I remember reviewing the coal city website and it looks like it has gotten better with time. good job! There seems to be a missing image where it says "enugu state 3" though so look into it. How is the traffic to the site? Still would have been nice if you found a way to monetize though, IMHO.
Thanks for that review. It was great. I am still implementing some of them. If not for limitation of fund, I will have hit the street and have it flooded with content. The traffic for now is good: Over 200,000 hits plus.

Once I hit the airwaves, prints and all the online traffic skills I learn through the years, am sure it will be another story all together.

Why can't we treat issues with the same yardstick? If you are moving Enugu city thread why not move others like it. If not then leave them all. Ofcourse you can't it away its a political issue 'cos these are about what the government is doing. Travel - yes too.

For all my Coal City guys, we also need content @ www.

Politics › Re: Fg To Site Gun Factory In Abia by netpro(m): 9:03am On Dec 11, 2009
Nigeria is funny oh. Ngwa people are good with art and craft works, but does that mean putting it to good use is to produce guns. To fight poverty? grin This is a very poor thinking and strategy. I hope they establish the factory but produce something better.
Webmasters › Re: Your Most Successful Website And Why? by netpro(op): 8:33am On Dec 11, 2009
For me, there have been many remarkable once but my choice would be www. | A WP based site.

My reason for the selection is that it serves a great deal of local content and that has always been my interest (so if I google I will see a lot of nigerian content from Nigerians). Though not in the money - but for the prospect.

And how about yours?
Webmasters › Your Most Successful Website And Why? by netpro(op): 8:22am On Dec 11, 2009

Blogging is often successful if it is intended to provide steady information and useful content. The problem at times is that some bloggers catch the fire once and let go when they finish promoting the item they started with. Just like any other venture persistence is a good virture.

Thanks for all the great advice. I am implementing some already. I would hit the road with publicity soon. I guess I still have to stick to fine-tuning the site and adding more articles.

Thanks for all the response.
Business › How Do I Improve And Profit From This Website? by netpro(op): 12:29pm On Dec 01, 2009
I want to run the largest, most visited and ofcourse the most resourceful website here in Enugu. I have completed the development - its up and running. www.

But for my limited resources, I want to know if there is a less strenuous ways I can get fund to promote it and achieve the above. I don't even mind a partnership.

Most importantly for now how can how do I improve the site - features, etc.

the rain was a blessing from God!!
I feel you my brother!

My only concern is - although the match (Turkey vs Costa Rica) can be postponed, but just as light is provided for darkness, gates and security personnel are for controlling the crowd - dogs, fire fighters vans, ambulances,  were provided - something should have been there for emergence on rain.

I know they will do a lot better. Till date - on crowd, fans, field, security, games, cleanliness, fun, etc - ENUGU IS DA PLACE TO BE (sorry for the caps)

Nepro you didn't say why the VIP stand got unusual number of occupant. Did the governor rent a crowd.
The result of the large crowd is because of the rain. VIP accommodating the "the popular stand" to me was the best thing to do.

future001:
People too dey bad belle. The pitch looks excellent.

I've seen matches in Europe abandoned because of rain. Barca match against Sevilla 3 seasons past was abondoned cos the pitch was flooded. It happens everywhere. In russia games are abondoned because of heavy snow. Its absolutely normal.

I miss the fun though. I'm glad Enugu is not missing in it. Teslim and Natianal stadia look quite empty during matches. But I appreciate the mood in Enugu and Calabar.

Kudos!!! Three strong Gbosa for my bros in Enugu.
True talk my bros. No mind them. Them dey enjoy my pics for free (when me an my digital camera dey inside rain, they labour for them). All they do is run their mouth.

Yes oh my friend. Other items includes form, brush, packer etc. It was so disappointing that adequate measures where not in place to manage a rainy day. Despite Enugu having one of the best pitch in this competition.
