and not G930f so I'm even much confuse now. Don't knw where to start from.
