The last governorship election in Kano is a story for another day. I want PDP to file a Northern candidate like Kwakwaso. He will get absolutely nothing in the south. |

Bayelsa, a small state with huge allocation has no business owing salaries and being terrible.
Bayelsa should support David Lyon. That way politicians can sit up. But is PDP believe nothing can remove them, they will go on looting and doing whatever they like. |

Iamgrey5: You really think Okorocha or Orji Uzor can get 30% of South East vote against an Obi vice presidential / presidential or Madu presidential /vice presidential ticket Yes. Anything less than Igbo PDP Presidential candidate, Ndigbo will revolt against PDP. The sweetest part is that APC can win with Igbo candidate without getting majority in SE. |
Politics › Re: 2023: PDP Considers Repeating Joint N’east/s’east Presidential Ticket by netpro(m): 8:43am On Nov 03, 2019 |
Iamgrey5: Really! when the North still has more than 60% of the voting strength.
You arguing based on emotions not logic. APC have no worries about northern votes come 2023. Any southern APC candidate will get his fare share of votes in the North. All that is required is for President Buhari to raise the candidate's hand and ask for a last political wish. No other politician in the North has such pedigree. |

Introvertedmarc: So in essence... 2023 is going up north?... Should PDP head north east and APC head south east, Ndigbo will definitely desert PDP. An alliance of SW, SE, SS, MB and Buhari Supporters up north will not only defeat PDP but will get the party dismantled after the election. |

Politics › Re: 2023: PDP Considers Repeating Joint N’east/s’east Presidential Ticket by netpro(m): 8:26am On Nov 03, 2019 |
Iamgrey5: To be realistic APC would not likely zone any office to the South East
APC get the lowest support in Nigeria from the south east
They also get the highest support in the South from the South West.
Zoning any office to the South East zone is like Signaling the End of APC because it would mean less vote from the South west and lesser vote from the East who will likely vote PDP.
And if by chance PDP fields a Northerner, that is going to be likely the End of APC as we know it. While is not an easy political undertaking for the APC, one can also argue if they carry other regions in the decision making process, APC having an Igbo candidate destroys a major aspect of PDP campaign. Especially if PDP head north. And it will be even more fun if APC win 2023 with Igbo candidate without dominating SE. |

Iamgrey5: I believe APC would prefer to face Atiku again or Tambual rather than Kwakwanso.
In any case, PDP are likely to present an Northern/Eastern ticket
While APC a Northern/Western ticket being their strongest voting block I don't know about PDP, but for APC, power is returning to the south. The front runners are SE and SW. |
Politics › Re: 2023: PDP Considers Repeating Joint N’east/s’east Presidential Ticket by netpro(m): 7:57am On Nov 03, 2019 |
1. PDP is broke, they will still give the Ticket to Godfather or Candidate who pays the most. Not necessarily the best they have.
2. APC have the spread, resources, supporters, power, options of candidates and what it takes to retain power beyond 2023.
3. Politicians out of power are like fish out of water, the question is how long can they endure before decamping to greener pastures.
4. Those of us who reelected Buhari will never vote for PDP to return, loot and dismantle everything Mr. President is putting in place.
Summary, PDP will be wasting any money spent on 2023 Presidential election. |

AwkaetitiBabe: And u think we have enough fish to cope? Nigerians and their dubious ways, using nasty chemicals to make fishes grow will have a big health hazard on d long run for us. I don't think using worst cases are a measuring criteria is good. Nigeria have a sizable population, need for food production will always be relevant in our daily lives. |
