It could rake 20 years plus or minus to recover your capital.

Aso location and type of house is als important.

I suggest you use the house/ apartment for short let business. This will only work if the location is good.


You could also consider building a hotel or guest house then lease to an individual or company. You will also make more compared to residential letting.
